Worst hotel I ever seen. Blood on pillows, burn holes all over blankets and sheets, so much crud on walls, never vacuumed, no soap or shampoo in bathroom, hallways had piles of garbage and other people's dirty clothes in corners and stairwells, cigarette butts and ashes everywhere in stairwells, crack heads hanging in stairwells. Go here if you want to catch covid or worse. I got a full refund coming back to me through Expedia.

The place feels run down and that's too bad. The people working there did all they could to make us feel ok, but when the furniture is broken down and the non smoking rooms smells like smoke what can you do.

The front desk manager is VERY nice. He treats me like family every time I stay. The rooms are okay, but his friendly attitude makes up for it. If you are in search for a place to stay I recommend this establishment💛

This place needs alot of works it's in need of deep deep cleaning. I went there to look for a family in need that I've been helping out, and I was appalled at the condition of the place... It can use some serious detailed cleaning up...

Just take a look at the photos... I can't believe they put us here and later try to put us in another room which is a little better but I will not pay for this place. Manager issues a refund but won't get back my time and having to find another place to stay at 10 pm.

Sad place. Everything was damaged in the room. So many things were stained that it was impossible to determine what (if anything) was clean. The non-smoking room smelled overwhelmingly like smoke. There was what looked like mold over the shower. There were black spots on the shower curtain. There were melted spots in the tub. The room across the hall had a sign from the county informing us it was unsafe for habitation. The pillowcases did not look clean and we did not feel comfortable using the pillows without putting something else on them. There were drops of blood along the tile from the entrance to the hallway with rooms. The only thing I can imagine is that some residents have so mistreated this place that the owner can no longer keep up or no longer cares. The kind, smiling owner was no consolation for the state of this place.

This place is proof that WYNDHAM does not inspect their properties. No phone in the room, TV remote didn't work, microwave looks like it hasn't been cleaned in 20 years, towels were stained,shower curtain had mold on it, none of the furniture was in good condition(all of the drawers were broken or missing and the chair was falling apart). The lampshade didn't belong to the lamp in the room. The TV was frozen on EVERY channel. They should pay you to stay here. I had to go to Walmart and buy towels and washcloths so my wife and I could shower before we left. We will never be back and I'm sending all of the pictures that I took to Wyndham. They should change the name from Super 8 to Super Scary 8.

RUN.. Mold in bathroom, shower curtain had seen better days. Dirt toilet brush and plunger beside toilet. In case I need it they said. Furniture is third hand at best falling apart. Could not use desk chair so torn up. Breakfast is a pot of coffee if you are lucky to get in. If there was one in the room would not use it. DO NOT GO BAREFOOT WEAR SOCKS, SLIPPERS OR SHOWS. carpets are disgusting. Hallway and stairwells smell of urine and smoke. Looks to be a residential hotel.

Air conditioning buttons broke. TV only had 1 channel. Wifi didn't reach the middle 3rd floor. It is smoking on the 3rd floor but there are no ashtrays available. Convenient to stores and bus stop

We had booked this room through Priceline and was expecting something better. As we were checking in, I noticed a sign on the glass window saying due to COVID19 restrictions, they didn't serve breakfast. The state has lifted those restrictions a long time ago but the hotel never started serving breakfast after. I figured we could deal with that and just go out for breakfast. We went up to the room and saw two bedbugs crawling up the wall and a dead one in the bed. We immediately left the room and told the night clerk the problems and returned out room key. There also was no shower curtain in the bathroom. We didn't stay long enough to make note of any other problems but I'm sure there were some. The night clerk we spoke with said he was refunding our money as we spoke. that was Friday night. It is now Monday and I still don't have my refund and when I called Priceline telling them of the problem, they called the hotel and was unable to get it resolved. Priceline told me they would be "escalating" the complaint. We ended up going across the street to Knights Inn for the same amount of money for a cleaner room and a little breakfast.

