This is the supermarket to go to for all of your Caribbean products. Fresh fruits and vegetables. The guys in the fish department are a character and always with smile even with the language barrier.

Went to the Dutch Pot drive-thru for dinner. I love the food; can no longer take how slow they are for service. It takes entirely waaay tooo long to serve the food. They need to speed up a little when you have customers waiting. Again, the food it excellent, the service is too slow.

Customer Service is lacking...Poor communication skills.. Most of the cashiers are rude, impudent imbeciles. The store does carry a wide variety of food products.

Went to Burlington, did a bit of shopping 🛍 and the experience was good. Long lines at cashier and a bit unorganized in the shoes section. Found what I wanted and more. Just checking out local stores for their products and experience. Overall it was a good day shopping.

Festival Supermarket is clean and organized. The produce is fresh, and so is the meat. I'm a repeat customer for many years and l enjoy shopping at Festival because they have very good prices and I can find everything on my shopping list.

Had the bins I needed but was hoping to find higher Lumen Led Bulbs. They sell 1,600 and 2,100 but rarely in stock.

Decent neighborhood market. Has improved but has a way to go. Still 3rd world. CS is horrible.most cant speak English. Hot foods are good.

The store is nice and the goods are okay but, like in most stores, they don't have enough help resulting in Long customer cashier lines. Took us 20 minutes to check out

My go to place for island provisions and exotic foods. The Staff is nice, not awesome but u can spend your money there!

Seafood prices are good for yellow tail snapper. They never have cod, nor catfish though

it's ok never really shop there often but it's an ok place to get convenient items and fresh fruits etc

This supermarket has always been clean when I visited. Food is always fresh and available in every variety. The place is always clean. If you need help in finding an item help is always available. The workers possess good customer service attitude. I had a mishap when I went to the cashier with some ginger beers. One of the bottle fell from me right by the cashier. I was very upset with myself but the cashier kept reassuring me that it was ok. She was so patient about the whole situation. She called for help immediately to clean up the mess. My gingerbeer was also replaced. The cashier made my day and was thankful that I did not get hurt from the broken bottle. There is a lot of parking. I will never hesitate to shop at the Festival Supermarket.
