    This is the worst Wingstop they have been awful since they open. We tried them for the last time past Friday I always ask for my chicken well done and flats my husband waited over an hour in the store to get home and this isn’t the first time but it will be my last time we had mostly dummies which I ask for and paid extra for 40 flats and the chicken was not well done they had no celery and carrots fries soggy and cold and to top that No ranch which we like to eat with our chicken. I called the store the same gentleman that took my order remembered me and Apologize and ask if we wanted our money back or they can make more at this time it was 9:30p he also said it’ll be another hour wait I said no so he put the manager on the phone she told me in order to get my money back we had to bring the food back so I said what you going do reuse it she said she needs it for inventory which doesn’t make since I said it’s your fault my family meal is Screwed up I should not have to drive back over there she never tried to accommodate me for their mistake at least the previous times this happened other managers were more caring but the manager that was there Friday May 13 in the evening was Rude. I wish I could give the No star.

    I ordered 15 flat wings, but they only gave me 10 pieces and there were just 3 flats. The rest were drum sticks. How someone messes up an order this badly on a slow day is beyond me. Also I placed the order on the phone, but when I arrived, they only had my name in the system. Had to tell the woman again what I wanted. If you value your money and time, don't come here.

    Im hungry, I get there at 4. It's now it's 5. I ordered two orders of some hickory smoked barbecue wings and lemon pepper wings it shouldn't take an hour for me to get my food especially since there's six people back there I understand that they're trying to get the best quality food and pasta can get but an hour for some wings I could have went to America's Best Wings and got them in the next 10 minutes this place needs better staff managing and time convenience 1 *

    DISGUSTING. NO Hygiene except the girl in front who was gloved and masked. The older gent who seemed in charge masked was pulled down. I saw him wipe his mouth with open hand then grab a bowl and mixed sauce on wings. Then he lifted a drain cover off floor, reached for a pipe on the floor lost grip twice then connected pipe to drain fryer across the walkway. His hands were covered with dirty fryer grease and dirt. Then he without washing or wiping hands grabbed a sauce mixing bowl, drop it on floor, picked it up added wings and tossed them poured them into a serving container. Never wiping or washing hands, bowl nothing. Grabbed another order ticket and continued on. The dining/drink serving area was wet and dirty. Since the other 2 employees witnessed this it must be common practice so wasn't worth my time to correct or berate them much less asked for my money back. I can't tell ya how the wings were cuz I tossed them.

    The manager is unprofessional, bad mouth, lazy and it trickles down to the rest of employee's. They were walking around nonchalant and joking with each other. Mind you, there only 5 people in store at this time,, all been waiting over 40min. I waited for 43min to be exact. Then one employee ask my name. My order was sitting on rack. I asked manager why didn't you say order was ready after 43min. She replied. " My bad boo" she really brings this wingstop down. I will never go back there And will encourage others not to. I never write reviews, but this place is bad. Bad leadership.

    I came into Wingstop in Laurel. There were about 6 to 7 young people ( high school) either at the cashier or preparing orders. My time there waiting on my order, they were just talking, no mask, no gloves and constantly on there cell phones. No very sanitary. Wingstop needs to improve on who they hire or improve on way foods are prepared. Hair nets, masks and gloves to begin with.

    Ordered online because the wait is always long. Come in to get my order when it said it would be ready and they just started to make it when I walked in. Not to mention they didn’t acknowledge that I was there for a solid 2 minutes. No one was in the store and there was 2 workers. A simple hello, I’ll be right with with would’ve been great. And a sorry for your order not being ready, We’re working on it now would’ve also been nice. Hopefully places like this can find people that actually wanna work and earn their money and service. If not I don’t see them lasting much longer

    Id leave 0 starts if I could. Was decent a few years ago with no real issues. Now the service is abysmal and the wait times are extended. I placed an online order for literally just regular fries and ranch a few days ago. Wasn’t greeted upon entering and stood their like the invisible man because I have emotional control and wasn’t in a rush. 15 minutes later “we’re just now making orders” okay so why wasn’t the back up communicated when I first entered. Legit waited ONE HOUR for some fries and when I decided to eat when I got home these folks put blue cheese in my bag when I specifically asked before leaving the store “it’s ranch in the bag?” SMFH. Complained to customer service and they sent me a gift card for the price of my order. Order two days later with the gift card and intentionally pulled up like 10-12 minutes after the order was supposed to be done. Still stood there and waited for a few minutes, get home and the fries are SALTY AF. Over it, I like Wingstop on occasion but this location will never see a dime a from me again.. Legit kick rocks with the incompetence and poor service. Don’t even bother. The terrible reviews are accurate.

