Dr Suguitan is great. He listens to you and doesn't treat you like a child. The staff is very caring. My MA AJ was very attentive and caring and so were the ladies at the front desk. Was feeling bad when I got there and very leary but it turned out to be a very good experience. Thanks guys ☺

Staff return calls. Calls to Office are properly & promptly redirected. Staff call back for labs and test results timely. Doctor Batugal always shows genuine concern to my 80 plus yr old Mom-in-Law, attentive not dismissive to an elderly's (health) complaints, very good "chair side" manners.

Everything went great from the beginning of my sisters visit all the staff's were exceptional, very patient and they made us feel comfortable when asking questions and Dr Sugitan is the best, as soon as I get my parents Medicare processed, I'm going to send them to him. That's how amazing he is.

I always feel great after a visit with my doctor, Dr Natural. His healthcare staff are out of this world and so warm. Dr Batugal is calming and just seems to ask the right questions. He also listens to me when I talk and doesn't treat me like I don't matter.

Went to see for the first time Dr. Amorsolo Suguitan with the intent to make him the primary doctor for me and my wife. He was very professional, thorough, detailed and organized. He was not in a hurry and took the time to review my health condition thoroughly. I would gladly recommend him to anyone.

This is for the charleston location since it wont let me post there because it sais they are closes, probably because of how many complaints thet were recieving. the worst most incompetent clinic i have ever had the displeasure of going to. They are extremely unprofessional pile of "healthcare provider's" i couldnt even imagine existing. They refused to call me back on atleast 12 occasions on time sensitive matters, they kept lying about speaking to the prior authorization department of my insurence and failed to keep any accurate record, the nurse for the dr i saw was there less then once a week and at times i didnt even know if she was still employed she was there so little, the gm they charged me for a visit they said i wouldn't get charged for, charged my insurance and sent me a bill instead of notifying me it didnt go through to insurence, and they spelled my name wrong on my medical records. Do not go here if you want to be take. Care of. These people do not care and i will probably be filing a medical malpractice lawsuit. These health unprofessionals are the literally garbage of the healthcare industry

Very poor billing department. The incompetence is unbelievable. I have requested 3 times that they bill my insurance and provided the information yet they refuse. Constantly mailing me a bill, to which I constantly respond with my insurance information. It is unbelievable. This has been going on since early spring. The billing department hours are completely inconvenient for working people and the billing department manager does not have an available voice-mail. Save yourself the stress and choose somewhere more competent. I have called countless times, with no answer. I am left on hold for what feels like hours with no answer. When calling, the automated system says I am caller number 1. A few minutes later, I have been bumped down to caller 2, 4 and so on. Eventually the system hangs up on my call while on hold.

Dr. Batugal shines among GP doctors with his on time appointments, great care & concern for a patients health needs and his follow through of any necessary treatments & referrals.

We are very glad with my wife that we changed our primary provider physician in the person of an able hardworking and untiring Dr Amorsolo Suguitan, Jr., MD. Dr Suguitan not only thoroughly explained to my wife and myself the needed and required precautionary measures towards obtaining a good health and following the protocols in conjunction therewith and especially with our Senior age; and likewise, Dr Suguitan even after our initial visit to his clinic, has in fact in the evening of that visit, contacted us personally and himself over the telephone to make sure that every details he specified and enumerated to us have been clearly understood; and thus, would thereby be followed as cognizable as it should be. My experience with my doctor is the best ever. I have seen many doctors over my years in various insurance companies he is the best doctor from all of them. My doctor is thorough, explains in details my concerns, finds ways to remedy the issues, & very passionate in helping his patients. I have never encountered a similar doctor that is focused on patients' needs. Usually, doctors look at their patients as their income.

The office staff welcomed patients immediately . Physician Assistant readily accepted me to the exam room and unlike all previous doctors, Dr Sweeny came quickly to our visit . Physician is prepared to ask questions about my health and very interested to discuss testing results, making confident comments and inquiring about my familiarity with terms. I’m so grateful to have an awesome doctor and obviously bright star to integrate my personal health needs with other specialists. Wonderful day there and looking forward to seeing her again for follow up on my care.

All of the staff at the office are always very attentive and good at their jobs. They are very pleasant and give the impression of being happy to see me and glad to do their jobs. Everything is professional and quick. I'm taken in promptly and every task is done efficiently. I would highly recommend this doctor office.

My primary care doctor and all the staffs treats me like family when they show how much they care. They are all very professional and efficient with what they do. They go out of their way to show that their patients counts, they call you for you results even if it is not necessary, just to keep you at peace. All the staff are very competent and reliable, always get things processed in a timely manner and always get it done. I am very satisfied with their care.

My initial visit with Dr. Suguitan was a very nice experience. Being a new patient, me and my wife had so many questions/concerns that he answered. Dr. Suguitan provided me with so much information about my current health problems without being rushed. The doctor's assistant, Lorie, was also very helpful, courteous, friendly and made us feel comfortable.
