Finally seen it but didnt see any spooks unfortunately. We and 8 others did see a UFO from the back parking lot and that alone was once in a lifetime!!!

When I first walked in I didn't know what to expect whether if it was a ride a haunted house or an actual museum but I'll tell you this much I'm not going to reveal the secrets that are within those walls. The only thing I can tell you is it is a must to go see you will see some things that you will never get to see again, not to mention you might feel something you don't want to feel. Be prepared though you will see some extraordinary and amazing while learning a lot about the paranormal world

Went to Zak Bagans' Haunted Museum. Had a fantastic time. The tour was very informative. A lot to see. The tour guide did a great job explaining the history on the artifacts. I was hoping for some kind of paranormal activity but no such luck. Maybe next time. Would have loved to have met Zak himself and talk to him about his passion for the paranormal but I had apparently just missed him by an hour or two. There is a nice gift shop at the end of the tour as well.

I shared a head nod with the man himself. It was an awesome experience. I wish I could have talked to Zak, but I didn't want to get to close because of the pandemic and I wanted to respect his space. But dude, I really enjoyed the museum. The Angry lineman was a pleasure to talk to. Our tour guide "M" was a pleasure as well as Shawn. The "Circus" guy was amazing. If I catch up with you in Austin I will totally buy you a beer bro. Everyone is extremely pleasant. Make sure you schedule the tour. I walked up but was still able to get in extremely quickly. Thanks everybody. I had a blast.

An absolutely awesome place. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and fun! I even scared one of their guys by whispering into his ear while he was engaging other folks if we could take pictures. The overall experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend!

Went on May 2nd 2021 RIP access. Learned some interesting facts. Upon arriving I noticed a girl who worked there and complimented her whole aesthetic, she responded with, Zac's mom chooses what they wear in which his mom has great taste. Angry Joe was awesome he answered everyone's questions and had some sass to him in which fit his name. Our 1st tour guide was very nice and informative forgot her name she allowed us to take some time to look at everything. Some of the rooms were quite small and hot. Got a few jump scares which was cool. The freakshow room was fun and the man who performed was amazing. He loved my Slayer shirt, I loved his look. He talked with our group for awhile. The rest of the tour seemed rushed didn't get to see peggy cuz i was fascinated with the other dolls in the room. In the funeral room i felt like i was on a ride and got dizzy for a min, didn't think it was paranormal or anything, after demon house we were in the gift shop. As soon as i was looking for souvenirs to buy i felt a stabbing pain in my stomach which was weird, i grabbed what i wanted and had to leave cuz it kept increasing. I tried waiting in the parking lot for it to go away but it didn't until i drove off the street...paranormal i don't know. Favorite exhibit was the serial killer room lots of personal items from the famous ones. Would love to go back and do the flashlight tour. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful experience and to our group who made it fun and interesting we had a few laughs.

Definitely worth every penny. This place is ultra scary and informative. GET THE RIP EXPERIENCE. You won't regret it. Didn't get to meet Zak Bagans though. He was there in the morning but we were afternoon. Maybe next time cause we will be going back. Stay away from Penny the doll 🀣 joking, just make sure to say hi and bye or end up with a interesting encounter afterwards.

We loved it!! Definitely worth the money. The tour was over an hour long. I feel like the vip/rip deal is better than general admission because you get to see more of the house and more of his haunted items. There were a few jump scares which was great. Peggy the doll cussed out my grandma lololol so it was an eventful tour. The only thing that would make it better is if you could take pictures inside the museum but I understand why you can't but it would be awesome if you could. Also I'd go after the pandemic because you have to rotate in each room to get to see everything and some of the tour guides forgot to rotate us all the way making it a little difficult to get closer to some things.

This was a really cool experience, I won’t spoil much other than to say there is a lot to look at and the staff are excellent. I do recommend the RIP upgrade, to me it’s much more value than the cost.

Highly recommend this tour!!!!! Maybe not for the faint of heart...If you can afford it,upgrade to the RIP (that's what they call VIP) we would of but there were 7 of us in our party. Also, I'm a fan of the Ghost Adventures tv show,so maybe I'm a little biased...but nonetheless, highly recommend it!