This place is HORRIBLE.. was there for a hour only & decided we didn’t feel safe it was NO SAFETY measures what’s so ever. We ever placed in a room windows HAD NO LOCKS . The Latch on the door was broken. We asked for partial refund due to the fact we wasn’t even there over a hour .. then goes to say if anything happened to guest they are not responsible but placed women in a room that had no safety locks on the windows that was located on the first floor easy access.. this place needs to be CLOSED IMMEDIATELY

My room had urine in the toilet, the water pressure was low from the faucet. The bathroom door did nor l8vk. Tried to give a ice bucket with no plastic lining. The room smelled like smoke. My stay was horrible the bed felt like sleeping on a brick. The hotel was straight trash, trifling and would never ever stay there again. This was a night mare.

This Super 8 is convenient to everything on West Broad Street. I wasn't expecting the great hospitality I received from Mike. He acknowledged my member status and recommended a room upgrade. This very much welcomed. I've never had any issues staying here in the past, thus I'm back.

Great area with great shops if you don't want to stay in your hotel room all the time

I consider myself fairly tolerant of a cheap hotel, but this place is now on my blacklist. The place is falling apart and the final straw was when the manager suddenly opened the door at 10:00 am to ask if I was checking out. What if I had been naked? Or worse? Wyndham, remove this hotel from the system.

Rooms clean it's quite alright for the price and lots of food places to eat.And the service day and night shift Mr Mark he is very helpful and the young man that's works the day shift also.

The people who work here are nice, but the room smells like a porter potty like so bad. The bed sheets were stained and had crumbs and hair on them, and the mattress is like bricks. Also they give you just a sheet and a thin cover, no real blanket, both look dirty. Im writing this review as I lay in bed not being able to sleep because my back hurts. The pillows are terrible and again stained. The window is also broken and I couldnt get the awful smell out of the room. At least it was a roof over my head. I am not looking forward to breakfast. I cannot wait until the sun comes up so I dont have to smell this room anymore.

Neil is a great amazing supervisor to visit his hotel because he is a great amazing supervisor doing a awesome customer service and is everything very clean in the rooms. Also this hotel do not have breakfast but they do have amazing good coffee they serve every day in the morning. Not all the time you need breakfast to have a sweet amazing prosperous night, in the super 8 hotel, in Richmond Virginia W Broad St. We so many dining options like olive garden, McDonald's and Taco bell or other. So check ✔️ him out next time you will visit Richmond Virginia on W Broad St. Have all a blessed day and prosper

Decent room. Showerhead needs to be cleaned. Housekeeping may wake you up at 9:15am... Overall, quiet room, AC worked, shower had hot water, fridge and freezer worked. Bed was very wide. Manager was nice.

The Hotel is very neat and clean. Friendly staff. The property newly renovated. Near by Restaurant,Taco bell , Mac Donald, Sub Way all r just next Door. Huge parking lot. The Manager is very Friendly & Polite. I must suggest this Hotel for Stay...

My stay at Super 8 at 7200 W. Broad St. was very pleasant. The staff, manager Satise and his wife, the owner & his wife Mr. & Mrs. Patel are all very nice and friendly people. Housekeeper is very nice and does a great job. Rooms are clean usually pretty quiet and perfect location. Would highly recommend staying here!!!

This hotel was excellent for the price. Conveniently located on Broad St with lots of places to eat. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Made our stay much more enjoyable. The room was very clean, if slightly beat up in spots. The only trouble we had was a lack of coffee at breakfast some mornings, and the TVs HDMI port didn't work so we couldn't hook up our laptop. They do have smoking rooms so sometimes the halls would smell of smoke. But our room was a non-smoking and had no smell to it. So it was never really a problem. I would happily stay here again for the convenient location, low price, and friendly staff.

Decent place for the price. Front desk attendant is a nice guy, if you have any issues they take care of it in a timely manner.

The room I was given was clean and cool. The AC was not overtly loud, for a window unit. I did not see any evidence of bugs of any kind. Although the room is acceptable it is worth noting that everything in the room was slightly damaged, dinged, or stained. Additionally the internet quality is spotty at best. It is not a high end hotel, but for what you pay you receive an acceptable accommodation that doesn’t make your skin crawl. The front desk was extremely kind and they seem like good people.
