Shop was good couple of years ago, the nicer staff have left & I now get 'tutted' at if I dare to ask for anything extra. Roast chicken has been akin to boot leather recently & they are not stuffed. They continually run out of best-selling items & you will wait for weeks for them to be replaced. The thought of ordering extra of the top sellers seems a bridge too far. Fresh veg are all to often soft or flaccid. $9 for a manky iceberg, no thanks, I'll go to Young's!

Not overly prepared with bain marie's being mostly empty even around the lunch rush leading to a considerable wait for simple things like hot chips. A few staff are quite friendly while others seem like they're ready to explode at a blink of an eye.

Regulary go there for lunch and am blown away 9 out of 10 times, how sour and stressed the staff seem. Strange because the place seems to be well staffed but just plain unfriendly.

Very nice clean place and most items you need without the big hassle of massive car parks and heaps of people. And most importantly fair prices and good customer service. Highly recommended by myself and my family. Take care everyone and please give this place a try. Ps - it even has some hot food for the kids or a quick bite on a cold rainy day.

Awesome grocer with beautiful Tasmanian products as well as your everyday essentials. Wish there where more shops like this.

So much better than the old IGA and they also have Jean Pascal bakery products, only place that sells those products in Launceston I believe.

Really sweet local grocer offering local products and produce. Picked up a hot beverage here on the way home from spending time at Cataract Gorge. We arrived before the rush, parking was ample, and then when we picked up our beverages, so many cars arrived. I guess it must be a popular location. I love the canteen; it gives a pop-up or foodie truck feel. Really good coffee and chai and definitely recommended.

We needed to grab a few things while in town and this was a little shop but well stocked and staff were friendly 😀

Fish was greasy. But the chips are hot, fresh, super delicious. Rate very highly.

went in for fish and chips. paid far too much, got too little and things were missing from the order.

Honestly it’s probably the best convenience store I’ve been to. Amazing and friendly staff, good deals and the chips are soooo good.
