I had surgery to correct a tendon which was locking my right hand; separately, I accompanied my partner who had surgery for carpel tunnel syndrome. We each had different surgeons (Dr Cuenod and Dr Papaloizos), both careful to explain the medical situation and showing concern that they offered the best treatment for the situation. My partner's operation took place at the previous address, rather basic but adequate and with excellent results. His situation was urgent and was treated as such, with an appointment within a few days for one wrist and immediately after this was healed the other wrist was operated.
