😐 Beautiful beach! However being forced to pay $20 to park for 2 hours is completely ridiculous. The local police are cruising through the parking areas waiting to pounce on any vehicle that has exceed its time limit so that they can ticket/boot it. There are signs every that say it will cost you $65... People often mention beach, friendly,

Beautiful beach! However being forced to pay $20 to park for 2 hours is completely ridiculous. The local police are cruising through the parking areas waiting to pounce on any vehicle that has exceed its time limit so that they can ticket/boot it. There are signs every that say it will cost you $65 to get the boot removed. Not very conducive to the tourists who come to the area and want to visit the local businesses as well as enjoy the beach. I was constantly looking at my watch and because of this, didn't really enjoy my time there. I won't return.

Nice beach with food and places to park. Park on the side 2 hrs for $4.5 its a good idea to use the parking app. Lunch at Aruba Beach Cafe and pick a window seat. Very clean restrooms.

It's a small area but it's lively and has everything you would expect at a beach pavilion. Food, water, restrooms, dog friendly. Great place to enjoy the beach, whether you are on the sand or chill under the shade.

Nice little beach town. A few little shops and plenty of dog friendly restaurants. Only problem...no dogs on the beach.

Very quiet beach! Lots of pay to park spots...I've been here on Saturdays and Sundays and there are plenty of spots available in the morning. There is a shower station, but I haven't noticed a public bathroom. Across the street there is a Publix and lots of shopping places so it is not too much of a problem.

A lot of great restaurants and places to people watch. Relaxing place to be under the umbrellas and sitting in Adirondack chairs. Day well spent!

Lauderdale by the Sea was a spectacular place to spend three days in January! Warm and friendly, the town is both relaxed and energizing. The Beach Pavilion is at the Heart of it all. It's where the community gathers in the evening, surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. It's super family friendly, super dog friendly, just super friendly. It's loaded with places to mingle and sit and relax. It is a great place to sit with friends and rehash the day. There's a good chance some well mannered resident will offer to introduce you to their dog.

Great place to relax and get out of the sun. It doesn't get much better for people watching, particularly at the outdoor showers where belly laughs are guaranteed!!!
