Never have dirty rice that’s the only reason I came. Manager do your job and order supplies. Your supposed to cook until you close it’s only 7:00 pm. 3rd day in a row. Stop taking food home with you.

I don’t know what’s going on with the night crew but they’re getting paid not to work. I was the only car waiting in the drive thru and all employees are in the parking lot. Waited for 10 minutes and no one ever asked for my order. This isn’t the first time this has happened. It’s becoming the norm. Finally gave up, Drove away, no food.

If i could leave no stars I would. My family went inside to order and stiod there for 30 minutes. Not one person acknowledged we were even there. Their focus was drive thru and it wasn't even that busy. Completely discusted. Young employees that work slow ajd don't care about the line inside. Another couple walked out before we did Also

Good food... sometimes. Nowadays, the food has seemed to declined as if there is no care in the food anymore. In the picture, the Cajun Filet is overcooked and rubbery, and the "seasoned" fries are soggy as if the were tossed to fry or bake just enough to get the ice melted off. I hate having to change my review negatively, but this has got to change.

Whenever I come to the Carolinas , I have to hit up Bojangle's . I really like the Cajun Chicken Biscuit . I have to say though , this time it didn't seem to be up to the usual standard . I had one in Waynesville , NC and it was the bomb . This one in Laurinburg almost seemed like they should have cooked it a little longer , it didn't seem all the way done . So I didn't finish it , only ate the outside . I was here October 7 , 2021 . The Bo Rounds were delicious and I had a Cheerwine to go with it . Whenever I would visit my Mom in Laurinburg , I would always stop and get her a breast , biscuit , and a side . It was her favorite place for chicken . Unfortunately she passed a few years ago , but I still make it to Laurinburg and the Carolinas every few years since I still have family there . The restaurant was clean and had a few people in the dining area . There is a new biscuit place a few buildings over that just opened , so a lot of people were trying it for breakfast . I went there too one morning .

I went to the new BOJANGLES twice. The chicken wasn’t fully cooked. And the taste of it was disgusting. It tasted like fresh unseasoned meat. Please have your cooks to fully cook the chicken. Also the manager (a man) has a nasty attitude that yelled at me at the drive thru due to one of his workers mistake. I will not go back again. The uncooked chicken is not worth the money. Or the time you spend waiting.

Food is much better than before! Staff was very friendly. Double drive through moved quickly. My food order was not correct. I tried to call but got no answer. I filled out their survey, it ask if I would like to be contacted. I stated yes and gave my contact info. I've yet to be contacted. I'll change my survey when and if I'm contacted.

This was the worst of the worst bojangles i have ever went to i went threw the drive threw while at the speaker to order I hear an employee cussing someone out on their phone about calling their phone while they're at work everything else was fine until I received my food which was a steak biscuit bow round combo. The bow rounds tasted like old cardboard so I had them remake them when she gave them back tasted like old cardboard which referred me back to my teenage years when I didn't know any better they were frostbitten🤮. I've spent thousands of dollars all throughout America at Bojangles because it's my favorite place to eat but I would not eat from this one if you gave me everything for free everyday

The friendliest, warmest and cleanest Bojangles I’ve ever encountered. Everyone was hustling, working hard and sharing smiles. Very clean changing table and bathroom for changing littles.

Very professional staff & food was make to order & delicious.

Since Bojangles open they are not the same. Food isn’t good anymore. Never get order correct people are nice

Well I would like to say that my local Bojangle's is amazing. However, the past couple of times I've had trouble getting my full order. I mean really. How hard is it to read an order and fulfill it completely. I don't understand.

Went through the drive up window, placed an order, paid, received a receipt, and arrived at the pick up window they wanted to see my receipt to make sure I paid. I ordered chicken supreme meal with honey mustard sauce and dirty rice. No honey mustard, and the supreme tenders were so small and not tasteful as they used to be. I paud $11 and some change for a chicken supreme meal that was jot worth it at all.

The food was fresh and hot! The service was great, we were greeted as soon as we stepped foot in the door! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Ms. Elise and Stephon were magnificent in their service and made us comfortable. As we dined we observed the entire staff being professional and moving the lines quickly. We were impressed that the drive through line was at the road but within minutes the line was gone. The restaurant was cleaned thanks to Ms. Elise and another young lady (I didn't get her name). I noticed that they also had someone checking the restrooms periodically to ensure they were up to par. Overall, they are not the same Bojangles, their professionalism is unmatched! It takes alot to impress me and they definitely did!! To the Operations Manager that was there, keep doing what you're doing because it works! I didn't get photos because the chicken was hot, fresh and crispy but will them next time. -Janie

The food here is always fresh and hot. The service is mostly fast and friendly.

10 hour's of a work day, hungry stopped here ordered a Bo sandwich.. When I looked at it, you could tell it had been sitting somewhere for a while. I asked the lady that was at the window to pls wait as I checked the food. She saw it first hand and all she could do was stare such as I did. The worker's on front register or counter, one particular young lady was taking pictures with her tongue out. Disgusting, while the rest were standing around doing much of nothing. Looking at me as if to say, I know she's not bringing that back in here for me to have to work.. The lady that stared at the sandwich, asked are you going to wait for another one to be freshly cooked? I replied yes, another blank stare, I wasn't going anywhere. She said it's going to take a while, again I said I'll wait. I was tired and just needed to sit for a moment anyway. It was already late so I sat in my car and simply waited. Nothing for my inconvenience, not even an apology. Just a blank stare.

Stopped in on Wednesday (23rd) to get the family dinner. The manager working that evening was so nice and personable. 25 years in Laurinburg and this was the first enjoyable visit to Bojangles. As I waited for fresh chicken; the employees made quaint conversation. The restaurant was super clean and ready for the next shift. I hope when/if I return I get to the pleasure of meeting that crew again.

Macaroni and cheese plus dirty rice is delicious. Great sides to include in a meal

We went to McDonald's first and they took 2 other people's order that came after us. So we went to Bojangles and they took our order right away. They had fast, friendly and courteous service.

Steer clear of this Bojangles location. Mobile order was placed. I arrived and they had not even started on the order. I stood in the store and waited twenty minutes for them to prepare the order. It was not crowded or busy, they just didn’t have any supremes or fries ready at 2 PM. I had to wait for them to cook both and they were in no hurry to do that. Also, the sanitation score was 90%.
