Wonderful kind and caring staff. I've been at Healor for 2 years now and referred my father and my mother because Calli Collins is the best! She truly listens and she's has been helping my father while he's in critical health. She's been a blessing to my family. I can't tell you how much it means to all of us at this very difficult time to have a doctor that genuinely cares and handles everything with efficiency and grace. He always brags about how caring and knowledgeable she is so I thought it's time for me to write a review. Thank you so much.

Already better than my previous primary care provider, and I have only had a few visits. They are on top of everything and complete things in a timely manner. You are always notified/reminded about appointments. Refills for prescriptions are done as soon as possible without having to constantly call and ask. Front desk is friendly and welcoming as well. Dr.Tran is extremely understanding and knowledgeable and goes over your blood work with you and helps you understand what everything means. I feel like I am in good hands here.

I tend to get that white coat anxiety especially with new dr office. The whole team took the time to help me relax. The whole staff was very nice and inviting. I would recommend this office for anyone for primary care needs they also do other services. Look them up :) you won’t be disappointed.

The doctors here truly care. They are efficient and conscious with their scheduling, and they book the most doctor-patient time I've ever experienced. The only time I've had to wait more than a few minutes past my appointment time is once another patient had a medical emergency. I have never experienced the quality and continuity of care anywhere that compares to this!

Everyone at the office is super friendly, I see Goldyn as my health specialist, she is thorough but also makes you feel very relaxed. Booking appointments is easy. I got to do a fun little Easter hunt w. Selah today and won a nice prize, apparently they try to do something special every month. Check this place out!

Started going here a few months ago after a car wreck because I liked the internist I saw in the hospital. Due to my scheduling I ended up seeing a different physician and liked her so much I've made her my primary doctor. This place cares about it's patients!! I had great service from the staff and the physician.

All I can say is simply AMAZING!!! I have been looking for someone who could bring me back to my old self, but even realize my better self and I believe I have that person in Chandler Kramer. He is not only personable, but caring. The staff is also fun and respectful making it easier to be your authentic self.

Calli Collins is a terrific physician. Incredibly attentive, receptive to feedback, and genuinely concerned about the health and welfare of her patients. I am so glad I transferred my primary care to HEALOR!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This office is terrible. The doctor Mia is always late to her appointments. Sometimes even 30 minutes+ She's not friendly and very distant during the meeting. Only ever staring at her computer. Charges you for a full visit if you do a phone call consultation even though it lasts literally 1-2 minutes at times. On top of that she pushes unproven supplements over actual medication. If she does provide medication she has over-prescribed or pushed to up dosages (resulting in an ER visit) Lastly the billing is ridiculous as you will receive a bill 4 months after your service even if you've paid what was asked at time of visit. Do NOT recommend

New to the area. I was recommended to try Healor out as a primary care. I was a bit skeptical to be honest (always hate having to finding a new doc). However, the staff was very kind (Julie was amazing at the desk), quick, efficient, professional and got me in sooner than my scheduled appointment. Dr. Dimasin was super kind, listened, got the refills I needed the very same day and genuinely wanted to get me going to get my health check ups back on track. I’ve only been there once, so it would be unfair to give a full 5 stars as I need a few more visits to truly know. But honestly a solid 4 stars. Even a 4.5 just from first impression. I look forward to seeing what this journey will be like in their hands.

Mia is a beautiful person and continues to surprise with her level of compassion and empathy. She's on top of my medical ailments, follows up with me, and is absolutely awesome!!!! I would recommend her to anyone, she's one of a kind. The staff there, from front desk to the nurse, utterly beautiful. Thank you.

Everybody at this doctor’s office is so friendly and helpful. I see Mia and I look forward to my appointments with her. The workers here are so kind and professional. They are experts in not just healthcare but also cosmetics. If you have a problem they will work with you to solve it and whenever there has been an emergency they have always been able to help me at short notice. I truly feel like I am in good hands with this office and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for primary care. The last office I used to go to was horrible but this place is nothing like it.

I love Meia, she has been helping me so much when it comes to my health. After having a baby I’ve been having some issues and she’s been absolutely great at listening to me. That’s extremely important! Many doctors have been dismissive when i have expressed what’s been going on. She listens well and has come up with some great suggestions that have been helping. Jennifer and Sara are fantastic! I mean seriously they are so dang good about getting back to me. My baby has 9 specialists and it’s almost impossible to get someone to call me back. This office is seriously so on top of it! I appreciate how much this office cares. They knew my baby had open heart surgery and Sara remembered even though it had been months since i mentioned that to her. She makes sure to ask me how she is doing. I really feel like I’m more then a number with this office! I highly suggest them! ❤️ I had to come back and add to my review! Giselle is an absolute god sent. She has been working above and beyond to get me a ct done when my insurance has been a total nightmare! I really appreciate how hard this office works to make sure my medical needs are taken care of. They TEXT AND CALL you back so fast!!!! That’s like I’m heard of. They actually check back to make sure The imaging company did get back with me when it’s not even their job. If you want an office that is seriously on top of it you definitely need to come here!!!! Thank you so much ladies I really appreciate you.

