The ambience was good. The view of the airport runway looks beautiful. Its the only lounge which is open beyond 7:30pm and upto 10pm on the E gate. Not complaining but mentioning it that for vegetarians the only option might be bread, butter, jam, coffee and variety of tea and some boiled vegetables.

This is a cool lounge due to the outside seating area. You can sit back and watch the planes take off while having a pre-departure drink, snack or meal. The seating is comfortable and the ambience is fine and relaxed.

Located on next to the E gates. You can take the elevator when you exit the mini train. The main area is clean and there is a lot of different sitting Space. I think that the food selection limited and the toilet facilities need to have a bit more care. Good but not great.

This is the better lounge for Dinersclub or Visa card holders. This is beside the air-side so you can get a view of the aircraft as well. The wines are good. Food is just average since I could not find anything hot / warm - everything on offer for breakfast was cold as you can see from my pictures. Coffee is good as well.

I could not wait to get out of this place. At first glance it seems like a really great designed comfy space but after a little while we realized that it is not running very well. The biggest reason we came there is because they are supposed to work with American Airlines but they only do on outbound so if you are coming in and need to take a shower before your business meeting you will have to pay the $35 bucks for day visit. The shower was disgusting and after a few min it was hard to breath and it was the same story in the bathrooms - that was very disappointing eco use that is the main reason we stopped by. Food was very basic breakfast, nothing to write home about. Thank god they had an external balcony because it was so hot inside. Overall very little value and we will not be coming back. Sorry.

The lounge layout is kind of nice, that is the best part. Check in is handle by a female staff who wasn't really aware to be on duty . The food and beverage offered, is really nothing to write home. Bland in taste, limited and for the drinks most non alcoholic beverages are served from large soda bottles, where the spark is gone, flat taste. Alcoholic beverages limited and the bottles are not cleaned. Service staff walk around like zombies. I understand that COVID is the reason to save and limit the offer, but definitely not this way. A cold shower experience.

The only positive? Nice views, the lounge is miserable. Soft drinks in liter bottles, not very hygenic. Cheeses for breakfast in miniscule portions, very little choice of food otherwise, not impressed! Wrong size toilet seat in bathroom. PrimeClass should really shape up their game! Top notch it ain't!

We visited the Primeclass Lounge in Zurich Airport in June 2023, after a weeklong trip across Switzerland. I’ve been to a range of lounges during my travels, and I have to say the lounge itself is one of the nicest independent lounges I’ve been in. It’s very stylish and modern, with plenty of seating and a great view over the runway. The food is very good too, featuring a range of hot dishes with a salad bar and a small range of desserts. My only comment is it would be nice to see a selection of snacks such as crisps, nuts etc, as it seemed to be lacking in this area. The drinks range is standard for a lounge, with a selection of wine, spirits and soft drinks. The coffee machine was very good, and they also had a huge selection of different teas, so you will definitely find something to quench your thirst. Overall, the lounge is a lovely place to relax and recharge before a flight and is certainly worth visiting.

Went to the lounge at around 8pm (lounge closes at 1030pm), there are only 4 hot plates left and they are all dried out. Soup gone, cheese gone, desert have may be 3 pieces left in the tray. Salad / cold dish was half emptied. The view is amazing but the balcony was closed. Half of the male toiletries were broken / unresponsive.

Very, very quiet in terms of volume. Good selection of food, great selection of drinks. Really nice views of all three runways, as well as some outdoor space on a balcony! All of the staff were very attentive, courteous and friendly when needed.

Very convenient to the E gates for long haul international flights. Clean and orderly. Comfortable seating. Standard food and drink selection with high quality.

This is the best available lounge at Zurich airport if you’re using PriorityPass. Yet, it is still very below standard. It has a inhouse bathroom unlike the other lounges, yet the locks don’t work. The food selection is terrible, there are no options whatsoever. There is a variety of alcoholic drinks if you’re not flying in in the morning and it also has a nice outdoor balcony that is smoking prohibited so you can enjoy some fresh air without cigarette smoke. They give you a 24 hour wifi pass. The seats are pretty comfy and is good for solo travellers. They claim to have showers but during both my travels they were out of order so don’t rely on that. Overall a good pick if you have a couple hours to kill and have free lounge access but definitely don’t pay for it.

Very decent and spacious lounge in Zurich. Great selection of food and drinks. Comfortable seats and great view over the airport. Lunch was served around 11:45.

The best designed priority pass lounge I’ve been to. Hot breakfast had a small selection (eggs, sausage, and pancakes), along with yogurt and croissants. Nice automatic espresso machine. Service was friendly. They have a nice outdoor seating area with views of the airplanes

While waiting for my flight, I decided to stay here using my priority pass. The staff are friendly, the food is good, and of course it’s a nice place to lounge. Oh not to mention the view is beautiful.

One of the best lounge experience, the staff is very helpful. The best part is they have lockers to keep your luggage, absolute delight for a single traveller. The shower facility was closed but still I liked the overall experience, it was not so crowded, food was nice.

Primeclass Lounge situated at Gate E46 and is accessible by international flight travelers; it can also be accessed by Priority Pass holders. Service and entry processing is fast here, probably due to not so peak hours in the morning about 730am. There are a variety of basic alcoholic drinks here and various non alcoholic drinks as well. However, the breakfast variety was quite limited with only sausages, scrambled eggs, tomatoes, waffles and the usual toast. The view here is good with direct vision of the runway and you can see flights taking off from the runway. Atmosphere and view is good here and would recommend this lounge for anyone departing from Zurich airport.

I had a nice experience at Primeclass Lounge! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the beautiful and modern interior design. However, what really stood out to me was the amazing outside area - it was such a treat to get some fresh air while waiting for my flight. Another great feature of the lounge was the shower facilities. And for those who need a quiet place to pray, there's a designated prayer room that's peaceful and respectful. Overall, I highly recommend Primeclass Lounge to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable airport experience. We went to this Lounge which is at Zurich airport while returning back from Switzerland. Nice ambience. But food choices were less. Especially for vegans.

A modern design, comfortable seats and a very well view. The Stuff very kind and helpful. Food was ok not special.

It’s a nice lounge with a view outside. They have a limited selection of food for both breakfast and lunch. It stated that they had a shower, however the shower was out of service. We also asked for a toothbrush and toothpaste which they also did not have. They also did not have their own wifi network, so we ended up using the airport one which didn’t work as well there.
