The hotel staff is friendly and it’s located in a very convenient location. But, there’s mildew/mold all over the bathroom. I went into the bathroom to do my usual inspection and at first glance, I thought it was bugs crawling everywhere. Upon a closer look, I noticed it was mildew/mold. There’s no way the cleaning staff missed this as it’s literally everywhere. I wouldn’t stay here again for this reason.

The place needs to be cleaned out. It smelled mildewed. The rooms also had an odor. The front desk staff wasn't pleasant at all. Breakfast was left open by kids playing in it. The coffee was weak. They need a full makeover.

Front desk staff is very friendly! Location is fine, you shouldn't be scared to stay here, but parking is limited. However, it's busy! Pool is open until 11 for kids, midnight for adults, but it was packed so we didn't even attempt it. Beds were very firm, carpet looked new but the bathroom and coffee pot could have used a good scrub down. Fridge was on its last leg and leaking water. No hairdryer!! Breakfast was not appetizing, the waffles and sausage had saw better days. I'm usually pleased with Comfort Suites breakfast, but this one was a let down.

Very reasonable, especially after finding out that Embassy Suites charges $200 for the same thing! Rooms are good and clean. Breakfast is good. Front desk lady is very nice. Had no problem parking before 9:34pm. Great bargain!!

Great hotel. Wonderful staff, nice quiet rooms, comfortable bed. Fridge, microwave and coffee pot in the room. Free breakfast in the morning with good coffee, hot items, cereals, muffins, etc. Highly recommend. I have stayed here a few times and will stay again on my next visit.

The room was very clean. They had all that you needed. Refrigerator, microwave, soap, shampoo, lotion, a hair dryer and a coffee pot. There was a desk and chair and a lounging chair. The towels were nice new and fluffy. The bathroom was large. They was a floor length mirror. they was a gym and a swimming pool. The people at front desk were friendly and helpful. It made our stay very nice. There was breakfast if you wanted. A great place to stay.

Stayed twice within a 2 week period. First room had no microwave so have to use the one in dining area. Good thing my room was on 1st floor. And they no other rooms available. During 2nd stay my door key stopped working. Young Kady at desk did her best to assist. She actually changed batteries in door lock. My key card still only worked intermittently. And I'm a high level Choice Rewards member.

When we called and booked the room, she asked me how much is the price on the website. And she gave me better price than we saw on the app. And we have 2 different beds cause we have our 10 year old boy. He like the bed and TV channels. We got the breakfast and our son love it and wanted to get twice 😅 He asked me to stay for a few more days. We enjoyed the room and service and breakfast. The room was big and the continental breakfast was good but the washer & dryer can use an update. I must of dried my clothes for 2 hours and they were still damp. The front desk clerk was nice enough to let me use their machine.
