I visited this Vegan Culinary School on a Saturday evening at 6:30pm. The restaurant has its own parking lot. The vibe is amazing with very friendly, welcoming service. The kitchen is open so you can see who is making your food and watch the preparations. We enjoyed everything we ate especially the sliders and the Fettuccine Alfredo!! I still can’t believe how good everything was. There is outdoor seating available for when it’s cool outside and it’s very cozy, secluded and enclosed. They have a cool art sculpture, super clean bathrooms and just the general feel of this place is amazing! I definitely recommend it as the food was fresh and delicious. Excellent experience all around!!

Google just reminded me how good this place was, we walked in not knowing it was even a restaurant. I was just curious about the vegan cooking school. They had classes up on the walls for kids and adults which was very cool. Then we got to the food. Do you wanna was there and she brought us out some complementary appetizers. Then I went right for the French dip sandwich with a bowl of French onion soup and a cherry turnover for dessert. Some of the best vegan food I’ve ever had especially in Vegas. I can’t wait to go back

Incredible vegan food. The burrito was the best breakfast food I've had since going vegan 3 years ago. The veggie puff was tasty and my wife said the "spam" on the breakfast sandwich was amazing. Only wish we weren't just visiting so we could eat here more often. I was surprised it wasn't more busy - this place is the best!

Oh my goodness I can’t believe I’ve waited this long to go here 😱 This place is absolutely incredible from the excellent customer service to the unbelievably delicious food! Something was forgotten on my order and they were so quick to make it right. I will be frequenting this place without a doubt! I ate everything so quickly I forgot to take a picture but here’s a shot of their treats display! Big shout out to Mandy! Thank you for the sweet treats and outstanding customer service 😍

We came for lunch and dinner today and were thrilled with everything we ordered. Philly cheesesteak is quite possibly better than anything you'd get at Pat's or Gino's in philly...crab cake sandwich, Buffalo chickpea wrap, toona sandwich, mac n cheese, corn cakes...you can't order a bad dish here. 100% making the classes a priority next time we come back. Owner is an incredible person. So happy we met you guys!

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! This Vegas/LA trip was a surprise anniversary vacation from my amazing husband. We took our cooking class the day before we left Las Vegas, and it was the PERFECT last surprise. Our experience was excellent! The staff was great...every one of them. The owner (Heather) was very friendly and made sure we were satisfied with the class. The chef (Nico) was patient, kind and knowledgeable, and one of the assistants (Hailey) was super cool and made us feel right at home. (I hope I got everyone's name correct) We took a couple of their desserts with us...delicious. The only downside is that we do not live in Vegas and cannot attend classes at the school regularly :( Much thanks to you Vegas Vegan Culinary School & Eatery, you guys are Awesome!!!

Visited on a Saturday afternoon with my friend for an early lunch. The inside was bright and welcoming with the restaurant on the left and a cooking kitchen on the right. There was also an outside covered seating area in the front. There was one person running everything from taking orders to preparing the orders and serving. I ordered the buffalo chickpea wrap which came with chips and I got a watermelon mango juice. My friend ordered the bbq jackfruit sandwich with the coleslaw on the side and she got the watermelon juice. After ordering we sat and talked while enjoying our fresh juices and waited for our food. Our orders arrived and everything looked delicious. My chickpea wrap had great flavors, only comment would be that I wish the chickpeas were a little mashed instead of whole. My friend enjoyed her jackfruit sandwich for the most the part. She said the barbecue sauce had a little too much of a Ketchup taste. Other than that the jackfruit was tasty and tender. I recommend giving them a try whether vegan or not.

Soooo happy we found this gem during our trip to Vegas. The food was delicious: I tried one of the breakfast bagel items, a latte, & strawberry cheesecake - all so yum. I can't believe how good the texture of the cheesecake was. Mandy was so so lovely, fun, professional, & considerate. We got to sample a few treats - the curry tofu & the egg salad were very tasty. Definitely will be back here every time we visit. Mandy told us about some of the classes they offer & that sounds fun to try (can take some virtually too!) & the meal prep options look great & priced well.

Such a cool spot and the option to cook vegan cuisines is great. The breakfast burritos we had were amazing. The mango habanero sauce that accompanied the chorizo burrito was on point!

This is bittersweet because I don’t have enough stars to give this place. They deserve a standing ovation honestly. But unfortunately they are closing for in door dining 😔🥲. Good news is that if we all support them they will still stay open for pick up and delivery. IF YOU WANT THEM TO REMAIN OPENED, THEY DESPERATELY NEED OUR HELP. THE FOLLOWING WILL STILL BE AVAILABLE STARTING MONDAY. Open for takeout and delivery Monday through Wednesday 11am to 4pm, Friday and Saturday 11am to 6pm, Sunday 10am to 3pm. Tuesday and Thursday: closed. (WEBSITE WILL BE UPDATED BY MONDAY AS WELL). SO PLEASE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WHAT THEY STILL CAN OFFER BEFORE THEY ARE FORCED TO CLOSE COMPLETELY. PICK UP WILL BE AT THE SIDE KITCHEN ENTRANCE ON 3RD ST. (DON’T TURN INTO THE PARKING LOT FOR THE MAIN ENTRANCE). Now for the food, WOW 🤩, I simply have no words to explain to you the explosion of flavors and the deliciousness of their meals. We tried the Philly cheesesteak with potatoe salad, Burger with carrot salad, the fresas con crema (strawberries with cream) and the most amazing brownie I have EVER had. All vegan and masterfully done, if I could eat here every day I would. I suggest you venture out and just give them a try, you might never miss eating real meat again. I hope we can continue to support them enough that they can continue to do take out, I wish I lived closer too 😔. Anyway, give them a try, you will never forget it.

