Wonderful place to eat and take pictures, reasonable prices too! Staff were super friendly and made sure we had a comfortable dining experience. Visited the restaurant last Feb 17, 2023. Will definitely comeback whenever I'm in the area.

The ambience and food was awesome. With a great view. However the same cannot be called for the service. Too delayed, and eventually when the complete order arrived, we had already eaten and wrong food was delivered. The management needs to check how they can make this better. I'm sure they will take action to better this.

Indeed, an exceptional dining experience! Delicious food, excellent service and cozy ambience with breathtaking view of Taal Volcano. We were impressed on the quality of food and the short amount of time it took to receive our orders. Also, prices are reasonable considering the huge serving size. Highly recommended!

One of the best resraurants in Tagaytay! The food was scrumptious and fairly priced. I loved their lechon kawali! Sadly, it was extremely foggy that day so there was no scenery. Great service and the staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

Just as its name says, this is a nice and cozy café with a great view of Taal. My family and I dropped by this place after some errands, and we thought of getting coffee and dessert. To be fair, the serving sizes are huge, so I feel like even if it's a bit pricier than Starbucks, it's still value for your money. I also noticed that the other tables have ordered regular meals, like soups. The bowls are large.

One of the best things about this place is definitely the view of Taal, especially if you’re on the highest floor. I’m not a bulalo fan but I can say that their classic bulalo is really one of a kind! The meat was so tasty and tender, you’ll crave rice right away! We’re so full, so I wasn’t able to try their biningka and puto bumbong. Maybe next time? Happy to meet the amiable staff, who took care of us from the moment we parked our car until we left.

We were only there to try the halo-halo which was just fine, a little bland, could have had more fruit and been more generous with the ube ice cream, but loved that they served condensed milk on the side. Like its namesake, the view of Taal, the greenery below and the mountains beyond were truly beautiful so that's mostly what you're paying for. Service is lovely and the gentlemen were kind enough to help us (11 pax) move into outdoor seating once it was available. We were all quite disappointed that they weren't able to serve coffee at the time as they informed us their coffee machine broke. We were also there for more than 90 minutes but seems like they couldn't fix it or find an alternative before then. Overall a good place to enjoy Tagaytay views!

We only had their shakes here (mango and pineapple shake). It tasted fresh and was surprised to how big their serving was. The views and decor of this place was also good. Perfect place to go on dates ⭐️

Great food. Ordered baby back ribs and blackened salmon. Both tasted good, big servings worth the price tag.

The View Restaurant • Cafe is known for its breathtaking view of Taal Lake and Volcano. It offers a wide range of Filipino and International cuisine, and its menu has received positive reviews for its taste and presentation. The restaurant also has an outdoor seating area where customers can enjoy their meals while taking in the scenic view. Overall, The View Restaurant • Cafe seems to be a popular destination for tourists and locals alike who are looking for a memorable dining experience with a beautiful view. but the food is not really delicious..😂

It’s not the first time we’ve been here and their menu keeps on upgrading and improving. I love every single time when trying out new dish is never disappointing. The host guided us to the wood bench seat we always prefer. Huge thumbs up for the staff, especially the manager, Jess, who checked and greeted us with warm smile. We’ll be back for more awesome experience.

Atmosphere was great! Stay outside on the second floor to get the best view, preferably best to visit in the afternoon. Probably one of the greatest locations for the view. We didn't try much of the food since we had a different arrangement for our group. However, the service was unbearably slow. Even getting the bill took 20 minutes, and they weren't even full despite having a lot of staff around. They were nice though, just a bit slow.

Nestled in the heart of Tagaytay, The View Restaurant - Cafe is a gem that deserves all the accolades it can get. The moment you step in, you're greeted with a warm, inviting ambiance that makes you feel right at home. But let's talk about the stars of the show – their coffee and bibingka. The coffee here is nothing short of excellent. Each sip feels like a gentle hug to your senses, perfectly brewed to highlight the rich, robust flavors. It's the kind of coffee that not only wakes you up but also uplifts your spirit. Now, the bibingka. Oh, the bibingka! It's a delightful blend of sweet and savory, cooked to perfection with a slightly crispy exterior and a fluffy, moist interior. Paired with their superb coffee, it's a combination that tantalizes your taste buds in the best way possible. In conclusion, The View Restaurant - Cafe is a must-visit for anyone in Tagaytay. Whether you're a coffee aficionado, a lover of Filipino delicacies, or just in search of a cozy spot with a great view, this cafe won't disappoint. Highly recommended

The View isn't really much of a view especially when you're indoor. Yes, they have outdoor of which you're supppsed to have unobstructive view of the lake but it's at the corner of the building. We went here not for a meal, just for a quick coffee so i really can't say much of their menu meals. Now about the coffee, nothing really special, though not cheap, not expensive either...just nothing to write home about. Their cakes which they boast right at the entrance are good but then again not great. Though we came during off peak hours, i feel the service is still great and even if there are plenty of seats, the staff will ensure that you get the seat you prefer. The advantage you have here is that you have plenty of space (and parking), as compared to Starbucks in Twin Lakes, that is if you're after the ambiance and "the view".

Marcus Bradley, a Spanish latte at The View, provides a decent coffee experience. The beverage offers a blend of espresso and milk with a touch of sweetness, delivering a comforting flavor profile. While enjoyable, it lacks a standout element that would elevate it to a more remarkable status. Marcus Bradley offers a standard coffee experience without any distinctive features that set it apart. In summary, The View's Marcus Bradley, the Spanish Latte, is a decent choice for a regular coffee fix, earning a three-star rating for its satisfactory taste and presentation.

You go here for the view... Good points: 1) Great view, have to admit. 2) parking bigger than most restos in the area Others: * Food. Hard pass. The blueberry cheesecake was already dry, not worth it for P265 a slice. Bangus belly was good but too expensive. Corned beef can be better, but at least not the local fake type. * Service: Might be too early, but a little warmth is welcome. Clearly disinterested and just there to pass the day. * CR on ground level via stairs. Hope they have access for PWD guests. Try this restaurant once for the view. Reviewed: Nov. 2023, weekend.

The View Restaurant and Cafe gives a relaxing vibe with the view of the Taal. They have indoor and outdoor dining. Every place is instagramable. We enjoyed the food so much. Recommended for family gatherings and friends who wanted to hang out and relax over good food. 👍💯

Aesthetically pleasing new cafe in Tagaytay, (but it is actually located in Laurel, Batangas) Literally, a Restaurant with a view! Food is great. The Bulalo is the best. Each serving is good for 3 to 4 pax. Breakfast meal is good for 2 pax, bit pricey but you will be satisfied with its generous serving. Plus 1 for the very attentive crew.
