Osi
is
an
amazing
personal
trainer!
Even
before
my
pregnancy,
I
wasn't
in
the
best
shape
but
I
knew
that
after
having
my
son
that
I
wanted
to
hit
the
gym
ASAP
to
get
back
into
the
shape
I
was
when
I
was
younger.
Over
the
years,
I've
tried
many
fitness
programs,
eating
plans,
but
working
out
on
my
own
wasn't
for
me
as
I
ended
up
giving
up
and
had
no
motivation
when
I
wasn't
seeing
progress.
I
knew
I
needed
accountability
and
motivation...
that's
what
I
found
in
Osi!
From
day
one,
I
knew
I
was
in
good
hands.
Her
positivity,
motivation
and
knowledge
of
proper
form
and
heathy
habits
is
what
I
had
been
looking
for.
She
takes
the
time
to
explain
each
workout
and
focuses
on
every
detail
to
make
sure
the
exercise
that
you
are
doing
is
actually
going
to
make
an
impact.
She
modifies
exercises
if
needed
so
that
it's
at
the
level
you
are
currently
at
and
is
very
patient.
In
the
past,
I've
had
trainers
just
see
me
as
another
client.
Osi
customizes
each
workout
for
each
client,
remembers
details
about
past
workouts
that
I
can't
even
remember
and
always
checks
in
on
me
throughout
the
week,
sending
me
positive
voice
messages
and
seeing
how
I'm
feeling.
I
went
from
someone
who
hated
working
out
to
actually
being
excited
to
go
to
each
session
with
her.
Her
intimate
gym
has
every
equipment
you'll
need
and
everyone
is
always
so
friendly
and
motivating,
cheering
you
on
as
you
go
-
absolutely
no
judgement!
She's
also
a
mom
so
she
understands
all
the
changes
that
come
with
your
body
during
pregnancy,
and
having
a
busy
mom
life.
In
just
5
weeks
time
of
private
sessions
(3
times
a
week),
I've
dropped
inches,
grown
stronger
and
feel
so
much
more
confident
in
myself.
I
still
have
a
long
way
to
go,
but
I
know
with
Osi,
I'll
get
to
my
goal.
Osi
has
become
a
great
friend
and
I'm
excited
to
see
the
progress
I
make
with
her.
I'm
so
happy
to
have
her
as
my
trainer
and
couldn't
recommend
her
more!
