A friend referred me to Hannah at Rooted to me earlier this year and I words can’t quite convey how happy I am that she did. Before meeting Hannah, I had never colored my hair and I was struggling with some hair loss from a medical condition. Now, my hair feels healthier than ever, I feel comfortable to try new things, and more confident with my hair. Hannah is so kind and listens to her clients to ensure they get what they want. She asks lots of questions and provides realistic solutions for maintenance based upon your individual schedule. Hannah truly enjoys what she does and says she can’t see herself doing anything other than working with hair; the passion she has for doing hair shows in her work and clientele service. She takes time to learn new things and continue to practice her craft. She’s truly an artist and a genuinely kind person. I've been going here for a while now, and it is probably the best salon experience I've ever had. Hannah is amazingly kind, courteous, and patient. She takes the time to make sure my hair is the best it can be, and teaches me how to take care of it. The rest of the staff have all been great as well. As a military spouse, moving and finding a new salon and stylist to do your hair is always nerve-wracking. I absolutely love my hair every time I walk out of Rooted. The picture with the red hair was my before, and then my after. The green mask picture is the same day as the red and the last picture is of my last touch up.

I am not a big review gal, but I had such a great experience here! Madeline was professional, polite, and did wonders with my hair. I had contented myself with some sort of touch up service to blend my grown out blonde, but after hearing what I wanted Madeline decided on doing a half-balayage that brought me closer to natural color and came out AMAZING. Also gave me a great trim and cute lil waves. :) In love. Thank you!

I’ve been getting my hair done by Hannah since 2019, and I would never go to anyone else! She’s done everything from highlights to balayage to fixing my hair when I saw fit to chop it all off with kitchen scissors, all while also being the kindest person and best conversationalist. I truly look forward to my time in the chair with her, and I always leave feeling my absolute best. If you book with Hannah then you’re in for an absolute treat!

I have been going to this salon for over a few years now, and have been extremely pleased with every visit! The remodel of the salon is gorgeous and very inviting. Additionally, April (alchemyandhair on instagram) is amazing and always listens to exactly what I want. She is so knowledgeable and kind, as well as all of the other staff. They are a bit pricey but it is so worth it! I would highly recommend this salon, but maybe just wait until you get paid!

I have been here twice and the staff each time have been very warm and accommodating. I wear Hijab ( religious head covering) and I had informed them of this before when making my appointment. They had told me that they would place me in a secluded station and I was good with that. When I got to my appointment, to my surprise, they had put up a whole folding partition! I was so grateful and thankful for them going the extra mile. The haircut was also done well and to my liking, at all points during my service, they made sure I was comfortable. I will definitely be returning in the future for all hair-related needs. Amazing customer service and very professional staff!

I arrived 10 minutes late yesterday due to traffic (I apologized profusely) and the desk assistant and the owner were nasty and rude, rude, rude. It was shocking really. I was told my stylist, April, only had 20 minutes and I'd have to settle for a dry cut. Okay, no problem. I was in and out of the chair in less than 15 minutes--no wash, no blow dry, no styling. The charge? $75. Will not return. You shouldn't either.

I started going to Hannah at Rooted after my daughter recommended her. Hannah gives super precise haircuts plus can show you how to style your hair if you request. She takes care to make sure the cut is just as you wanted.Hannah is so nice, and a super talented and skilled stylist.