Cali, the Nurse Practitioner I saw was amazing! She listened to me and validated what I was feeling. Sarah, the medical assistant was pleasant and made us feel very comfortable. The front office staff were knowledgeable and friendly. A very good experience!

Healor Medical Clinic and their staff are amazing, professional and truly care about their patients. From the moment you arrive the front desk staff are friendly and helpful and always greet you with a smile especially Julisa. She has worked around my crazy work schedule so I can keep my appointments. She has gone above and beyond to help me on my medical weight loss journey. Rafael the medical assistant is amazing and helpful. He gives me my B12 shots and I literally do not feel a thing. He has such a friendly and confident demeanor I always enjoy seeing him too. Thu-Hun Tram my physician assistant has helped me achieve my weight loss goal and guided me throughout this journey not only physically but mentally Abad emotionally as well to help me achieve my healthy weight loss goals. All in all I am so happy and pleased with Healor Medical Clinic. They have set the bar for healthcare very high and do it so professionally and friendly. They truly care about helping their patients!

Relocating to Las Vegas presented the challenge of securing a good PCP. I had chosen another PCP who was a nightmare, forever waiting on hold, 2 week wait for referrals and scripts. I was blessed when I came across HEALOR. I love this practice....the office staff is pleasant, compassionate and effective. I see Dr.Tran, she is a wonderful caring person, who takes her time with you and takes care of getting to the bottom of every physical problem I have brought to her. Rafael their medical assistant, kind, thorough and prompt in handling all referrals and prescription requests. I have never had long wait times for my appointments or when calling the office. I recently brought a friend who was complaing of back pain, Dr Tran ordered testing which she quickly found it was not the back but an Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm, immediately the office provided all of the referrals and testing required to see the cardiovascular surgeon, a surgery which saved his life. As far as I'm concerned Healor is the ONLY PCP office in Las Vegas.

Front desk personnel were very professional. Doctor Singh was excellent in moving forward with a plan of best health direction. I was looking for a new Primary Care Physician and I think I found an excellent one. Very happy with my new PCP.

Just had an excellent experience at the Healor clinic. The staff as well as Doctor Singh each went out of their way to treat me as if I were the most important patient they served. The environment was pleasant and professional. The Doctor explained the procedure each step Of the way and made sure that I was experiencing no discomfort. Excellence is their minimum standard!

Today my husband and I met with Mia. She was very detailed and thorough and made us feel at ease. We were looking for a new internal medicine family practice doctor / office and I believe we have found that. If you're looking for that type of service you would probably do well to visit this office. The intake staff and the people on the phones everyone were very professional and very helpful.

I’m so beyond impressed with Dr Singh! He’s so kind (as is the staff). So knowledgeable and finding improper treatment from clinics I went to in Los Angeles. I’m so thankful to have found someone that can get me on the right path to health without being over medicated or too many vitamins!

New to Healor as my primary care physician and couldn't be more pleased. With my previous provider I never felt heard, and I didn't feel like my concerns were being taken serious. Completely opposite feeling at Healor. Chandler heard what I had to say, got the data to back it up, and fought with my insurance to get me treatment I needed. I'm very happy I made the decision to come to Healor.

Everyone that we came in contact with during our visit was exceptionally professional, kind, and helpful. Chandler, my daughter's new nurse practitioner, was amazing, and I feel very comfortable and relieved that we found Healor to help with my daughter's gender affirming health care. I wasn't sure what to expect when we went there, but it absolutely exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this medical facility.

They are generally too busy to provide quality care. They also couldn't take my blood in house.The wait times are long, the personal interactions are short, and my visits with my APRN have lasted like 2 minutes each. The communication is poor as well. I didn't know I'd need a therapist letter or previous scripts until well into my second appointment, I've been off meds for weeks at this point. Just go to Stoermer and bite the $200 bucks.

Immediately upon entering the office I was greeted with cheerfully pleasant staff. They were professional as very welcoming. The doctor was very professional. She made her instructions very clear and took the time to ensure during the exam that I understood what she was asking me to do. She was very mindful of my injury and made it comfortable me to preform the evaluation.

If you're looking for trans horomone replacement, DO NOT GO HERE!! Do yourself a favor & go to "the Center" Amazing that this place has good reviews on Google..lol I showed up for an appointment, was left to wait 45min in the waiting area, office wasn't even busy. When finally taken to the exam room, another 30min of waiting to see the Dr. For a 15min consult. It took a total of 2 hours and then they didn't feel the prescriptions as promised. Called back the next day to find out why the prescriptions weren't filled and was given excuses that they would have to talk to the practitioner to get the prescription sent over immediately, which never happened again. This is the most unprofessional doctor's office I have ever been to in my life, zero respect given for the patient's time. Let's not forget who the paying customers are!

