Love
the
store.
But
a
4
star
because
I've
ran
into
issues
where
me
and
my
family
are
patiently
waiting
for
help
in
the
fish
section.
And
on
help
comes,
we
are
pushed
last.
The
most
recent
incident
was
Sunday
08/06/22,
we
waited
patiently
while
the
guy
helped
FIVE
separate
customers/group/family
that
anyone
with
eyes
clearly
saw
just
got
there.
We
stood
there
w/o
moving
as
we
waited
patiently.
Another
employee
came
and
we
were
happy
to
finally
get
help,
but
nope.
They
went
to
help
TWO
separate
customers
at
different
times
for
crickets.
Got
me
kind
of
irked,
but
we
kept
our
cool
and
waited
patiently.
The
entire
time,
we
were
observing
the
employee
handling
the
fish
customers.
He
needs
some
training.
He
dropped
2
customer's
fish,
looked
at
them,
then
looked
down.
In
hopes
they
didn't
see?
Not
one
to
assume.
This
person
was
very
aggressive
with
the
fish.
To
the
point
where
when
it
was
our
turn,
I
asked
for
a
different
one
that
the
one
initially
caught
because
it
was
shook
in
the
net
like
Darla
from
finding
Nemo.
I'm
watching
all
4
of
the
new
swimmers
I
bought
now,
hoping
they
didn't
stress
too
much
from
the
lack
of
care
from
the
employee.
Overall.
I
love
the
store,
but
the
fish
department
needs
some
work.
