Excellent view of Taal Volcano, hills, mountain and the Forest. Excellent Customer Service. Excellent Breakfast and Dinner! Rooms are clean and modern. Nice to Relax in the Balcony overlooking Taal volcano. We enjoyed our stay!

Why is it that when foreigners come here to work, they still treat us like slaves? I asked front desk if I can temporally park my electric kick scooters somewhere safe so I can use space in my car to fit a guest when we go out for dinner. This “foreigner consultant” rudely said “No that’s not allowed and there’s no secluded place outside to park.” I told him politely “It’s only for a couple of hours.” He just walked away. This is how these foreigners treat guest here.

We booked for 3-4 days but unfortunately due to typhoon we missed the first 2 days of stays. However, we still managed to checkin for one night! The place is a little bit far from Tagaytay attractions but the view of nature on the Taal lake is awesome! As we travel, we talk about our experiences and appreciation on everyplace we visited… I recommend this place for couples. The room is clean and spacious.

Staff are professional & accommodating, menus are written with sense of humour, food yummy, clear view of Taal volcano/ lake.

Rooms are good, friendly staff and the restaurant upstairs is so worth it. Food is affordable and very Tastey which is great value for money. I recommended this place to relax and chill

"Cozy Rooms and Excellent Service" I went here to have a nice staycation with my girlfriend. We were very happy with the experience in this hotel. On our arrival, we were greeted by the guards and staffs as they were expecting us. We were given handmade necklaces as their way of welcoming us. A guest form were handed and I proceeded to fill-up. There was a P3000 security deposit needed for staying in our 4 days stay. Our room was located at the bottom of the hotel. Take note, this hotel is made to go downwards. Staffs assisted us to carry our baggages to our room, there were two lower floors to go down and there was no elevator. Feedback for Room L-202: 1. The room is very clean and presentable. 2. Complete amenities; microwave, fridge, hair dryer, dining utensils, smart tv, etc. 3. Window Type Aircon has good cooling system. 4. Free Wifi has good connection 5. Room has good view outside window. 6. Room has a good space for guests. I suggest 3 peoples only. What I don't liked: 1. There is no elevator for guests who are going on the bottom floors. Overall, this hotel is excellent for staycation. This is a hotel that provide quality service and comfortable experience.

Had a relaxing and restful time in this place with my wife this month of November. I also had to do some work from home stuff here and the wifi is great inside the room. The staff were very helpful and courteous. I would appreciate though if parking space availability can be improved. But overall, we had a great time! Kudos and thanks also to Guillermo Aldovino for being always of assistance to us for our AVLCI concerns.

3 Floors of rooms but no elevators. Make sure to request the ground floor rooms if you have senior citizens with you. In-house dine-in food is great and reasonably priced compared to outside restaurants. View from the balcony is a bonus.

Best for those na may pinagdadaanan and want to be alone with a dramatic scenery while enjoying a cup of barako. The staff pips are genuinely nice. It's a delightful experience to be here.

Very nice helpful staff with a good quality of foods,my two grand children they enjoyed their favorite foods specially breakfast served with hot choco drink,the room is clean and big,with fast internet connection and Netflix,overall it was perfect for a family vacay,thanks to all staff💐💐

Great B&B place, easy to locate and its nearby different business establishments. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and we will definitely come back.

They properly observe health protocols. Rooms are clean and complete with basic appliances. Internet is fast. There is a restaurant upstairs open from 6:30am up to 9:00pm so food will not be a problem. All the staff are accommodating and helpful. There is a balcony in the common area per floor where you can enjoy the view of the lake. Parking slot is on a first come first serve basis. There is no elevator.

The hotel in general is so clean, simple but elegant. Staff are so nice polite and accomodating. .We love the fog dew by our window and terrace.

First time here but I must say the ambience is great and also the food. Employees are accomodating.

Nice cozy place to visit for a couple of night stay within the stretch of Tagayatay-Nasugbu Road and part of Metro-Tagaytay. As a sister company of Astoria Plaza you can expect the same quality service. Food is nice but needs some care and attention, as I do not find it appealing to order the only Chinese Yangchow Fried Rice and serve it with Sinigang or other Filipino Viands. It just won't work for my taste. Stick to a particular cusine. This is the only resturant that I know that serve Clubhouse Sandwich with sunny side up egg instead of basic omelette. I am very sure that sunny side up egg has a place in sandwich, just not on Clubhouse. Overall it was a nice experience.

The hotel itself is very nice if your looking for a place to stay and relax from the busy life at the metro. The staff were very accommodating and courteous with there guess . Plus I nice view of taal lake while relaxing at the veranda ... The room is very clean and nice to stay .. keep it up
