Lily did a great job bathing my puppy! When I went in to pick up my pup, all the other ladies were giving her so much attention and she was just eating it up. Needless to say, I think my pup had a great time and we will definitely be back!

This trip I went to go check out what kitties they had for adoption. They had a bunch of these really cute kittens all around 4 to 5 months old and there $100 each. Me and my boyfriend are thinking about getting one soon. It always feels good knowing you're giving an animal a good home. And of course I would buy all the accessories and stuff that I would need to go with the kitty. Like a litter box litter and of course Kitty toys!! I just love kittens they're so playful and just fun to be around. Can't wait to have one myself!

I shop there all the time for supplies for my cat. Customer service is more hit than miss but I do get some misses occasionally. I hate that they have a wall full of beta fish just dying in their containers. That bothers me as an animal lover.

Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of product to choose from for your dog. Will be back there again.

We went in for a trip for our Remi’s gotcha day. The set up, and supplies were like all other Petsmarts, but the employees were not! We interacted with 2 different associates and they were both very rude. If you hate your job, get a new one-everyone is hiring. I’ll drive a bit farther next time to Petco where the employees are friendly and kind.

The manager, Bree, is fantastic and always helps me with whatever I need. Customer service from her is top notch. Inventory for crickets is always low or out, but other than that I always feel taken care of by Bree. I bought my Chinese Water Dragon, Bossk, there a year ago and he is an amazing pet.

Our dog likes this dog food. He's a year and 7 months old and very picky 🙄. He loves his new bed 😆.

This place is amazing for cat,dog,bird, and fish owners. There is everything from food and toys, to tanks and rocks with PetSmart. Their prices are actually really decent and they always have really cute cats that you can adopt. They also have little shops where you can get your dogs hair cut and cleaned.

Good, not great experience at PetSmart…they have a solid selection and I generally leave with a smile but I think that’s because I love animals lol. I’ve been to this location several times and the staff is usually friendly.

I love petsmart!! Great variety and all the newest freeze dried kibble and healthy food!! But above it all… friendly and knowledgeable staff!!! His favorite road trip!!!

Needs more dog clothes and I went to 3 PetSmart's , 2 in Las Vegas and 1 in El Cajon, all out of Royal Caine adult extra small hard dog food, they said it was back ordered, never had that happen before.

Took my daughter here to get her first pet mouse. Nick was the one that helped us out with all the necessities. He was extremely knowledgeable. He answered every single question we had and told us exactly what we should buy for our new mouse. My daughter was very happy and confident that she made the right decision. Thank you!

Good location. It has the food we need, clean and it's nice to see the cute kitties that are up for adoption even though it makes me want to adopt them all. 🥹

Love the store. But a 4 star because I've ran into issues where me and my family are patiently waiting for help in the fish section. And on help comes, we are pushed last. The most recent incident was Sunday 08/06/22, we waited patiently while the guy helped FIVE separate customers/group/family that anyone with eyes clearly saw just got there. We stood there w/o moving as we waited patiently. Another employee came and we were happy to finally get help, but nope. They went to help TWO separate customers at different times for crickets. Got me kind of irked, but we kept our cool and waited patiently. The entire time, we were observing the employee handling the fish customers. He needs some training. He dropped 2 customer's fish, looked at them, then looked down. In hopes they didn't see? Not one to assume. This person was very aggressive with the fish. To the point where when it was our turn, I asked for a different one that the one initially caught because it was shook in the net like Darla from finding Nemo. I'm watching all 4 of the new swimmers I bought now, hoping they didn't stress too much from the lack of care from the employee. Overall. I love the store, but the fish department needs some work.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. They do a great job of brooming by two dogs.

We went into the store looking for a Bearded Dragon. Knowing little about them and what they needed, Sierra was quick to offer help. From the beginning to the end, not only was she extremely knowledgeable about the pet, but she was all smiles and extremely patient. We had my two kids, their two friends and all are younger over excited kids. Sierra helped us find our next friend, plus she helped us with what we needed to have in its cage, eating schedules, etc… from beginning to end (about an hour) she was there helping us. Sierra, thanks again for making our experience one to remember. While we have had bad experiences at this store, Sierra helped to make this one great. Store owners, if y’all are listening, she deserves a raise, a bonus and the employee of the month award. What a terrific individual. Clearly she loves her job and that goes a long way when helping others. A+++!!

Did not have the dog food I have been getting from them. Sign says that they can't get it from the manufacturer . Apparently Chewy can because I got everything from them and it cost less and is delivered free. Petsmart lost a customer.

Puppy training classes have been beneficial.

I stopped in with my pup for a nail trim and cat litter. I didn’t look at the total at the register and went about my day as normal. I later received a call from Bree/Bri, and she informed me that there was a mixup with my grooming service, and I was overcharged. I hadn’t even noticed! She gave me easy options to remedy the problem. This type of customer service does not go unnoticed, and neither does her kindness.

Fish department is atrocious. Never in stock, dead fish, & what topped it off for me today is I called ahead to ask if they had any corydora fish IN STOCK. The woman on the other line did a great job at reading off the names of the fish on the labels & confirmed they were in stock, but when I arrived at the store & saw they're absolutely zero Cory's. Like why are you the way that you are. Don't come here for fish.

Well stocked, great to take your dog, Renee trainer is best. Vet services are good, generalists, but excellent for basic keep your dog healthy routine. Durango does not have onsite Doggy Day camp, but groomers are through. Overall staff is tolerant and friendly (my dog is working on leash manners)

Amazing Service and Always friendly staff! Was scared at first with the Groomer service there but so far its been the best one for my dogs. Sadly however they lose 1 star for our preferred Science Hill diet of 1-6 Adult always seeming to be out or close to out and only ever stocked with 3 bags for the big kind.

This place is very nice! It has a ton of great products and even greater employees. My only complaint is that many of the products and services are very pricey. But I did get my dog groomed here today and it turned out great! I definitely recommend it.

Petsmart doesn't have the deals like they did a few years ago...but they still have the cutest pets for adoption! 😍

The worst unfinished hair cut to my dog. Unfinished because my dog was moving to much. But we still had to pay full price.. My husband doesn't like to have any conversation so he paid for it.. This is horrible uneven chopping I have ever seen . N my dear friend is a dog breeder. There was 4 clueless 20 year girls.. I will make sure I let everybody know. NEVER TO TAKE UR PET TO PET SMART.. NOW ALL THE DOGS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD ARE MAKING FUN OF HER N SHE WONT LEAVE THE HOUSE. POOR Tina Turner..

I would rather go to Petco but we were in the area so we went here. Employees are generally slow and not too bright at this location. After the ridiculous "Mask Mandate" ended they were still requiring customers to wear them for weeks. Today's visit was par for the course. They say your pets are welcome but they were conducting an obedience class at the time and when our dogs started whining the instructor asked me to take them outside. There were two problems for me with that request. First, I was waiting for my wife to get finished with her purchase of a "Thunder Shirt". Only one item ($57 I might add), but the cashier took forever and it was 97° outside and the pavement was very hot on their paws so there was no way I was going out at that moment. So I had to endure the instructor's dirty looks for another minute or two. Second, it was an obedience class and you would think that she would've used the situation as a learning experience for her students to help them maintain their dogs' attention when they were being distracted by another dog's whining. But instead she took the easy way out by asking me to leave and pausing the class until I did. So much for their instructor's ability at that location. Overall, in hindsight I should have just drove the extra 5 minutes and gone to Petco and spent our $50 + there. I won't make that mistake again.
