I visited Vegas recently and wanted a motor scooter experience. Today I spent 4 hours riding around town and it was such a positive experience that I wanted to write about it same-day. The prices are reasonable, includes a $100 refundable security deposit, and all of the options and fees were readily disclosed. Ron, the manager, explained everything and gave me a quick lesson on how to drive. I really appreciated his honesty and helpfulness in making this experience happen. I had a great experience driving around during daytime and was surprised how light traffic was, which made me feel safe driving a vehicle that cannot exceed 40mph. I had so much fun that I've decided to do this again when I return to Vegas. Excellent customer experience!

If I could give zero stars I would. The person we delt with was rude, and unprofessional. When we arrived no one was there. We called. He gave us attitude about not wanting to come to the shop. When He arrives he asks for cash for the rental but my card for the deposit. We didn't even make it back to our hotel before the one my niece was using started beeping. Keep in mind she has TWO artificial hips. We charge it overnight. The next day we make it less than a mile before it stops working. I call him. Get attitude again. He basically tried saying we didn't charge it. We waited an hour for him to show up to get. I told him when I called I wanted him to take both mobility scooters. He arrives and tries to say he doesn't have room for them both. His problem, not mine. He test drove the one we were having problems with. The couple of minutes he was on it he kept saying there was nothing wrong with it..... until it died! He then stated he would give me my money back. This was all before noon. At 7 pm he calls and tells me that he charged it and there is nothing wrong with it. In addition to not giving me my money back he charged me 10 dollars for picking them up and 10 dollars for a piece he said we lost. The guy is a liar and a dirt bag. This review is related to the one posted by Joel Curtis... UPDATE: in response to the owner. You sir are a liar. We told you we charged it over night. My niece was driving at the lowest speed possible. The distance we traveled was not 2.5 miles. We asked several places if we could charge it and they all said no. You did indeed tell me that you would refund my money, stating that you would have to look up my card and would put it on there. When I called you to pick them up I clearly told you to take both of them. You acknowledged that when you came to get them, and stated you thought you could just swap it out. We declined. When we got the scooters you told us not to call unless it was an emergency as you would be 45 minutes away. We took the scooters directly to our hotel and put them on the charger. You acknowledge that there was a problem with the one when you picked it up, and that is when you said you would give me a refund. You spoke to us like we were stupid. You were extremely argumentative and kept repeating yourself as if that made it true. My niece can confirm my complaint as she was there. In your response, yet again you lied and were condescending. You have a previous complaint for the same thing. Your response to them was derogatory and blamed it on their weight. SHAME ON YOU!!

Definitely enjoyed our scooter and the owner made sure we knew everything about operating and handling the scooter 👍👍👍

Ron was the best person we encountered on our impromptu Vegas trip. No plans just flew out and got hitched.. renting a Moped was an impulsive decision just as we were walking past his shop- BEST DECISION EVER!!! He helped point out places of interest to go see, cut us deals, and we used his moped in our wedding photos- the moped saved our whole trip and gave us so many laughs! Can’t speak highly enough about Ron and his business!

Prices are very competitive for the area. I had mine for 5 days it ran me 200 plus tax plus a 100 deposit. BESIDES WHERE ELSE WILL THE OWNER GIVE YOU HIS PERSONAL CELL NUMBER TO CALL IF ANY THING GOES WRONG...Thank You Ronaldo Roncal

Ruined my trip. These are NOT the sturdy/nice scooters everyone has in the casinos and on the strip! These are exactly what my mom has which are good for going to the grocery store and loading in a car alone. Super slow on the casino carpets and strip. Do not ride these on the Strip!!! Every time I saw people with the nice, sturdy, cute scooters I felt a surge of anger and disgust. Everyone had the hot ones! I didn't see ANYONE but us with these tiny mini scooters. 😔 $40 nonrefundable deposit $20 delivery fee and $125 each for 3 days. UPDATE: We complained IMMEDIATELY when i saw what we were getting. I asked if I could get a refund so I could rent what I actually wanted. I was told no refunds. Why would I call to complainAGAIN? 😕 When Hubby had to wait over an hr outside in the cold because YOU bought the WRONG key, I complained again (which is why we got the delivery for half off the $40 delivery fee. I had to practically pull teeth to get that! The scooters were extremely slow on the carpets INSIDE the casino. FYI.... Do better and stop making poor excuses as well as blaming your customers. I paid for a Mercedes and got a ford escort. Your prices are basically same as the better scooters after your extra fees,i checked.#beware

Rented a scooter from Ron last Friday. The scooter had a few dings but it ran just fine for the price. Ron was cool and was able to get me in and out with a scooter in like 20 min and when I wanted to keep the scooter for a few extra hours Ron accommodated my needs. It kinda seems like he could use a little help around his shop but I’d rent from him again.

