This beach restaurant (buvette) offers a great selection of meals during all summer time. Especially recommended are the grilled meats and the pizza. Wines from the region of Lavaux are available too as well as many brands of beer. You cannot reserve your table as it is self service. Nevertheless if you are patient a place will become free. Prices are moderate for the region. The view is amazing. You can see the Lavaux vineyards on the left side and the frnch alps on the opposite of the lake. Many people bring their stand up paddle to this beach because it is a good starting point for a paddle trip. The beach is stony and the water is very clear. Thete are public showers and bath rooms. The parking can get packed quickly during high season so it is recommended to come with public tranport. The bus number 85 is leaving from Lausanne gare to Lutry.

How can such a small shack deliver so good food?! These guys serve wonderful food. Queueing is a little slow but it is worth it in the end. And the view is astonishing :)

For a buvette at the beach, impressive options to eat with all of the food very nice. Great selection of drinks as well! More than you could hope for a little shack au bord du lac!

Very good quality food and desserts combined with a relaxed and fun atmosphere and great views of the lake. I like to take my daughter here to eat but also works with other adults. The only place I have found this actually on the lake and I like that it's not fancy fancy but the quality is still great so the tables could be better there could be more seating yeah yeah overall it's lovely spot

It was crowded but quick service. Good view of the lake, but the fish in the pizza napolitaine was too salty.

Food was really good and too expensive. Even there a lot of people and service was really stessed, they stayed friendly and organised.

Perfect place to stop for a tarte du pomme (they make them fresh in-house, we were watching the team slice up apples as we ordered!), on your walk through the Lavaux vineyards or along the beach. Very casual atmosphere. Plenty of coffee and beverage and snack options to refuel you, and close to public restrooms/WC.

Friendly staff, excellent wine, fresh food and fantastic location. We had a picnic with takeaway from here and it was super!

Good food, from burgers to daals, salads and a great bbq offer.

Great view and vibe. Fantastic selection of beers/ales. It will take time to get your order in but kitchen is quick after that. We like to take food and sit elsewhere nearby. Thai soup is a good vegan option (and also the only vegan option).

Great little spot. Can get busy on sunny days and at peak times but the Buvette team are awesome. From dishes like the Thai soup or the Daal to their burgers and the grill. It’s nice to see enthusiastic staff on hand offering some home made condiments!

Beautiful plage, quite and clean having carpark, restaurants and convenient kiosks. Enjoyable place to visit overlooked by beautiful town.