    Ordered through the app about 40 minutes prior to arriving, and the lady at the front said it would be right with me, so I sit down and wait. As I’m waiting, I see something in my side view. It was a mouse literally in the corner near to where i was sitting. Food wasn’t even ready yet, so I waited in my car. It took my food an additional 20 minutes to be ready and the wings :(

    Just dirty! Health Dept. Where are you? Nasty counters and tables. Even the windows are greasy. Disgusting!!!!!! Close them down! Cooks don't wear caps or nets or nets on their heads.

    Hope you enjoy having your food giving away and having nothing done about it. Ordered through the app thinking it was a delivery through them and not Door Dash, $25 worth of food gone with no explanation until I called to find out why my order was cancelled. Done with this location

    Order it online got there 10 minutes before my order was supposed to be ready. 15 minutes to 20 minutes later my food was sitting on the shelf and they wouldn’t give it to me. Smh after I got my food got in my car open the bag there is no ranch had to go back into the place.

    I placed an online order last night for 15 wings (10 old bay, 5 garlic Parmesan) and a large seasoned fry. The fries were beyond cold and the wings were fried so hard you couldn’t determine flavor wise which was which. We attempted to reach the shop and the phone rang continuously just as it did when we attempted to call in the order. I returned to the shop today with the food for a refund and the young lady working the register after an exchange with another young lady that was making wings in the back advised I would have had to return the food last night because they are not the night shift. Are you kidding me? You took the food back but you are not able to issue a refund because it was an online order and it didn’t happen on your shift. I explained again that I was not pleased with the food I received and thus I am returning it and would like to be refunded. I was then instructed to provide my order number and contact number to be given to the store owner because that is the only person who can refund online orders. I also asked if the owner can reach out to me regarding this incident and the young lady advised me she can ask her but no guarantee. I will definitely not be returning and expect to be contacted regard this incident.

    Please don’t waste your time ordering online, in person, or even DoorDash because you will not be satisfied. You will either receive: 1. Wings/tenders not sauced properly 2. Old wings/tenders 3. The wrong sauce 4. And all of it will be cold As a manager at a Wingstop out of state, my advice to everyone is to not order over the phone, order at the store instead and ask for all of it to be made fresh and watch them make your food. Also PLEASE CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE!! make sure everything is right. Save yourself time and gas.

    I must say that these were some of the best wings that I've recently had. I love how the online ordering let's you customize your order. The fried corn is DELICIOUS. And offering Simply Lemonade as a drink option is the icing on the cake. Update: The quality of the food has become very hit or miss. The last few times I ate here, the chicken was dry and over cooked. The wings and thighs tasted very stale. Even the sauce couldn't cover up the tough, chewy meat. That's unfortunate because I was really liking this place last year. 🙄

    They’ll tell you that they’re “bagging it up now” just for you to wait an additional 11 minutes. There’s nothing worse than an exaggerated time estimate. Respect our time and just let us know exactly when it may be done. Don’t lie and say you’re “bagging it up now”, especially when you have an open kitchen.

    I am usually very tolerable about giving reviews but this place continues to disappoint me. First, there are not enough people working here. When I came in, there were already multiple people waiting in front of me. So let's talk 35-45 minutes of waiting. This isn't the only time I had an issue here. Last time I ordered online. I got an email saying how long it will take. I show up at the right time and have to wait an extra 20 or so minutes after it told me my food was ready. So everyone is just sitting in the lobby looking angry. Plus the ice machine was broken.

    Stay away !! Slow slow workers they don’t care about the customers , made me wait more than 25 mins . It was dirty in the store . Barley any drinks available . they were saying to wait for my fries for five minutes and it took more than five minutes 10 minutes. Fries they gave me were not enough and also looked terrible. They also had no restock straws and lids. We ask for Parmesan cheese They wanted to charge me even after waiting for than the time they said.and they let you 2 guys have free cups .

    2nd visit in a row that my order was nearly 30 minutes late. Quality was good and the staff members were pleasant, but there's clearly a problem keeping up with the pace of orders here. Unfortunately, I'll usually have to skip this location in the future since I can rarely afford to sit around an extra 30 minutes longer than estimated.

