    This store lacks in customer service overall ! And today despite there being multiple registers open they made all customers line up down the center Aisle of the store blocking other Aisles so people had to cut between you and were right in you face. This must be a new policy because I was just there the day before and it wasn’t like this. Or perhaps an associate implemented it on there own. Either way it’s a horrible idea.

    I like this location they usually let me shop in peace. I like that this store us always stocked and I can find what I need. It is also clean and you can walk through isles without tripping on something

    This store has everything you need for your pets priced at 2x the cost of anywhere else. There were things there that I wanted, but the markup was so much higher that I couldn't justify spending the money for the convenience of finding it there. Specialty stores like this that take advantage of the consumer, usually find themselves out of business once customers realize that everything can be bought elsewhere for substantially lower costs.

    This store is much better then Petco. Better selection and prices. The store is pet friendly. Excellent for cats, dogs, snakes gerbils. I don't know enough about fish and tanks to comment. They sell tags, that you can personalize. Animal beds, cat trees and scratches. The staff are friendly. The store can get busy and crowded during peak hours.

    One young lady th0at works there. I think I heard someone call her Dee, African American young lady. She was nice and pleasant to me when I visited this particular location and she smiled the whole time while she assist me. That means she likes her job. When helping others.     I got the right order but, whoever delivered it left it at the bottom of our front steps. Anyone could have taken it. We order the dog food because we are seniors. My husband is in his 80's and I'm in my 70's, I fell & hurt my back trying to bring it up to the front door. I have never had a problem before. I absolutely do not want that person to make a delivery to us again.

    Unless the policy has changed, this petsmart refused to honor price comparisons that I know have been done in the past. I needed grooming tools for my pets that were $40 cheaper on Amazon than in the store. The person at the counter originally said that they still would match the price, but after coming back with the item, stated that is no longer the policy. Not sure if this was true or if they didn’t want to take the loss and hope that someone else hadn’t done the research.

    The groomers here are really nice. Ashley did an amazing job on my dog, who seemed to really like her! She genuinely cared about my dog’s eye condition and I appreciated that. I will definitely be back, as long as Baylee can have Ashley as her groomer! 😆

    Staff is very helpful and the store very organized and clean. I happened to visit on a day that they were having some sort of doggy daycare or maybe a play date?!? It was so cute seeing all of the different dogs doing their own thing through the glass while an employee was just watching over them.

    Much better experience than the one on Ft Apache. Grooming service was great. Ft Apache could learn how to treat customers from this location.

    Closes PetSmart to me and they have everything I need every time I go there. Never that busy, so you get in and out fast. Just be careful going during December, every body seems to be there at the same time for pet gifts.. 😂😂 they have the best gifts for pets!! My baby loved her new bed with blanket gift!

    UPDATE They credits back the one bow I didn't receive. So I'm elevating this to a two star; because other issues still exist. Not only did I not get the 17% online discount for today only, I only got 3 of the 4 pastel bows I ordered online. I went to the app to report the missing item, but the app doesn't allow for any interaction beyond purchasing. I spoke to the delivery person who said call the store. I called the Store and waited on the phone as it rang for over FOUR minutes. No one bothered to answer the phone! Then I was disconnected. I have a Pugapoo who has a lot of supply needs. I won't be giving PetSmart my business ever again. I hope the lost ten bucks was worth it. What a rip off!

    Dr. Evan Hayes the Vet and his staff front desk to Vet assistant/Nurse were sweet and helpful and maàaaaan was it a thing that they kept being patient with our situation with. I really appreciated everything. Other than a little bit of a wait time. It was worth it. First puppy shots went smoothly and exam rooms were clean!

    What used to be a great location is no longer. When I’m told by the manager on duty that you will not even match chewy‘s price, which is owned and partnered with Petsmart that’s just wrong. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I suggest others do the same.

    I had an amazing experience. I was trying to handle and shop for my new pibble baby and I had my escape artist senior chihuahua with me too! It started to get a little overwhelming but the cashier who helped me was amazing. She was very patient and even picked up my chihuahua before she could escape the cart again lmao….. i also really appreciate that another associate helped me bring a large crate to the register AND helped me load it into my car. Really helped my experience feel a lot less stressful and overwhelming!!

    3 times I've walked out of petsmart without any purchases due to the cashier spending time gossiping with the customers instead of cashing out. It will be the last time I go to petsmart. Management should at least try a self-checkout line or second cashier. I'll go to another store

    -1 STAR. I went in to buy some pro biotics for my boy who was sick, so I asked an Employee for help, older man with a ponytail and a defeated sad look. He showed me the product then proceeded to grab the item out of my hands and said he was going to take it to the front, why? idk maybe because I was ethnic and thought I was going to steal it? At the front it wasn't even there, he took it to a back room which confirmed his bias. You're a pathetic man, working as a clerk in your 50's so I'm not even mad just disappointed. I payed for my item but will never be returning. He looked dirty/ unclean and depressed maybe it's your way of thinking that's brought you down in life, I hope you heal your miserable life and stop stereotyping people. FYI I probly make 5x what you make, so I don't need to steal and I'm half your age so rethink your life choices and how you got where you are looser.

