Update: please don't try to go here and expect your kids to 'eat free everyday like the banner claim! We have been here twice and both times when the bill came and we still paid for the kids to eat. This time I purposely asked about it and the waitress knew that was what we were expecting. Unfortunately my husband and I ordered from the happy hour menu, still paying $8 and $9 dollars for our meals, but apparently those adult meals don't count for a free kids meal. I would rather you choose a day and really do a free kids meal than trick people into thinking they will and not even apologize when 'the system' won't allow! I feel like the menu options have really been slimmed down, but maybe that is a good thing for someone who can't make up their mind. The kids always get the funny face combo which is a good value. My husband was delighted with the spicy beef bowl and I was pleasantly full after my chicken and waffles. The server was friendly enough and only a little behind getting us water. The place was very busy and usually is during the Sunday brunch time.

It's Mother's Day! We arrived at 10:38am and was seated at 10:40am. That was fantastic. They we very busy and our order was taken at 10:45am. Not bad at all. We requested some French Vanilla Coffee Creamer for our coffee and Jalen our server was a delight to have today, he brought us a whole plate of French Vanilla Coffee Creamer as you can see in my picture. I can't say enough praise about Jalen, he was good! Our food arrived a few minutes after 11am. Sorry to say that the food was below my expectations. I will start with the good. The link sausage was good as was the hash browns. The pancakes were cold. I have a problem when my pancakes are so cold that the lump of butter will not melt. Nothing like a lump of cold butter with a cold pancake and room temp syrup - yuck! Let's get passed the pancakes and on to those eggs. See the pictures please. I was looking forward to this breakfast. As I cut into my eggs I could swear I heard a chicken crowe, I thought it was still alive it was so raw. It should not be this hard to cook an egg. I've come to the conclusion that I need to order scrambled eggs in the future to make sure my eggs are done or just eat at home. I want to add a note about this IHop. I had not been to this location in years and I was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean and well kept. It was seemingly efficient. The staff was friendly. The staff were all dressed appropriately. Their parking lot leaves a lot to be desired.

Attn: Disappointed, Unbelievable, Unacceptable, Food no Taste, Cold pancakes Want be back need to be trained in customer service. No teamwork. You wait at the table and it takes them 15 minutes to acknowledge you. Others workers acts if they don't understand or you bothering them. Disappointed and definitely will not eat at this IHOP and will share my experience with coworkers and associates. Bad customer service is unacceptable and you should be trained better. If you know better you will definitely do better.Tbone steak was by far the worst no flavor at all and tough. To top it off waitress bought the steak sauce last minute. She unreachable Pancakes were cold so butter didn't melt. Just overall disappointed. This restaurant use to be so good I'm not sure what happened but my last time. Bad Bad 😞😞😞😞😞

I strongly believe the guy that was working upfront was high af. We stood there for like 10- 15 mins before someone acknowledged the group of ppl standing around waiting to be seated. Then out pops this man in a red shirt and tie his eyes were super glazed, he was talking very slowly. He said they were closed then looked around and asked who was next. Everyone looked confused. There was a couple in front of us that was next but he slowly pointed to a group of men that came in last and seated them first. We all looked shocked. He was very slurry in his words. Once seated a young lady took our order. She did a great job. Food was good the omelette i ordered was good only issue is the ingredients was not mixed all the way through and it left all the goodness at the end. Hash browns were amazing and the grilled onions i added made it top notch.

Very much disappointed. Today was an important day. I worked as a waitress at IHOP not at this particular location but at another. It started with us getting seated at a dirty table. Asked a busser could she clean it she said yes but continued to wipe a table that was clean another 3 minutes. Again it was clean and no one was sitting there or did. We sat for 10 minutes and another 5 after I stated no one ever acknowledged we were sitting there. No hi I'm your waitress I will be back nothing. I've been a waitress and was trained to understand what the expectation of good customer service and waitress is. You could have sent someone over to say it was busy but was you was coming or take a drink order. It's called Teamwork. We didn't have enough silverware and had to ask for condiments for steak, fries refills, napkins. Work smarter not harder. As a waitress / patron you know that customers/you would those need things. Taught to put myself in my customers shoes. What would I expect . The attitude was as if we was getting on her nerves. I expect good customer service because you work in customer service. Immediately acknowledged by manager upon entry. Seated quickly, manager assisted servers for faster service. Good experience at this location after being turned away for dine in at another local location.

I WISH I could've gave them NEGATIVE stars!! I ordered appetizers and it came out with our food!! The appetizers was hot out food was barely warm. Server forgot my pancakes with my order and my hashbrowns tasted stale 🤢 I ordered a bacon omelet and it was hardly any bacon (COULDNT TASTE ANY) cheese wasn't melted. They messed up my order so bad I had them take it back! My kids was ok with their kids meal they just said their pancakes was a little tough! I've NEVER been so dissatisfied like I was last night. Idk if it's a new cook...but it was HORRIBLE.. and the service was mediocre. To top it off it has HARDLY any customers when we got there!

Ofcourse the food was great but what I really enjoyed was seeing how happy & lively the staff were. Everyone in the restaurant just seemed in great spirits, it was nice to watch the interactions between staff and customers. The manager & our waitress Sherri were incredible. The energy tonight felt contagious. I go out to eat at all different types of places, but this was the best experience I’ve had in a long time. Kudos to the staff.
