An extraordinary discovery. The food, service, and ambience were all top notch. Very creative cuisine with rare and unexpected combinations of flavours. Truly an experience at the frontiers of taste. The service was discreet, friendly, and very competent. My only suggestion for improvement would be a better choice of wines by the glass. They were correct but not up to the standards of the food. We will return regularly. Very much recommended.

The two brothers at Les Voletes Rouges are doing a fantastic job. From the moment we sat down to our parting farewells, my party felt very well taken care of. We all ordered the five course surprise menu and every single bite of food was amazing. Three of us also got the wine pairing and each wine was perfectly paired and was absolutely delicious. Our other guest who doesn't care for wine asked for two different cocktails and asked to be surprised. She thoroughly enjoyed both drinks. I wish I were staying longer in Toulouse so we could visit again. I can't wait for another visit to this exceptional restaurant in a different season for another wonderful take on fine dining in an unpretentious setting.

New hidden gem in Toulouse. Family owned with focus on regional wines and paired seasonal plates - excellent attention to detail and elevating accessible local cuisine. I dined solo which is rare here and the front of house staff did not miss a beat. Very unique wines that change daily with the chefs menu - highly recommend for a local, well sourced, robust meal that will leave you perfectly satisfied.
