    Julie has been SO helpful with me on my purchase of a New IPhone 13pro!! After ordering one on the Jan 7th the phone never came and that’s how I ended up meeting Julie!! Julie worked out necessary paperwork and there was a phone here already!! Problem was solved and she was so friendly w/ all my questions! It couldn’t have worked out any better!! Very Happy 😃

    Very grateful for retail locations. ATT has pulled so many resources and keeps directing everyone to the support phone line. The phone reps are horrible to work with. Not to mention the 40 minute wait. Uggggh. Well today I was lucky to work with Sergio. He took me right away, took my order, assisted with locating the 6 phones I needed and placed the order. Offered a courtesy text when they arrive and was just an amazing help. Thank you for having real people to help with real world needs. Thank you Sergio for going above and beyond! I will return to your store for sure. I recommend others do the same.

    This location was beautiful but very empty. My mom and I were able to get in and get out quickly with no issues at all! The representative was pleasant, and was fast to help us! I recommend this At&t store, if your looking for fast, pleasing service 😁👍

    My husband and I were just there and the gentleman helping us, I use that term very loosely, had the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. He was very short with us, he wouldn't let us really talk. When we would try to he would cut us off. He was tapping his fingers on the counter the entire time as we're trying to explain what was going on and asking him our options. We tryed asking him how much we could get for my phone as a trade-in, and he looked at it for literally less than a second and said, you can't get anything for this phone. We left as it was clear he didn't want to be there or do his job. I called the Boca Park AT&t location, which I tend to do every time after we try the lake Mead location first. I cannot believe that the Lake Mead location is the district office as it literally never helps. Anyways, the lady at the boca park location after explaining what had happened she asked what phone I was trying to trade in, when I told her which phone I had and there was no damage she said oh yeah you're trade in would be $800 and something dollars. I don't know if he just didn't want to help us or what it was but the guy literally does not need to have a job and does not need to be in customer service

    I went in with my Mother and between her and me there was a litany of product, troubleshooting, and account-related inquiries that we had hoped to get resolved because online help was not doing it. I have to shout out Pablo, he has been at this for 16 years and it shows. Not only did he make sure to answer my mother's questions he answered mine even when asked for clarification. My mother and I purchased equipment as well, Pablo took the time to make sure that our devices synced the way we wanted and did not rush us. It is very refreshing to be treated like we are a client with accounts instead of livestock.

    I feel that since we have not been able to watch certain channels for over 2 months direct TV should pro rate all their customers monthly bills to reflect lower amounts until nexstar reinstates service. Direct tv is losing a lot of money and so is Nexstar. Has left a bitter taste in my mouth.

    No complaints regarding this location. Every time I come in and have an issue, Sergio is always helping and patient. He takes his time with you and his never rude or frustrated. Overall everyone is very helpful and looking out for there customers.

    I came in to get some information on upgrading my phone. Even though they didn’t have the exact model Sergio was great at accommodating me to find similar options or places that may have the same product. Great customer service!! Update I came back in a couple hours later to get a iPhone 14 and David helped me! He was super helpful and I was in and out in about 30 mins. Very kind and let me know about all the accessories deals. Great store!

    Awesome customer service!! Kiki help me fix my Direct TV, buy an Apple Watch, and air pod pros. I will do all my shopping here!!! PS…I only came in to fix my Direct TV. Awesome sales person!!! UPDATE: Because of the awesome service Kiki gave, I decided to come back at a later date to handle some billing issues. Kiki was working with another customer and someone else assisted me. He told me that he would not be able to assist me and I would need to call AT& A directly. After a moment he agreed to look at the bill and pointed out some charges that should not have been there, but I would still need to call ATT to take care of the situation. I stood there thinking “you suck”! Night and Day experience. Kiki still gets a 5 star. My overall experience of my two visits, 3.5 stars.

    I needed to upgrade my iPhone and received amazing service from Daisy - who was the same AT&T rep that set me up with my first iPhone 3 years ago. It says something about a business when they are able to hold on to the good people that work for them - and Daisy really is one of the best! Super helpful, fast, friendly, informed, and a genuine pleasure to work with.

    Lorenzo and Alexis were sweet enough to let me come in 10 minutes before closing and help me out. My phone needed to be replaced for a trip I was taking the next day. The service was super quick, super easy, and Lorenzo is a great customer service representative. I’d recommend this store to anyone, especially if those two are working. Thanks guys!

    My phone would not turn on and I could not gain access to my account as a result. Pablo helped me to regain access to my account as well as to choose a new phone and plan that was right for me. He was very patient and shared detailed information I was previously unaware of that allowed me to choose plan options I really liked. Pablo was very kind and helpful, I recommend requesting his assistance at this location.

    AT&T has one of the best customer service experience. They have one Representative that is always pleasant and accommodating each of my visits. She is very courteous and has a radiant smile every time she greats me. Ms. Kierralynn makes my visit to AT&T stress free and I always leave satisfied and pleased. AT&T should have more Representative with such energy and such poise. Ms. Kieks, keep up who you are. You are such a pleasant, caring and lovely person. So filled with family morals and you always treated me like family.

    Had an overcharged bill due to an employee error that happened 2 weeks ago. Called into this branch and spoke with manager Vin . He made things right and gave me the proper credit back to my account. Great service ! Talk to this manager if you need anything for your cell service !
