Why 5 Stars? Because: 1. A Broad & Extensive Selection Of Cigars ( Normal Production, LE’s, Réservas, Regional editions of local and different regions). 2. Decent pricing strategy. 3. Friendly Staff. My last purchase from the Shop was in FEB 2019, after I chose what I wanted, the lady in the shop told me to choose any 2 Cigars from the shop as a gift, she also gave 2 lighters and cutters on top! I absolutely recommend this Shop.

Amazing and a lot of choose need to improve the signal cigar selection mean limited edition, most of them were selling in only boxes. The Asian lady is not welcoming not once it’s happening on my every visit ! Strange attitude.

The best cigar shop in Geneva. I placed an order on their website and they had it ready for pick up when I arrived. The ladies working there were very helpful. They have a great selection of cigars available as singles so I picked up some of the harder to find double coronas. The shop is a little difficult to locate. You need to go inside of an office building lobby and then go up the elevator so don’t worry if you don’t see a store front on the street level.

Very nice place. They have an impressive choice of cigars coming from all around the world and lot of accessories (cutter, ashtrays, etc). And if the brand/model/size you are looking for is not available in the shop, they will order it for you. And you can also order online and have it delivered anywhere in Switzerland. The staff is very knowledgeable and happy to help

Wonderful shop with friendly staff, fantastic range of cigars, spirits and accessories and great prices. Note that you need to enter a building with several other companies (like an apartment block) through the front door, then go up to 4th floor by stairs or lift (US: elevator); their store is not on street level.

The best place to buy cigars online. I am always hunting for the price drops, sometimes they have such big discounts that even if my humidor is full, i can't stop buying. Cigars come fast, very well packed and from what i can tell they are perfectly kept in their humidor. I will always be your client if you'll keep it up in the same way.

They sell boxes of cigars with the serial numbers erased. One star from me since they could very well be fake cigars, and I have yet to hear a reply from them to my complaint.

I bought two boxes. An H.Upmann Magnum 54 and a Bolivar Royal Coronas Tubos. Super competitive prices. The cigars arrived on time, very well protected. The boxes had been opened to place a Boveda pack into each of them. The Upmann box was immaculate, while on the Bolivar’s box security seal, the barcode had been removed, and it looks like that the seal itself had been slightly manipulated. The barcode on the tubos does not check on the Habanos verification website, but the cuño is on the box, and the anilla on the cigar looks completely legit (details on the embossed coins, raised borders). Btw the code on the Upmann box checked the Habanos verification. I have no reason not to trust such a reliable vendor, but I hope that next time there won’t be any manipulation on the box. Also, adding a Boveda pack is a nice touch, but for a shipment within Switzerland (which takes only 48hr), I would prefer to have the box sealed and have the pleasure of opening it myself. For sure I’ll buy from them again...but next time I hope to do it in person, and change the score to 5 stars.

The show room is a bit hard to find. When you reach the building, you must walk up to the 4th floor. The security of the building and show room was great. There is a huge variety of cigars and talking with the clerk made it super easy to track down my order! When I'm in Geneva again, I'm sure I'll be stopping by!

I bought 3 boxes of cigars . 1 box was ok, the other had no serial and the other they throw the box away and they give me the cigars in humidor bag. All the cigars look good but they make me suspicious

Wonderful cigar place. Not unnecessary things, just cigars! I could find many great brands that I couldn’t see all over Europe before. Even Drew Estate Acid Cigars… I would revisit here If I have a chance to come to Geneva again - I hope I can.
