poor quality I ordered through ubereats the delivery was very fast but the food was of very poor quality the fried chicken was cold and seemed to have been stored for many hours. French fries not even talk about it

Came about 1:30 AM their open late, Very sketchy area. Lots of people roaming around the corner store next door, Watching you very closely. Food price was decent. Didn’t take long. I asked for my chicken to be fried extra hard. I noticed not all the wings was fresh. Only a few prices. I could tell by the temperature.

Very ghetto, ignorant, disrespectful and dirty. Females frying food with hair bonnets in. Throwing food containers with food in them on the counter. Attitudes towards customers!!!!! Never answer phones to take orders. I hate going there! BTW! I have stopped buying food from that location. Ugh! I'm glad I had an opportunity to voice my concern about this location. I get better service on the one on Sunrise Blvd near 27th Avenue!!!!

I haven’t ordered here for a long time so when I recently ordered some lemon pepper wings and fries the two times I ordered from here recently during this week the wing meat was black and purple. They barely have any meat on them. And you have to eat around those dark parts. The wings never used to be like that. The black parts make the meat taste weird and putting ketchup on the meat doesn’t make it taste better. And when I ordered the wings both times they didn’t even have lemon pepper like I asked. No longer ordering from here anymore. I still ate the chicken though cause that’s wasting food and money. And I had to review so the business can do better. I am dissatisfied with the presentation and order. Thank you!

For the price and quality, easy 5 stars. 3pc chicken out the door for $4.50 come on now... Fresh food at 1:30 am. This is better than any drive thru.

Never the type to leave reviews but the workers here (lauderhill) are very unprofessional as a manager you need to change your whole team or you will keep loosing customers and money! I came them to purchase chicken and fries and a chicken sandwich and after waiting a whole 30 minutes I started asking where and why my food taking so long and people who came in after me only ordered fries and got it, the worker you have that have no customer service said chicken is finish and they have no lettuce or tomatoes and giving attitude so I asked for a refund and she got upset and walked out the facility with attitude and cursing without giving me a refund.

To the young manager/ owner please learn some respect gratitude and learn to see people and not color looks can be very deceiving be careful sir

This is Usually good place to go for Late Night eats, All my Food was cooked to order so it was Hot!!! I ordered Conch Fritter Balls, clams and Fried Okra, the issue is once I got home and looked at my food the conch balls were brown in the inside....I'm thinking the grease needed to be changed, they did not taste good at all. The only thing I was able to eat and enjoy was my okra and clams. I've got the conch balls from here before and they tasted better and did not look like this at all.

I came here, ordered some food, and wasn't happy with how it turned out, so I took it back and explained what was wrong. The cook quickly corrected my order, and the cashier also gave me a positive vibe as she handed it to me. As soon as I got in my car and opened my plate, I started dancing. This place is amazing ‼️

The sorriest service I have every experience. They gave my order to the wrong person, and the didn’t follow any procedures as to attempt to rectify the situation. And then Ask me to call and cancel thru the carrier. Ghetto, unprofessional, uncouth and pernicious individuals. Sad situation but I guess if you have no expectations for quality of service, this is what you will receive. Hood Boogers!

If you’re doing door dash or uber eats the service is horrible. They wont acknowledge you when you walk in. I came to grab two orders one of them was ready and the other i was told it would be ready soon. 20 min later i asked if it was ready they tell me they just started. So unfortunately 2 customers didn’t get their food at all even the order that was ready didn’t get delivered…

Love the chicken and fries there, best one ever, but please check your chicken cause sometimes they are bad and they sell them anyway 😬 yak🤢

GHETTO PALACE!!!! The light skin girl that works the night shift, that wear the long weave sometimes is unprofessional and impolite! I comes to this location often, because i do Doordash, but she's rude. She act like she don't see you at the counter or even if you ask her a question she will ignore you. She don't never smile nor greet you like the other girls! I hope the manager see this review and ask her about the nasty attitude she have on a daily basis. ⭐⭐⭐

I forgot the young lady's name when I visited this location last Fri. 6/23/23 around 7pm. However, her Customer Service Skills were GREAT. However, PLEASE cook FRESH fries, don't redip them in hot grease. They are rubbery and taste different. Customers, like myself, can tell when you cut corners. 👍🏽

I would most definitely recommend this location. It feels welcoming and homely. The cashier greeted me as I first walked in and even asked how was my night. It felt good that she asked me sincerely and friendly. Made me want to come back just for the service. Even the food was delicious. It was hot and fried to perfection. 5 stars to cook. 5 stars to the customer service. Will be back again.

Order snappers from this location and had it delivered from Uber eats. Food did come hot and on time but that’s not the issue. Ordered a platter of 20 wings, 2 things of fries and hush puppies. The ONLY thing that was good was the hush puppies. The fries were soggy and had to be thrown in the air fryer to get crispy and the worst part was the chicken. When you bite into the chicken it smelled like spoiled raw fish. Not sure if they cooked the chicken in the same oil as they do their seafood but it smelled spoiled fish. Called to speak to a manager and the girl who answered said the manager wouldn’t be in until 2am and when I explained to her what was going on with food that I paid for, all she could say was “okay”.. I normally don’t order from Snappers, Hooks is 10000000% better and now after this experience and the way it was handled , definitely wouldn’t order from here again, especially this location and I guess you get what you pay for and you get the customer experience dealing with the hood . NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Oh my goodness! Where do I start?! First off I work late sometimes and I Uber eats my food, my food was dry, my fries was cold and nasty! They just throw any leftover food in your bag without any care!

3 unprofessional rude little girls work here especially the short dark skinned one. Hood booger attitudes, have items missing from order then get disrespectful, with that being said there is a Arab man that works there who is pleasant and professional.

I got the conch with fries. Its was so delicious and fresh. At first I wanna gonna get wings but something said get the conch. And im glad I followed that voice. One of best choices I ever made. I wish I took a picture before I ate it all.

And no food much fat fried food is not good for you but this place does have a nice sweet and salty taste to your stomach and your taste buns keep it up few guys

DO NOT GET BANANA PUDDING FROM THIS LOCATION, YOU WILL BE SO DISAPPOINTED! they use banana flavored pudding, no bananas, no wafers, nothing. it’s NOT worth $5.99. I added my receipt just so you can see I did get it from there.
