We
went
to
the
restaurant
for
a
birthday
dinner
in
the
end
of
the
last
week.
The
place
was
quite
full,
the
seating
adequate,
outside
terrace
was
closed,
it
is
still
cold.
Some
of
us
had
menues
and
others
dined
a
la
carte.
There
was
some
small
confusion
about
wine
order,
but
it
was
corrected
quickly.
The
empanada
was
good
but
somehow
came
without
sauce(s).
Other
appetizers
were
OK.
We
did
have
problem
with
the
sauces:
had
chimichurri
in
one
of
the
menues
plus
asked
for
it
specifically
separately.
Still,
when
a
sauce
arrived,
it
looked
and
tasted
much
more
like
chermoula
to
me.
It
did
not
have
a
speck
of
green.
It
tasted
OK
and
we
stopped
asking
for
chimichirri,
but
I
am
still
uncertain
if
it
was
their
"special"
chimichirri
or
it
was
just
another
mistake.
All
of
us
eat
Argentinian
beef
of
different
cuts.
I
am
aware
that
Argentinian
cuts
are
different
from
European,
and
taste
is
less
intense
and
not
variable.
Perhaps
due
to
the
light
taste
I
felt
that
the
meat
could
have
gained
from
some
presalting.
Desserts
were
killers,
especially
Don
Pedro.
Overall
the
dinner
was
good
but
nothing
exceptional.
We'll
try
our
luck
again
during
the
hunting
season.
