I cannot speak highly enough of not only the community but the management as well. It has been so long since I have lived in a rental community and the transition has been seamless. I had issues with my unit when I first moved in and Vicky the site manager was so quick to get maintenance out here. It ended up being a lengthy fix, but not once did I feel ignored or pushed off nor was I inconvenienced. The community is kept clean and is quiet. You can tell everyone here takes pride in where they live. My son has already determined we are never leaving!

Tabytha and Brandi have been absolutely incredible while I went through the process of moving from out of state. They explained the process and went above and beyond expectations to help me meet my deadline. The apartments themselves are a little older and it shows in the layers of paint, but they have a lot of amenities that make it much less noticeable, on the whole. The pool is seldom crowded, the dog park is well kept, and the private back patio is a nice touch. There are some issues that any place in this area is subject to, but it seems like the property managers do their due diligence in mitigating them. Parking is a little chaotic at times, but I've never had to park more than 100 feet from my door, so it isn't outrageous. Overall, the apartments are priced fairly for the value and it feels like a safe and friendly little community with easy driving access to nearly any amenity you could need.

I moved in this apartment complex a couple months ago and I will tell you now that I'm already having issues. It was going great until I started seeing cockroaches. Not just one but a bunch. It wasn't brought by me so it was either the previous tenants or the people around me. Multiple sprays have been done and still having issues. Also for the price that you're paying and they can't update simple things to make it at least newer, it's ridiculous. I recommend not moving here and when my lease is ending, I will not be renewing here. If you don't want to deal with cockroaches, I suggest finding a different apartment.

We are happy to live here. Throughout the 3 years and eight months that have passed since we moved here, we have observed the good and timely maintenance of both external and internal facilities. We express our gratitude to the management and the entire work team. Keep it up!

Old Bridge Apartments is where I got started in Richmond. It was my first apartment on my own. I enjoyed every bit of my living experience there. The friendly neighbors, clean amenities and superior location were some of my favorites. I have now returned 20+ years later, but on the vendor side. I have met with the staff, who were beyond friendly, accommodating and responsive. The grounds were better than I remember them to be. It is very clean, friendly and safe. I wouldn't hesitate to move back into Old Bridge Apartments today! Thank you for such a refreshing trip down memory lane with added smiles!

The office is friendly and professional. Tabitha and Brandi are great; any questions or concerns are handled with care. This property has the best office staff.

Moved here a few months ago, the first two months went okay had big cockrochs in the laundry room but none in my apartment till the end of may now some of the biggest cockrochs I've ever seen are infestating my apartment and the office doesn't care as long as they get paid. DON'T MOVE HERE AT ALL.

A Wonderful Place To Live. The office and maintenance staff always responds quickly. All the staff members Vicky, Amanda, K, April, Tommy, Bernice are very very helpful. Let me put this way Vicky and Amanda always willing to go the extra mile to help others. They are always there and ready to help all the possible ways. The apartment complex is well maintained, very clean and safe. The neighborhood is very quiet and serene. Our neighbors are friendly and cordial! Thank you all for making our experience here comfortable.

Top notch Staff. The office staff responds quickly as does maintenance. The complex is maintained, clean and safe. My unit was newly remodeled so even though it is an old complex the updates didn't make it feel dated. It is a townhouse apartment as such the floorboards do creak and you can occasionally hear your neighbors however the nice and often quiet neighbors, wonderful maintenance and office staff make up for that. Enjoyed having the private patio.

I lived here for the last 3 years. It is a wonderful property. It is quiet, clean, well maintained, and feels very safe. The staff is beyond awesome! Somehow, from day one, they knew my face and name and which apartment I was in without any reminders, not an easy task considering how many units they manage and how many residents live here. I always felt valued as a resident and it always felt like home. The maintenance team is always professional and works quickly to fix any issues that need attention.

Old bridge has been a wonderful place to live. The main office staff and maintenance team are attentive and caring. We never had to wait more than a few hours for maintenance to show up after any requests we made. The office were always helpful and patient with me, this complex is clean, quiet, and we felt safe living there. 10/10 would recommend!
