I really was forced to give one star. however i would not recommend any one to raise kids here. the mold is beyond me, the maintenance people and new management seem to ignore the fact that there is an mold issue here in these apartment complexes . The New Management charge for everything and they don't even keep up the maintenance on the inside. You have to start from inside and then work on the outside. The price they charge is too much for these apts.

My kids hate this place they are so happy we are moving!!!! So filthy!!!!!

I've been a resident at whispering palms almost 7 months now and im regreting EVER moving here!!! My rent &/or water has been going up every month. The maintenance crew comes in and goes in your fridge, leaves a mess after claiming they've completed their tasks, leaves work unfinished, takes way too long to service your apt, and sometimes they dont even show and have in their system that the work was completed!!! Even one of the staff members in the office lives on the property and she has made complaints herself! The staff in the leasing office itself is rude and says they will do their best to get it done, but nothing is ever shown or completed as promised until you take it up with JMG Realty which is the co. over Whispering Palms itself. As for cleanliness, the hallways either have a foul odor, have dead roaches lying around, or theres garbage in them. I strongly would not recommend this place to raise children!!!

This is was a horrible experience. They only give 1 parking decal for 1 & 2 bedrooms and 2 parking decal for 3 bedrooms. Therefore, if you don't have parking decal and you live in a 1 bedroom with 2 tenants names the other car has to park on the side of the road or try to get one of the guest spots and there is ONLY 10 for over 2000 residents. Many cars have been towed as a result. The maintenance for repairs and property up keep is dreadful.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. THE MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE. PARKING IS RIDICULOUS. RESIDENTS LIKE ME WHO LIVE HERE, IF U COME AFTER A CERTAIN TIME MIGHT AS WELL PARK OUTSIDE THE GATE OR IN THE FRONT AND WALK TO YOUR APARTMENT. THERE'S ROACHES, THE HALLWAYS STINK, THE ELEVATOR HARDLY WORKS AND THE LIST GOES ON. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO LIVE HERE. THEY TOW YOUR CAR EVEN IF YOUR A RESIDENT AND TO GET A VISITOR PASS YOU HAVE TO SHOW REGISTRATION. REALLY!!! POORLY RUN APARTMENTS.

Is under new management. Residents no longer are responsible for water. Apartments are newly rennovated and look nice inside and are spacious. Doesn't have much lighting you need lots of lamps. And area can be alittle loud but its in the hood so you cannot expect too much. However its livable.

I lived here for two years. The sprinkler system exployed twice damaging everything We slepted in an empty apartment on the floor for twelve nights. Management would not compensate for anything. Its a slum

Use to live here in 2001 was ratchet back then still ratchet today.
