I
had
a
few
incidents
with
the
salon
during
the
5
months
I
had
been
coming
here
for
a
waxing.
First
off,
one
time
I
arrived
early
and
I
heard
another
employee
telling
the
wax
specialist
Jen
that
her
other
client
was
coming
in
very
soon.
I
was
confused
because
I
had
booked
a
month
in
advance
for
a
half
hour
and
had
been
established
here
for
a
couple
months.
I
was
told
that
this
client
called
the
same
day
and
managed
to
squeeze
in
between
two
already
set
appointments
because
she
was
a
regular
customer
and
needed
a
wax
in
a
pinch.
The
entire
experience
that
day
was
very
rushed
to
fit
in
someone
who
didn't
book
in
advance
so
my
appointment
time
was
cut
in
half
to
accommodate
someone
else.
The
wax
job
that
day
was
sloppy
and
there
were
several
spots
that
were
missed
due
to
the
speed
in
which
everything
was
done.
I
went
home
feeling
snubbed,
covered
in
wax
and
upset
that
I
had
to
shave
my
legs
right
after
I
got
them
done.
Another
time,
I
called
in
to
schedule
an
appointment
with
Jen
for
a
wax
the
following
week
and
was
told
she
had
a
few
openings
that
same
day
that
I
called.
I
went
ahead
and
made
an
appointment
that
day
since
she
was
open
and
when
I
arrived
at
the
salon
(literally
2
hours
later),
Olivia
went
to
go
get
Jen.
After
being
gone
for
2
minutes
she
came
back
and
told
me
that
Jen
actually
already
went
home
for
the
day.
I
understand
emergencies
happen
but
if
she
went
home,
her
afternoon
appointments
should
have
been
called
and
notified
to
cancel
instead
of
going
over
there
to
find
out.
I
was
peeved
since
Jen
was
my
regular
and
I
wasn't
informed
but
I
went
ahead
and
did
my
waxing
with
Olivia
since
I
was
there.
It
went
great,
and
I
rescheduled
with
Olivia
the
next
month.
I
went
back
the
next
month
to
meet
with
Olivia
and
the
wax
she
used
on
my
eyebrow
burned
my
skin
so
I
had
a
scab
there
for
about
a
week
and
a
half.
Needless
to
say
that
was
the
final
straw
so
I
never
went
back.
I
spoke
with
the
salon
owner
and
explained
all
of
this
when
I
canceled
my
next
month's
appointment.
I
give
my
review
an
extra
star
since
the
salon
owner
did
offer
a
free
appointment
since
my
usual
person
was
Jen,
not
Olivia
but
after
three
times
of
unsatisfaction
I
knew
that
I
wouldn't
be
returning.
Other
than
these
3
times,
I
had
a
great
experience
so
it
is
up
to
you
whether
or
not
you
want
to
give
them
a
shot.
This
place
just
isn't
the
right
salon
for
me.