    Food was fine, but it took over a half hour for a simple order of a 10 wing combo. The ice dispenser on the soda machine was spitting ice onto the floor and no one cleaned it up during my entire time there, creating a dangerous situation. Machine also leaked syrup, was not clean.

    This location is horrible!! Except to wait at least 30 min to a hour for your food and expect your food to be cold. They forget to put items in your bag and good luck trying to get through on the phone to make sure your order is accurate: THEY DON’T ANSWER!! This was my second attempt with ordering through door dash with them! NEVER AGAIN!!

    All I bought was a single serving of fries - That would have been a 4 star. The customer service however, was so abysmal that I would put it in the negatives. When there are a plethora of eating establishments in the area, and where the products aren't unique, what can stand out is the customer service experience. In this case, I wondered if it is lack of training or management's priority to fill positions with live bodies and not much else? In case it bears highlighting, a customer's experience can start prior to opening the door, but especially once they have entered the premises. In this case, the bar was low and sunk lower from lack of acknowledgment in a timely manner that I was there to the end of the transaction when my food is placed on the counter with no "here's your order," or "thank you for coming," or "do you need anything else." And when I held up the bag and asked, "My fries?" I get a dead-eyed look, no utterance from the person's mouth, and she turned her back and went on her way. So, let me suggest to management that you have secret shoppers go into that place on various days, at various times, if you want to test my experience. When a waiting customer says, "It's always like this", I had to wonder why are customers giving away their agency to shop in unfriendly places for food that is neither unique or high quality. Cause this was my first and last time supporting this establishment.

    I will not be going back. Soon as you walk in flies everywhere. Raw meat sitting out with flies not good. Employees were young with no supervision, instead of making orders they are out front playing with a basketball. Received my food but didn’t check it, big mistake! Wings were very dry, they barely had any sauce or seasoning. Worst experience!

    Wings were small and weird, some of them… ordered 15 wings and was told I had to pay for any dipping sauce! And classic hot wings barely had sauce on them… seem like they hired kids who doesn’t care about food or customer service… never again! Trust me if you read this avoid this wing stop! New Carrollton store 1000% better!

    It's sort of a straightforward restaurant where the staff don't greet you nor do they really have anything to say other than take your order and bringing it to you. That aside The food was really nice! but I did not care for the French fries because they were sweet, burnt, and heavily salted. other than that it was a very good place

    Usually love wingstop but this specific one had us wait an hour for food when we could see that none of the workers were making anything until the third time we asked for our food. The folks waiting with us also had to remind the employees that they were waiting for food. Then the employees seemed to be annoyed that the customers were wondering where the food was. With a total of 5 people waiting, an hour for food is ridiculous and the service was just awful.

    This location is always slow. One guy said it took them over an hour and eleven minutes to complete his order. I waited only 22 minutes past the order’s supposed completion time. It’s amazing that this location is still getting business. They can’t handle the third-party delivery orders AND their own orders. It’s sad that they take on too much and let the customer service suffer because of it.

    My online order didn't go through and when I got to the store the lady at the counter was able to retrieve it in the system. After waiting in the storefot a while and seeing multiple people pick up orders I asked what was going on with my order. The manager explained politely what the issue was and that the bone in wings took longer to prepare. Made my wings perfectly and gave me a ranch no chatge. I'm good with that

    The restaurant’s staff is just incompetent. It’s a Saturday evening and I only see three (3) people staffed with a lobby of 11 customers impatiently waiting. The sad part is that disappointment is where they’re most consistent. What’s worse is that the owner is either unaware of this or just doesn’t care. Either way, it’s worth posting this review so that others may beware that their time will most likely be wasted if they’re looking forward to timely service.

    I ordered the 30 pc meal. I also added bread rolls and brownies. I went in after an hour. The website said it’d take max. 45 minutes. My meal wasn’t ready so I asked to pick up my brownies because they tend to forget extras. They said they weren’t sure how long my order would take but that there was a 2-hour wait. So, I gave them another hour. When I finally picked up my meal, the chicken was cold and dry, the meal was missing the veggie sticks and the bread rolls. I’m thankful that I picked up the brownies even though they were stale. Also, there seemed to be a whole lot of staff drama behind the counter. One of the employees yelled that he was done when a customer asked him a question. So there was a large group of customers waiting and a number of employees in visible view arguing, laughing, and mostly ignoring customers.
