My
husband
and
I
were
just
there
and
the
gentleman
helping
us,
I
use
that
term
very
loosely,
had
the
worst
customer
service
I've
ever
seen
in
my
life.
He
was
very
short
with
us,
he
wouldn't
let
us
really
talk.
When
we
would
try
to
he
would
cut
us
off.
He
was
tapping
his
fingers
on
the
counter
the
entire
time
as
we're
trying
to
explain
what
was
going
on
and
asking
him
our
options.
We
tryed
asking
him
how
much
we
could
get
for
my
phone
as
a
trade-in,
and
he
looked
at
it
for
literally
less
than
a
second
and
said,
you
can't
get
anything
for
this
phone.
We
left
as
it
was
clear
he
didn't
want
to
be
there
or
do
his
job.
I
called
the
Boca
Park
AT&t
location,
which
I
tend
to
do
every
time
after
we
try
the
lake
Mead
location
first.
I
cannot
believe
that
the
Lake
Mead
location
is
the
district
office
as
it
literally
never
helps.
Anyways,
the
lady
at
the
boca
park
location
after
explaining
what
had
happened
she
asked
what
phone
I
was
trying
to
trade
in,
when
I
told
her
which
phone
I
had
and
there
was
no
damage
she
said
oh
yeah
you're
trade
in
would
be
$800
and
something
dollars.
I
don't
know
if
he
just
didn't
want
to
help
us
or
what
it
was
but
the
guy
literally
does
not
need
to
have
a
job
and
does
not
need
to
be
in
customer
service