    My son went for me (he’s 20) and asked for a haircut for our mini yorkie. He paid $80 which included tip. I came home from work with literally no cut I should’ve taken before and after pictures. What a rip off. I called and asked why did they charge 70 bucks for not anything at all done to her and they blamed my son saying just a trim. I’m never going back. Yes I’ve heard the horrible stories. It was purely out of convenience due to it being down the street and my regular groomer “groomer has it” is too far since I moved. Anyway I guess I’ll take the trek to groomer has it in centennial.

    Good customer service, friendly staff, but the animal and fish enclosures could be a little cleaner. More selection in the fish department would be great also, and maybe include more plants like duckweed and java moss.

    Don't recommend getting a dog trained on Rainbow it says if your dog's not train 6 weeks you get your full refund back that's a lie false advertisement in the trainer is not even certified to be a dog trainer. Wasting money you got pay more to get results did nothing's Thank Destiny for lying and ripping me off not even a trainer you just person not even certified that's the dog trainer show up to two of her classes Last it ONLY GAVE ME BACK $23.00 Pet Smart the job that Destiny was supposed to do I did her job telling her what to do I should get hired for a job PetSmart in Las Vegas on Rainbow 89108 I PAID $139.00

    We had our small dog groomed there today. We requested a short shave for summer. They left some places under his arms and his legs with long hairs. We paid for the upgrade package for de-shedding and that was clearly not done as he has so much hair coming off of him right now like what happens when you go to the salon for a shave and they don't brush you off so you have hair everywhere. My husband had to give him another bath and clean him up as soon as he brought him home. What a waste of time and money. We won't be back to this location. Terrible job.

    Went to get my long haired cat groomed. Wanted a wash and brush and clean up around paws. Which I asked if they could shave. The person taking me in said yes. Not very friendly, and in bad mood. I was late and had called in advance to ask if it was okay if not I could turn around and reschedule. I drive an hour to get there and the weather was bad, raining real bad. They said as long it was 10 minutes and I made it within 10 minutes after appointment. Catherine the groomer said 3 hours and I went on my way. When I returned Catherine warned me my cats belly was damp and I said no problem. When I got to the car there was soo much hair falling off and he was more than damp. He was wet everywhere. I went back inside to ask if he had gotten brushed and Catherine said yes, that it was normal for cats to loose hair because of stress. I also told her that he was more than damp on his belly. She didn't say anything. So I went on my way. When I got home I checked to see if his paws were shaved and they were not. Will not be going back. Bad customer service. 😑 I would like to assume maybe my kitty didn't let her shave his paws; that's a different thing, however, when I asked how he behaved, there were no concerns. Also they charged me for a bath and brush, if it was extra to shave I would have been more than happy to pay the fee. Anyways. Not a good vibe.

    My husky went in for a bath and brush today. I dropped him off at 9 am and he was ready to go within two hours! He was totally dry and fluffy. On our walk home you could tell he felt like a million bucks. I will absolutely be back to this location for my grooming needs. $54 for a bath and brush is an excellent price and seeing my boy all spunky was priceless. Thanks ladies at pet smart grooming station you are rockstars!

    Store manager is very unhelpful, he will stand and watch as his few employees struggle to handle a busy day. Not sure if it's corporate or someone in the store but customers continously get harassed over the intercoms that has just recently been installed.. store is very low staffed and petsmart hr does NOTHING when called to a situation.

    This is a decent place to board your pet and is stocked well, like most petsmarts you will encounter nationwide. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a security guard at the front which is always slightly unnerving to me, but honestly is the norm for Las Vegas now, this is all stores/hotels etc. there. The reason I deducted a star is because of 2 reasons. 1) the primary reason I was here was for use of the pet hotel. This was located at the direct left after entering the store, and this was the ONLY way to access it. There was a barricade of fish tanks that prevented a customer from accessing it once shopping in the store. Therefore, if you are also shopping (which I was) and then go to pick up your dog, it genuinely makes it look like your stealing because you have to walk towards the front door triggering the automatic open. I explained to the security guard that I was picking up my dog and she had no issue, but it is still a poor design decision. 2) there was a level of just grime within, there were skid marks on the floor. It's what I call "Las Vegas Grime." Because everything in the town seems to just have a layer of soot or black or something (my white dogs paws turned grey during the stay in Vegas). The store wasn't repulsive and it wasnt disgusting, but I wish it were cleaner. Now unfortunately, there is no petsmart closer to the strip that can board dogs than this one, but thats not their fault and I'm not deducting stars. I will caution all traveling pet owners, probably best to keep your pet at home, Vegas may claim its pet friendly but it really is not. However, if you do decide to bring them, I would still recommend this Petsmart.

    Literally just left after waiting and actively looking for help for twenty minutes in the aquarium area. Even went to the vet area where one worker wearing PetSmart uniform was just talking on her phone. I asked if we could get help and still nothing. We ended up just leaving.