This place was a silver lining on our unplanned Vegas stay due to flight cancellations (thanks, Frontier). As you can imagine, health is not the #1 priority in Vegas, so finding good plant-based food can be hard. We came here for lunch and it was totally worth it. Jackfruit BBQ sandwich was top notch. Smoky, juicy, and slightly sweet. Philly cheese sandwich was good too, they charred part of the meat just right, and the bun had some sauce similar to melted cheese. Crab cakes had that salty seafood feeling, a bit more like tuna for my taste, but you might enjoy it. Prices are reasonable. Located up north, a short Uber ride if you are staying on the strip. I would highly recommend this place.

I was visiting Vegas and made a bee line here when I learned they had breakfast burritos. The bacon lived up to the hype, it added so much flavor (and normally im a sausage lover). My gf had the chorizo burrito; I thought the bacon was superior. They both came filled with tofu scrambles and were HUGE; one burrito is enough for two people. We got to chat with Heather and hear about her amazing work to stop the dog meat trade and inspire impressions of vegan food with delicious creations. They pride themselves on more WFPB dishes rather than the substitutes (obvs with exceptions). I already look forward to going back.

Heather Heath, owner and CEO is a creative business owner- has a passion for Vegan food and helps the community with her service and teaching. The Vegan options on the menu are very tasty and enjoyable for those non-Vegans who are wanting to try out the food as well as the Vegan community. Ms. Heath and her staff do catering- discuss with her your needs and she’s willing to work with you to customize what you need- for example she can help you with a birthday party catering with a theme based night or such things. Additionally she has a multi meal menu for purchase that is utilized by some to share meals at work, or for those who are not wanting to cook at home all the time. For example this week she had a five meal choice menu and you could buy a meal singularly or buy in bulk. She changes the menu each week to rotate the food available—lots of dishes to try! Attached is a photo that had an example menu for this week and the current prices. She is closed on Tuesday’s and Wednesdays so get some meals and stock up! There is inside or outside dining which is nice in this cooling fall weather. Ms. Heath and her staff are friendly, genuine, and kind. Today we enjoyed the Eggless Egg Salad Sandwich, the baked Mac and Cheese and the Boss Burger— all excellent. Also sampled a bite of their brownie that was super. We will be using this eatery to cater for my friend’s 60th birthday party this fall and look forward the the mushroom sliders that we will order!

Had a very nice chat with the owner while I was eating there with my vegan son. Great food at reasonable prices. Best of all: they offer cooking classes in their spacious open kitchen. Defently my recommendation when you are looking for another Las Vegas way of living 😉.

Banger of a place for vegan/vegetarian food, it's got a cute deli feel with both indoor and outdoor dining. Highly recommend coming through and supporting this vegan place to experience the culinary options. They also serve alcohol which was nice along with offering cooking classes, overall this place is exceptionally good and will definitely make it a place to visit more often as a local. I'd give 6 stars if I could, the food is amazing and highly recommend the Philly Cheese sandwich. The seasonal menu is also amazing, the Gobbler sandwich was everything Thanksgiving I needed while vegan.

Go to dinner here! They recently started serving dinner, and it is excellent! You can sit inside or on the patio. They said the menu will change every two weeks, but I'll post a picture of the menu we had. The food was high quality and delicious. And the prices are reasonable. This was by far the best meal we've had in Vegas. Better than Crossroads. I'm telling you, go here!

I ordered from the Vegas Vegan Culinary School and Eatery for the first time today. The food and the service were outstanding! The portion sizes were huge! (I had the faux tuna salad.) In addition to a variety of sandwiches, wraps, and desserts, they are also known for their outstanding Sicilian Italian specialties, their online and in person culinary school, and their fabulous catering. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

Expansive menu, and HUGE portions! Everything looked great and I had the steak burrito which was excellent. My wife had a quiche which was slightly on the saltier side. I topped off with a peanut butter and chocolate cup which was nice, and a coffee which was ok. Would love to go again and try the other things. Very good service though, and the place is really well kept and clean, including the toilets.

They serve gyros and rueben which are rare! They do a really job of perfecting the sandwiches, my reuben was seitan based and it was smoked for two days, the flavor and texture was the best I’ve seen of seitan. I definitely recommend this place, it was the first restaurant I dined in from my trip and it set the bar high.

My sister came from out of town and she is a Vegetarian! I chose this place based on the reviews and the reviews did not disappoint! My sister had the Vegetarian Mac and Cheese, I had the Vegan burrito and so did my sister’s friend! I’m not a vegetarian but it was absolutely delicious! I was very impressed with the quality and quantity of the meal! They gave me their leftovers because they had a flight to catch and didn’t want to bring it back home! I have tried it all and was equally impressed with how amazing their food tasted! If you are a vegetarian you should definitely check them out and if you like to sit outside they have an area where you can enjoy the beautiful day outside! Enjoy!!

This place is very very good. The people are all extremely friendly and the food is great. It’s hard to pick my favorite. The cheese steak and gyro were very good. The pesto pasta is amazing. Waffles are amazing. Everything is amazing. Support these people because they are good people.

First of all everyone who works here has the best energy ever! Very hospitable and attentive. You can taste before you buy, which is helpful and appreciated. I enjoyed the experience. The food was light yet filling. I’ll certainly return when I’m in Vegas again.

Looking at their menu ahead of time, I had an idea of what I wanted …. until the kind gentleman behind the counter told me the special of the day (so make sure you wait to make up your mind!). Great flavour, feels healthy yet decadent. I will absolutely dine here again when in town.
