We
had
booked
this
room
through
Priceline
and
was
expecting
something
better.
As
we
were
checking
in,
I
noticed
a
sign
on
the
glass
window
saying
due
to
COVID19
restrictions,
they
didn't
serve
breakfast.
The
state
has
lifted
those
restrictions
a
long
time
ago
but
the
hotel
never
started
serving
breakfast
after.
I
figured
we
could
deal
with
that
and
just
go
out
for
breakfast.
We
went
up
to
the
room
and
saw
two
bedbugs
crawling
up
the
wall
and
a
dead
one
in
the
bed.
We
immediately
left
the
room
and
told
the
night
clerk
the
problems
and
returned
out
room
key.
There
also
was
no
shower
curtain
in
the
bathroom.
We
didn't
stay
long
enough
to
make
note
of
any
other
problems
but
I'm
sure
there
were
some.
The
night
clerk
we
spoke
with
said
he
was
refunding
our
money
as
we
spoke.
that
was
Friday
night.
It
is
now
Monday
and
I
still
don't
have
my
refund
and
when
I
called
Priceline
telling
them
of
the
problem,
they
called
the
hotel
and
was
unable
to
get
it
resolved.
Priceline
told
me
they
would
be
"escalating"
the
complaint.
We
ended
up
going
across
the
street
to
Knights
Inn
for
the
same
amount
of
money
for
a
cleaner
room
and
a
little
breakfast.
