Love the food, always fresh and hot. There are no napkins on the counter, and I had to keep going up asking for things. I understand you want to keep it neat and clean, but at least put them in the bag.

Worst Arby's I've ever been to. Service was okay upon taking my order but then it took 10 minutes, in an otherwise empty restaurant to get me what could only marginally be called a French dip sandwich combo meal. I go to Arby's frequently and their sandwiches are normally stuffed with whatever meat you order - not here. To say that this sandwich was mostly bread is not an exaggeration, in order to not be overwhelmed with too much bread, I ate it without half the bun! - see the pictures. Additionally, the fries were COLD and greasy! When I went to the counter for a replacement the guy said "Are you SURE? They just came from over there (gesturing vaguely towards more greasy fries next to the fryer). When I invited him to touch the cold fries, he did and then threw them into the trash, only to give me another order of the SAME COLD AND GREASY FRIES instead of cooking another batch. (If they " just came" from that pile of fries and you did nothing to change the temperature, whyyyyyyyy would you think the second batch would not ALSO BE COLD AND GREASY!?) Finally, and not a huge deal but indicative of the lack of care taken here, I *specifically* told them I was dining in and yet, everything was shoved into bags as if I were taking it to go! Oh, and I had to ask for my receipt. I'm never going back to this location and will rethink my next visit to any Arby's.

I wasn't overly swept away. I stopped because I like their sandwiches. However, service was off to say the l least. Server never smiled even when I made a few whimsical comments, and more importantly, this kid was playing the new game they play where they whisper such that you can hardly understand what they're saying even when you ask them to repeat it a few times. Once I even said I can't hear you, but it didn't make a difference; he didn't talk any louder. Maybe this is the new norm down there in Maryland.

The Laurel Arby's is quirky cool fast food. My favorite sandwich is their French Dip Roast Beef. It's served with warm "au jus" (a light dipping gravy) which you must enjoy at a table. The good sandwiches are two-handed, like the lamb or chicken pita wrap. Nice change of place from fast food burgers. The service in daytime is always fun and attentive. Life is better when you park and take time to eat and savor. Kudos for the 1960's Arby's retro sign on Washington Blvd.

Sorry but the Phillies cheesesteak was nasty I took maybe three bites and just threw it away even the fries I don't know what kind of meat they used but tastes like school cafeteria meat but love their curly fries

The food tastes better than it looks but my fries were overcooked. Don't really know how that happens besides negligence. The servers were pretty bad, one of the ladies was rude but the other was fine. However they were both pretty slow to take my order, I waited like 5 minutes and it took them 30 seconds to bag my stuff. I wish these fast food places valued physical customers over doordashes. They also didn't include any sauces which in my experience should be implied to at least give some ketchup packets. When it comes to atmosphere I really hate this part of town, but the floor was also extremely sticky.

It wasn't busy but they made my sandwich fresh, not one that could've been sitting under heat lamps like a lot of fast food places. It's a good thing I didn't see the men's room first though. It was filthy. The floors were very sticky, the urinal, sink and walls had black stains and smelled. You would think that, with me being the only customer, one of the 3 or 4 employees would have at least checked it while they clearly not busy. I don't think I'll be going back to that location again.

It took a good 3mins for someone to speal to us, although I could see to the hole in the wall that they were in the office laughing (i wanna laugh to share with me) our food was cold (but my fries came straight out of the fryer?) Otherwise the food was delish.

The order was placed online and was ready for pickup when I arrived. I signed up for the app to receive a 20% discount for adding an account but was not given the discount. I am still unsure why this happened. The food was as expected and tasty.

It's a fast food roast beef sandwich, so one has to manage their expectations regarding quality and consistency. That said, when they are on point you can get a very decent Classic roast beef sandwich. To fend off disappointment, I always check sandwich is juicier center cuts instead of the dry tough end scraps. Just a crinkle fry with a couple of sauces and my Arbys fix is complete. Update: If you use a discount coupon definately check your food before leaving. My friends and I have gotten severely undersized portions on our sandwiches, notably, only when using coupons or app deals (see photo).