Honestly, thought I had a great experience with them. Rented a scooter, got it around 11am, and took it back to my hotel room to charge, didn’t get to use the scooter until around 10ish that night, and it completely died on me at only 1 casino. Again, I didn’t completely go through the whole casino, just went through so I can hit up the strips. The scooter completely died on me, so I had to call the owner, which was after business hours, got a replacement and everything was fine, the 2nd scooter lasted all night. Return the scooter the next day, left it at the front desk hotel, and a couple days later, got my deposit back but only for $75, got charge for a service fee for them to come out after business hours! Just because I signed a contract doesn’t mean it’s ok to rent out a scooter with a bad battery! I basically got charged for a replacement because it was after business hours and the owner basically said I signed the contract for after business hours. Well, maybe I couldn’t never called if I wasn’t given such a bad battery that didn’t even last 15 mins going through the casino lobby to the strips street. As a business owner myself, I knew how important it is to my customers to give them the best service I can, and I would’ve never charged a customer when it wasn’t their fault with the bad battery. I would’ve give them 0 stars if I had a choice! Go somewhere else to rent your scooter! Replying back: Funny how you asked why I waited until 10pm to call, it’s because I didn’t take it out until 10pm and when I took it out, I didn’t use it no more then 30 mins. Prove is in the video camera from the hotel that the scooter was never taken out of the room until later that night.

It's been a month since I've been back from Vegas but I just wanted to leave Ron a review and let everyone know he's a super nice guy and had the best prices I found. I was able to see so much more of the strip with my scooter rental. I will definitely be back next Vegas trip and I suggest Ron's shop over all others. Loved SinCity scooter Rentals! ❤

I read the reviews and can’t believe this is the same business, I have been trying to get a hold of Ron the owner I believe to rent scooters and he will not answer or return calls very shady situation here! Be cautious with this company and owner they do not care about customer service or answering the phone on the days the business has listed and I gave him a chance to redeem himself with this horrible customer service ☹️

Ron was great, he gave us a great deal with extra days. We was supposed to take pics at welcome to Las Vegas sign and send to him for free t-shirts but the line was way too long. Please believe Ron is the right guy at sin city motors

The owner his name is Ron I believe he was great. He gave us a daily rate of 80 per because we had them for 2 days. We went all over the strip had a blast. They work very well for strip travel. Parking is free and easy. Didn’t even burn much gas really and we rode them to each hotel no walking. He also trains you on how to ride them! Next time I come I’m renting again because it’s the easiest way to travel. No more Uber or Lyft

First time in Las Vegas and we wanted to see the city so we rented mopeds from Ron. He was very nice. He even trained me. We kept the bikes all day. The city is so beautiful at night. Ron gave me a shirt for my birthday. Thanks Ron for the hospitality. If your ever in Vegas, make sure you check him out

My friends and I rented the scooters for 3 days and had a blast. We got a great deal. The owner Ron was very nice and accommodating to our needs and the equipment was in top shape and the adventures were amazing. We drove all over the city. Better than renting a car. In the future we will rent from him again.

We rented scooters from here and rode them all around LV! We went as far as The M resort and Boulder Highway on a trip that lasted us around 6 hours total. The entire experience was a blast, and Ron was an excellent guy!

The prices are reasonable. They deliver quick and pick up efficiently, with a smile! Thanks to assisting to make my Vegas vacation a pleasure to get around. 5 stars, for sure!

RENTER BEWARE: Straight ran a grift on my mom and cousin. Provided defective equipment (mobility scooters). Then when they stalled and wouldn't work argued & blamed it on them. Once he realized they were in fact defective offered a money back guarantee, and then as they're getting on the plane calls them to tell them that they will not be getting there money back & are going to charge for parts. Shame on you guys! Update: confirmed with my mom and quote " This is the company. I did not receive an order number. All I was given was a sheet of paper that he said was a contract. All it said was the expectations of the use and what I would be responsible for if I caused any damage. He requested to be paid in cash and did not provide a receipt for that. I don't remember the guys name, but his cell phone number is 702-412-52##"

Been 811 to 814 in Las Vegas and came to Sin City Scooters had the best time riding up and down the strip getting food. The training was super easy super easy to ride. Took the bikes on Fremont Street took the bikes to Las Vegas Blvd. rode up koval st and have the best time of my life best birthday ever will definitely be coming back to Las Vegas speak to Ron. He’s the best.

Great experience! Ron was very nice, he gave us a training on how to use scooters safely. Very reasonable price. Our 18 & 21 yr olds said it was the highlight of our vacation trip.
