Great place nice little shopping center love the 24.hour right there kmart .

Found it racist. Never experienced this before in any coles in Victoria, NSW, QLD, ACT or even Hobart. Coles assistant at self checkout wasn't helpful and was very loud pointing where to return empty baskets. Haven't experienced this before in any shop. Usually staff at checkout help with returning baskets to the right place. Really disappointed.

The wait time is ridiculous if attending the customer service counter. There are either no staff insight, or the only staff member that is in that area is having to serve people buying groceries as well

9-30 this morning two ( 2 ) check outs open the express lane is closed and people lining up with full trolleys I only had four items so I left and went to Woolworths where the fast lane is open ALL the time this is not the first time this has happened never going back to Coles racecourse

Not enough checkouts open. Very nice lady once we did get to checkout.

Walked into the store at 9:45 pm (closes at 10pm) and it was closed for customers. Are u clowns serious? I came 9 km to learn this? Launceston has some of the laziest staff in the world. I’m not surprised why people run away from Launceston the first chance they get!!

Shops good but, customer service team member(Moji) at check out was rude. I just didnt want to make a scene but she just slammed the bag full with fragile items while serving me.

Was there this morning between 6:10-6-20am, the old lady refilling the products was very rude to me! I’m just looking at the gift cards but she yelled at me for no reason!!!! Worst shopping experience ever!!!!

Good to have the last Coles stronghold that doesn't have full self serve. They'd better keep it this way. The lady who served me was very friendly and talkative, that's something you don't get with self serve. Keep it up :)

It's a good shopping centre, Polite staff, Had to use a gift card just after they opened and had to rush through without using up balance on an old gift card, Wasn't the staff lady's fault, They really should have more than one working even if they have the do it yourself set up

Easy to get to, great produce and well stocked. Registers were fairly busy but no busier than I expected.

Very clean and friendly. Huge range of everything you would expect to find in a supermarket. Nice wide aisles and plenty of places to leave your trolley.

Look, very good, nice and clean, lovely food and other core items that they sell. Amicable service attitudes are prevalent as well as the air of quality you may feel as you are looking at the presented fresh produce. I just couldn't stretch the stars out to more stars, pity there are no half star measurements as I would definitely go forward with that opinion demonstrably and literally as a matter of fact.

Nice little store, shame when they upgraded it they got rid of the deli section. Really is nothing more than a convenient store now.

Good range of goods, esp in the fresh department. Prices have increased, and some items reduced. Notice an increase in home brand however this is happening everywhere. Busy store if that's your thing.

I bought I think just over a 1.5 kilos of tomatoes for 21 dollars and something cents, and about a quarter of them went soft and started to turn rotten within a 3 days, I buy tomatoes from other supermarkets that are cheaper and they last 2 weeks in my fridge crisper draws, PICK UP YOUR ACT GUYS !!!!!!!!!!!

Great place to buy SIM card or oversea travellers.
