What a hidden gem! If you don't mind an intimate setting where you bring your own alcohol, this place is a must! Seating is limited so make a reservation! No frills dining experience with delicious food. Portions are ample. You could easily share a meal between two.

Amazing tasty food!!! Not a fancy eatery but the food is excellent better than fancy restaurants on the strip. Highly recommend this place!!

We we're looking for a fun local place to eat in Vegas and came across Los Olivos. A 4.8 star rating on google is unheard of so we had to try it. Literally the best Italian food we have ever had! The portions are HUGE. I think my husband and I will each get 3 meals out of our order.

I had a great experience here. The probs were big and the taste was good enough. It's a small place which makes it more unique run by the husband (chef) and the wife server. Apparently you can bring your own wine which I think is pretty cool especially if you have some favorites or special wines you would like to have. I would consider visiting again.

This little unassuming place really blew us away. The food is fresh and delicious and the place is clean. You can really tell the owner (chef) and his wife are passionate about the quality and presentation of the food they serve. Friendly service and the chef comes by the table to get your impression. Nice personal touch. I think this just may become our “go to” little Italian restaurant. Be sure to make reservations. The place is intimate and fills up fast.

After reading the reviews, I recognize that Los Olivos needs a reservation as it is a small restaurant, but it NOT a hole in the wall and it is NOT dirty. It is a lovely, small, family-owned place. We had fried mozzarella and calamari as an appetizer. I had lobster ravioli and my spouse had the spaghetti and meatballs, his fav after three visits. It was amazing. My husband teased me bc I said "Mmm" after every bite! We will return every time we are in Vegas! Thank you for such a lovely dining experience!

I did a quick google search of any Italian food restaurants nearby. Where Los Olivos Ristorante popped up. So I was inclined to try this restaurant out. I shortly noticed that this establishment had a google rating of 4.8 stars, which I have never seen any ratings that high for any place, let alone restaurant. When I arrived at the restaurant during dinner, I was not greeted right away when I stepped through the doors, due to the enormous influx of diners in the restaurant. The phones were ringing off the hook, and eventually, an employee approached me. The wait time for dine-in was an hour and a half and takeout would be 30 mins due to my not phoning ahead of time. I was baffled at how such a small restaurant would be so busy, so I left to try another time. I planned strategically to dine at this establishment right when it opened on a weekday. That is what I did, I arrived exactly at 2:30, on a Tuesday, and behold it was not busy. I sat down and looked over the menu, and what caught my eye was an intriguing signature salad. The Los Olivos salad is what I chose as a starter, and what I was craving was spaghetti and meatballs, so I ordered that as my entrée. Like any Italian restaurant, they start with some olive oil and bread, but this type of olive oil was freshly made with their spin of seasoning was amazing. All I can think at this moment was, Wow! I'm in for a treat when the salad and spaghetti & meatballs come out. I'm not a big fan of salads, but I wanted to see what would compel them to put the restaurant name on this garden salad. The dressing and fresh vegetables were so refreshing that it spiked my appetite for the entrée. When the spaghetti arrived, I dove right into devouring it without hesitation. The angel pasta was incredible, the way it was dressed with a little bit of olive oil for it to be smooth. The two meatballs were gigantic and were laughable because I knew I could not finish this and I'd have to take it home. Everything in this restaurant was fresh and so enjoyable, I wish they offer a service where I can pay monthly for them to come over to my house and cook dinners. I highly recommend anyone looking for some authentic Italian cuisine visit this place. 5-star service/5-star food as well. Will be coming back very soon

The positives are that you can bring your own wine, which saves a lot of money. I would prepare to wait. Took quite a while to get service and food. I'd say bring your own wine opener, but you'd have to wait for glasses anyway. The lasagna I had was pretty good, wouldn't say it was the best. Most others in our party were pleased with the food. My boyfriend said the chicken parmesan was ok, but not the best he's had. Not sure I'd come back, but worth a try.

This place was an amazing find. You wouldn't think much of it just walking by. It's kind of low key and just a few tables. The wait was longer than normal but they were completely packed and it was a Friday night. Amazing food though. Really worth it.

We found this place on Yelp and they had great reviews. We figured we would give this place a shot and they did not disappoint. The portions are very big so you won't leave this place hungry. I came with a few friends and they all enjoyed the food. It was worth the trip.

First time at Los Olivos Ristorante. Definitely not our last. After seeing so many reviews (and not a single bad one), we had an occasion to try it. We were not disappointed - and even after all the anticipation, we were even blown away by how great the food was! Pictured here is: Mozarella Frita, Los Olivos salad (shared by four of us as a first course), chicken Parmesan and side of pasta, baked ziti the Size of a football, lobster ravioli, and fettuccini Alfredo (with some leftover mozarella frita). All of this and our bill still came in under $100. And we came home with a whole meals worth of leftovers! We will definitely come back because after we ordered, we saw them bring out their lasagna, pasta and meatballs, some kind of crab cakes, and calamari to other tables - all of which gave us FOMO. Things to note: everything is made when you order, so get a salad or something to enjoy while your food is cooking. Also, this is a place you go for the FOOD. It’s not a high end fine dining experience, it’s a family run restaurant, and you will leave pleasantly full with a smile on your face.

Fantastic! Not crazy expensive. Seating for ~26. Says need reservations on the door but we didn't know and they happened to have a table open so they let us come in. Very friendly. Atmosphere was also light and friendly. They don't serve alcohol so other tables brought their own wine and it was just a good vibe. We heard about this place by recommendation of our Uber driver. Did not disappoint! We got the fried calamari($13) and the fried mozzarella($9) to share. Calamari was great, fried mozzarella was amazing. Per recommendation of our server, I ordered the Chicken Parmesan($18) and not only was it delicious but it was also a massive portion. It even came with some noodles that I didn't end up eating because I was so full of Chicken Parmesan. Fantastic place.

Small, family owned restaurant with amazing food and atmosphere. This trattoria is located a few miles off the Strip and visited mostly by locals. We were attracted by the good reviews, and we were not disappointed. It was eight in our party, and everyone complimented the quality of the food, generous portions and very friendly and attentive service. Las Vegas has lots of great restaurants but this one definitely will be on the top of our list.

Los Olivos is owned by a lovely couple and their kids. It is a quaint and intimate space that makes you feel like home. The food is delicious and well priced. The owners are so kind and remember us every time we come in. It’s been a pleasure to watch their kids grow up and help out around the restaurant. The chef was trained in Italy, so everything is exceptionally authentic. I highly recommend the shrimp scampi with your favorite type of pasta. Though, everything in the menu tastes fresh and is made with love. You cannot go wrong no matter what you order and you will definitely have left overs. The perfect little hole in the wall in Vegas. Whether it is for a family gathering, a date, or just a solo meal Los Olivos will get you taken care of. We will be back to visit again and again. Definitely make a reservation if you want to be seated because they book up fast. And bring your own bottle of wine.
