Despicable. We were in there for an hour and a half, for one coffee table.. they couldn’t find the damn thing in the store room, then the person we gave the receipt to said his shift had ended and he just walked out and smoked a cigarette. 20 minutes later. They walk out with somebody else’s order. 12 of them couldn’t screw in a lightbulb if their lives depended on it. And all this for one coffee table. We went though a whole other ordeal just to get a refund. It’s a Useless store save your time and your money and shop online.

We purchased a dining room table and chairs. It took a week for the table to be delivered and it was damaged. We immediately contacted Conforama who said it would take 2 weeks to replace. Conforama has had our money for a month now and we are still waiting for the table we paid for. When I contacted them they said we must wait a further 2 weeks and they can't refund us so we can buy a table elsewhere.

Bought something on the web thinking I could just pick it up. I had to go through the cashier again to get it to show up at the pick up. I've learned that after 30 wait at the pick up area with nobody to help... What's the point?

DON'T BUY anything that is not 100% confirmed they have stock. The first order was promised delivery in 4 weeks and took 3 months, the second 4 weeks and it's been 3 months waiting and still they give no delivery date. On the order's page it says the delivery was confirmed for yesterday but on the phone they say they don't know when it will be delivered. Never again!

Discount seller. You may find sometimes good promotion for real good price. Quality is on Ikea level.

The shop is huge but we found it difficult to find a nice sofa as none of the nice ones online are displayed in store. Find it a bit hit and miss and depends on what you want to buy, so would probably recommend interio or other stores in the industrial park.

Furniture and decoration store they have delivery system you can take it your self, prices are reasonable but I would not considered cheaper that other places.

Cashier was super nice, store assistant not as enthusiastic. The article I was looking for was available in stock. Fast delivery. Happy customer.
