I
have
mixed
feelings
about
this
place
so
far.
They’re
open
late
into
the
evening
and
on
Saturdays,
which
is
wonderful
for
working
parents.
The
provider
we’ve
seen
so
far
is
Dr.
T
and
she
is
good.
My
complaint
lies
with
this
office
manager
as
well
as
with
the
patient
care
center
and
referral
process.
The
office
manager
is
always
“busy”
and
doesn’t
return
phone
calls
thus
far.
The
referral
process
is
unreasonable
and
inefficient,
and
a
direct
harm
to
patients.
I
waited
weeks
for
two
referrals
to
neuro
psych.
By
the
time
I
received
letters
in
the
mail
for
this
referral,
they
offered
only
one
provider,
and
that
provider
was
not
accepting
new
patients.
That
provider
actually
took
it
upon
themselves
to
find
someone
else
for
my
kids
to
see.
How
sad
is
it
that
an
entity
that
isn’t
responsible
for
our
care
and
isn’t
getting
paid
to
help
us
took
more
time
to
help
us
than
their
paid
primary
care
corporation?
I
was
supposed
to
receive
a
referral
for
pediatric
gastro,
but
it
has
been
a
couple
weeks
and
that
never
came.
I’ve
now
been
waiting
for
a
referral
for
an
MRI
for
my
three
year
old
who
is
experiencing
headaches,
weight
loss,
and
decreased
appetite.
They
will
not
expedite
this,
and
I’ve
heard
nothing
back.
This
is
disgusting.
Especially
considering
that
any
other
office
on
the
face
of
the
planet
would
have
had
something
as
simple
as
an
MRI
referral
printed
and
handed
to
you
before
you
walked
out
of
the
office.
Their
patient
care
center
is
full
of
rude,
dismissive,
unhelpful,
oblivious
people
who
have
no
business
being
in
healthcare.
Overall
if
you
can
get
past
having
to
beg
people
to
do
their
jobs,
you
may
have
a
good
experience
here.
