What an awesome experience we had today with John and Clare! Very professional and warm, we felt right at home with them both. With over 20 years experience we felt safe and had a seamless and wonderful flight. My wife and I enjoyed this wonderful experience and it was such a fantastic way to spend our 1st year anniversary. Also enjoyed the complementary buffet breakfast which was Devine. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Awesome experience. Was great fun being part all stages of flight, from setting up to packing up. Very well organised. People running flight very fun and friendly. Highly recommend for everyone.

I and my daughter had the most amazing experience. John and his team are wonderful and make this experience a dream come true. We started on time promptly at 04:30 and were briefed about our day. We then travelled to the take off site. John and his team are through and give lot of good info. Once we took off, we had amazing time. John provides a lot of details on the flight and makes everyone feel comfortable. The landing was the best. We had the sideways landing and my daughter and I just loved that experience rather than the typical landing. The breakfast at the end is classy and tasty! I would recommend this experience to anyone looking for an adventure and fun. Thank you John.

Absolutely breathtaking experience! Our first time ballooning & could not rate it more highly from John's expertise & friendly banter to the amazing sunrise views over the Tasmanian countryside topped off by a beautiful breakfast at the end of your trip. A must do on your next trip to the area!

The gift cards are not worth buying unless you live in Launceston - which should be advertised more clearly. During our gift vouchers life we attempted to book on three separate occasions, which involved booking accommodation in Launceston, driving up from Hobart etc. All three times the trips were cancelled at about 3.30am due to weather, meaning we had wasted about 5 hours of driving as well as a nights accommodation each time. With life events then happening such as getting pregnant, we were no longer able to commit to the drive to try again - let alone actually going up in the balloon which pregnant. The vouchers were completely inflexible and unable to be extended despite the three cancellations we had to go through. I would not recommend these vouchers as a gift to anyone who lives outside of Launceston, as it is more of a hassle than anything. Very disappointing to lose that amount of money.

Fabulous! Ticked off a bucket list item and was worth every cent. I expected to feel nervous about the height but John, the pilot, was so entertaining and experienced I never gave it a thought.

I purchased 2x tickets for myself and my partner as a surprise, we had the best time and the view's were amazing , John and Clair were amazing hosts, I would highly recommend this experience.

Fairly disappointed Had a hot air balloon ride scheduled which was cancelled due to weather conditions only to wake up day of the flight to see the sunshine out with beautiful weather conditions for the flight. Really not sure why it was cancelled :/ Customer service was great tho and offered a full refund minus merchant fee's, so cant fault them there!

What can I say - WOW! Great experience with great people. John and Clare are amazing from greeting to farewell. The flight was fantastic with great views, great weather and John was very calm which made us feel calm on our first ever balloon flight. The breakfast and coffee afterwards was also a 10/10. Thank you John and Clare!!

Wow a most enjoyable experience! My husband took me for my 60th birthday! Thankyou John and staff for amazing views and our great landing 😀 The breakfast that followed was a perfect way to finish up a great experience! 👍