My online doctor's appointment with Dr. Tran was a excellent experience. She treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. She was very caring toward my situation and very helpful with setting up my overdue blood work and to to find a new pain specialist. I would highly recommend this office for your medical needs. I deleted a previous comment in order to repost with a better experience. In short, my experience with Calli Collins PA has been wonderful and everything I wished for in searching for a provider. I am grateful to be seeing her for primary care but also HRT. She is educated and knowledgable in trans healthcare and I would recommend her to anyone in my same position. On the flip side, when I first started with this clinic, I had a bad experience with Mia L. NP. I felt she was undereducated on trans healthcare and misinformed me on a few occasions about the effects of HRT. I also felt a lot of pressure from her on how to go about my treatments and judgment on my decisions. For this I decided to change clinics but ended up only changing providers. I’m glad I ended up with my provider now. I hope that Mia has gotten more education on trans healthcare as this is a staple of this clinic. I’ve also had a great experience with the front desk as they are always accommodating to my schedule and helpful with billing questions.

Upon entering, I was greeted with a warm smile and a happy welcome. I had an appointment for a physical and I had all my paperwork completed online, so I was quickly called back. The first nurse was friendly and made me laugh. She quickly and easily made me feel comfortable. The PA that helped me was informative and thorough. I was very pleased with everyone that I interacted with at Healor.

The staff and doctor are very nice and caring. Mia took the time to listen to me and offered good health options along with lab test and follow up. I just had a follow up visit today and Mia was very helpful and caring. I highly recommend Healor and their staff!

This place and people in it redefined what a Doctors office visit is to me. Sara & Julie at the front are the friendliest and genuinely happiest people I’ve met. I changed primary care providers due to unreasonably long waits and not really being thorough. I found Dr Collins online and being not far from her office. I love Dr Collins. Very professional. Very understanding. Very easy to talk to about anything. Always makes sure everything is going good and what your best interest is. Her staff is very friendly and helpful. Someone always answers and someone always calls you back. Hands down the best primary care doctor I’ve ever worked with. Would recommend to everyone.

I liked it. The office seemed a little messy and left me a little bit uneasy at first, but that might just be my anxiety honestly. My appointment was at 2:00, I got there at 1:45 to do paperwork, and they called me back at 2:25-2:30 for my appointment. The staff seemed cool and I really like the nurse who I talked to. They were really helpful and got my prescription and everything figured out. It was cool.

I have recently moved to this practice after getting fed up with my old practice leaving me sitting in the waiting room for inordinate amounts of time to see anybody. This practice is great. Today I accidentally turned up a week early for my appointment! Not only with a very understanding about it but they also managed to fit me in so that I could be seen by the nurse anyway. The front desk staff are really friendly and helpful and full of smiles. The medical assistant was the same and could not have been more helpful. The nurse, Mia was so friendly and very thorough during her appointment I feel confident that she will get to the proper bottom of my problem and I will be feeling better in no time. The waiting room even has a free coffee machine!

What an absolutely amazing experience, from the front desk staff, to the MA, to the physician Dr. Singh— everyone was so pleasant. Everybody listened to my concerns diligently and openly without interruption and genuinely tried to give me the best solutions. Healer is hands down the best medical clinic I’ve been to! And Dr Collins is amazing! Staff was great, Dr. Cali was amazing and very thorough. She made sure all my concerns were addressed and she provided me with accurate and detailed information about the care I’m receiving.

I had a very nice first visit. The entire staff was friendly and efficient. Chandler Kramer, APRN, seemed very knowledgeable. My only complaint is that my blood pressure was not re-checked at the end of the visit. I will make sure to remind them to do that at my next visit.

I’ve struggled to find a decent LGBTQ+ friendly provider in Las Vegas and during an online search I came across Healor. I’m glad I decided to schedule an appointment with them. The office staff was friendly, I was seen promptly, and NP Chandler and his medical assistant were very understanding and informative about my healthcare. I am looking forward to continued primary care at Healor.

Healor is run by an excellent Internist and Nephrologist named Raj Singh. He has made the "Top 100 Doctors List" of a major publication here in Vegas multiple times. His clinic can treat you for just about any ailment that you are afflicted with including Addiction, ED, Hair Loss, Skin Issues, Primary Care, Medical Weight Loss, Hormone Therapy and a host of other things! In the front office you have Jennifer who has been there for years now waiting to greet you with her pretty and smiley face and who is friendly, and very competent who is always taking care of business. Then there is Esmeralda who is very nice and is my nurse who I am always happy to see. And then last but definitely not least is my primary provider named Mia LoPreiato. I have had excellent primaries in the past there at Healor, but Mia takes the cake. She is extremely nice, caring, competent, experienced, and genuinely concerned with your health and well being. In addition to having worked as an RN for many years including at UMC in the heart surgery recovery department, she earned a B.S. in Biology. So she knows way more than your standard nurse when it comes to Biology, Bio-Chemistry, Pharmacology and probably a host of other medical disciplines. She would have made a great doctor! In addition to all of that, she earned her Nurse Practioner's License with an emphasis in Naturopathy. She also has vast knowledge in Endocrinolgy and Lipidology. I consider her my doctor and the best one I have ever had and I have had at least a dozen over the last 20 years with all of my ailments. One more thing, she listens very well and might even look into your case on the weekends on her own time. What a Lady, I love her madly! So if you need medical care no matter what it is, I would head on over to Healor and ask for Mia as your primary. They even accept Medicaid as well.
