    If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. I come to this location on my way home frequently and this night I ordered, I found a quarter in my burger. It was unacceptable and disgusting. The GM reached out and left a voicemail and her tone seemed very uninterested and nonchalant that I didn’t even bother to return her call. This location needs to be shut down because if it’s not the excessive wait times, it’s the lack of customer service or cold food. Definitely won’t be coming back to this one. The quarter was the last straw for me. Do better.

    This place deserves to be shut down! I went to this Wendy’s today and we order everything was fine, Until we tried the soda it had color be taste like PURE water. So the threw them out. When it came to the food a burger was missing and I got spicy nuggets when I wasn’t. Also there was a fly in our food. This Wendy’s should have a health inspector , they need to do better than this !

    First...no care in safety...moldy bread. Second...order was wrong. Third...no receipt to report to Corporate. Waste of money and risk of becoming ill if you eat here.

    Ordered for pick up through drive thru. drive thru was taking too long so I went inside to get my order that was ready and I could see it . He says I have to go back into the line and he won’t give me my food since it’s through drive thru pick up. I’m Pregnant and I had to go to work I can’t sit there and wait 30 minutes + for my food I had ordered 10 minutes prior and it’s been ready . I canceled it so I can make it to work on time. Wendy’s customer service isn’t open so I’m not even sure if I can get a refund for my order that was $42.

    I waited over 20 mins for a kids meal after waiting in the drive thru line for 10 mins. I told the manager and she just continued her phone call as if I wasn’t standing in front of her. Everyone inside was complaining about how long they had to wait as well.

    I disdain this location, I accidentally sent my mobile order here last night and was immediately disappointed, I've been to this Wendy's before and it has never once been good. Too late to cancel the order, I drive away from my favorite Wendy's twords this POS. After waiting 13 mins at the drive through I'm treated with cold fries / Nugs and a hard bun on the burger. I will never make this mistake again.

    If there was something lowered then a 1 star I woulda put it. I was inside for 5 min and no one tool care of me. The one girl that tried to help couldn't because she wasn't assigned. The manager came but walked away. I had to go to the drive thru to put my order in. If they don't want to take care If business inside they should just close the doors. Everyone working in there had a mean mug on. If they don't wanna work at Wendy's apply elsewhere.

    This manager at Wendy’s has a disgusting attitude . After spending my money in here as I usually do because this location is closer to my house . I realized my phone was dying so I wanted to charge it but I noticed there was no outlets in the eating area so I brought a chair to an available outlet out of the way . No customers were coming in so I was in no ones way. She claimed I have to get up . As you can see in the pictures I’m in no one’s way.

    Waited for 9 minutes in the drive-thru before being greeted. Ordered a fish meal with no pickles meal that came with a strawberry lemonade with next to no ice. Got the lemonade, had to send it back. Too much ice. Then I had go wait off on the side til it was ready. Before driving off I said to not forget the ketchup. Drove to the side for another 5 minutes or so. Got my food. NO ketchup. I'm sick ah Wendy's! They take ridiculously long, don't get your order right an have the WORST attitudes! AND I got no receipt!

    Great team members! My wife and I ordered a meal each and decided to get a chicken sandwich to share. I absentmindedly told the team member at the drive through this fact. After paying and receiving wonderful service, low and behold, we got home and the cooks in the back had cut our shared sandwich in half! Appreciate you all at this location. Superstars! Thank you.

    Why do you guys have drive thru as an option for pickup if you have to walk in. Every time I come here they say this and I end up having to wait 20+ minutes inside for for a sandwich that should have already been be prepared.

    Did not like drive thru operator she was rude when I'm asking for extra sour cream. She closes the window and still didn't give what the customer asked for. If im coming to a place and i want something give it and wendys will get more customers

    Lobby always closed waaaaaay before 10! All slow as molasses. They force you into the drive thru only for it to be a 30 minute wait! They must be asleep inside! Should be closed down!
