Delivered
on
time
(14.11.2023),
but
assemblers
did
not
complete
their
work
due
to
missing
parts.
Customer
service
promised:
“Our
team
will
do
everything
we
can
to
resolve
this
matter
as
quickly
as
possible”.
Two
weeks
later
(28.11.2023):
“We
would
like
to
confirm
the
delivery
date
on:
--
December
20th,
2023
—“,
which
is
another
22
calendar
days.
Customer
service
said
on
the
phone
that
missing
parts
have
already
been
delivered
to
Möbelmarkt
Dogern.
A
simple
math:
14
days
for
the
manufacturer
to
ship
missing
spare
parts
and
22
days
for
the
shop
to
arrange
service
team
to
complete
bed
assembly,
and
that
is
if
there
will
be
no
more
new
surprises.
For
two
weeks
two
children
are
without
their
beds,
as
the
old
ones
had
been
removed
-
and
customer
service
is
aware
about
it
-
twenty
two
more
days
to
go.
Just
to
complete
the
picture:
the
bed
was
about
a
quarter
of
the
overall
order.
