Buffalo is my most fav restaurant but this one was an absolute shock !! One of the worst BWW wings locations I have ever visited . Atrocious customer service .. the women in the bar was so rude and wouldn’t talk nice . The inside of the place was awesome and had so much space . We sat in the bar a d it was a joke when she got the blue moon TALL glass (which was 70% filled ) - photo attached . When you ask her about it, she rudely answers you and wouldn’t fill it to the top. Food was average .. wings was dry and I wouldn’t dare ask the bartender for more sauce . She would anyway deny it. Cauliflower was tasty . Would never ever go back to this location again . One of the worst experiences.. management- please try to improve ur customer service .

Tables not open on Sunday for football. Understaffed. Pure and simple. 1 bartender cannot serve the bar and all tables. Waited 10-15 minutes before being asked if I wanted a drink. This is the second time ( Sunday night) I've been here and it was the same last time. Also had an issue with the food. The pizza was supposed to have buffalo sauce and did not. Also taps had not been changed since the previous visit over a week prior.Just abysmal.

Things were ok. We came in to enjoy some wings and football and chat. Service was fair, but we suspect several folks had stomach issues later. The burger was pretty good. The drinks... super sugary.

We made a pick up order and when we got home to eat, I took one bite of the lemon pepper wings and spit it out! We had to throw it away. The bbq boneless wings tasted like poison that had been sitting there for weeks! Shame on them for servicing food this terrible! But the thing that I’m asking is if they could serve the same disgusting food to people dining in….. never again!

My family and I went out to eat for dinner after shopping in this outdoor shopping center. After being seated the waitress told us to use the QR code to order. As I was trying to put my items in the cart it kept saying there was a server error so I asked if I could just place an order with her and she advised me to restart my phone because no one else is having that issue. She said that they haven’t been able to place orders for 7 months and everything is online only. This establishment had absolutely no hospitality and the employees were only willing to take orders if we had cash. It was a horrible expirience, my children and I went a couple doors down to KOGI Korean bbq which attended us with great service and amazing food and we were seated immediately unlike bww where we had to find a server to acknowledge us

This experience was mediocre at best. Our waitress FLOCKA was nice but not the best server. We weren’t greeted for a while after having to seat ourselves. We had to ask about/for almost everything. We had to ask for water, wet wipes, even HOW TO order because we were instructed to scan the QR Code on the table top & that’s it (we were later told by our waitress that she would be taking the order since cash was being used vs card). We were barely checked back with throughout our visit. The food was ok. The drink I had was more juice & everything else vs any liquor/alcohol. When our waitress informed the manager she did not even make an attempt to offer any type of solution nor apology. This location is in my neighborhood and this is the first time I have ever come here. Safe to say I will not be back to this location.

You wasted my time so I wasted the managers time by calling the police on her and demanding a receipt confirming my refund is being refunded. You won’t conveniently forget to process my refund. I ordered traditional wings online and I was given boneless wings. I live 20 minutes away. I called to ask for a refund and had to drive back to the location to get a refund only for the manager to tell me I need to wait until the morning for my refund to be processed. Then it will take 7 days. So I had to waste to pretty much 3 hours driving back and forth and being taunted by the manager hanging policies over my head. I will never come back here again. Unfortunate because we’ve been long term fans smh.

Used Grub Hub. Wings were pretty good. Fries were soggy and limp. My order was supposed to include Cole Slaw and it did not. The celery sticks they sent would be great for a toddler. Just go pick up your order and hopefully it will be better than this.

Saturday night this place is dead, understaffed, only bar and high tops opened, dinning room closed. Couldn’t get a table to dine in with kids. I wouldn’t be surprised if this placed was being used for money laundering. It’s worst and worst every time. How can it even maintain itself?

My sister and I ordered take out and this location ruined my entire order. I called the store for them to fix the issue and the general manager KRISTINA was absolutely rude and unprofessional. Told her my order was messed up and she insisted on putting me on hold for a long time and when she came back she yelled at me saying I didn’t order sauce on my wings. I had dry rubs but there were no seasonings and she refused to listen to what I was saying. Telling me I should drive back for a new order . Why would I do that if you guys could’ve gotten it right the first time? Does this look like seasoned wings Kristina ? With your goofy self! This location is beyond ridiculous

Came for football on Sunday. Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. It was a packed house when we arrived so I was worried about wait times and attentiveness of staff but Staff was on point. Friendly & efficient. Food was quick, hot, & tasty. Bartender had the drinks just right 👍🏼. General Manager even stopped by to ask how things were going and gave my son a mini football to play with. Overall, 10 out of 10. Will be back next week. Kudos to the new management, totally different experience here than the other locations. Seemed like everyone was there to get the job done and have fun while doing so !
