    This company has gone down hill in the last 5 years. I’m not sure what has happened but the atmosphere feels more like a used car dealership rather than one that I used to enjoy going to. One where I have purchased numerous vehicles and referred at least 5+ people to get their cars here. First off we received a letter in the mail last year that was a promotion for an amazing deal, when we send down there to check it out and waste an hour and a half of our time they finally told us the letters sent out were a mistake and it’s not a real deal. That didn’t stop them from trying to hook us on “other deals” that were twice the price. I’m pretty sure this was false advertising, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Then came time to purchase a few months after that last year. We were rushed into initialing something and ended up being lowballed on our trade in by at least 7k, when we went to renegotiate the following week we were told our deposit was not going to be refunded if we cancelled the original deal that we initialed the paper on. Granted all we wanted to do was look around at the other branches of commonwealth more but and purchase from there maybe from vw or Nissan, but in doing so we would lose our money. This is not away to keep a customer coming back.

    Shady people in service. Worst honda service center in New England. They will lie and make up fees. Provide a loaner car while yours is being repaired and then tell you we are billing you daily after when there was no contract or agreement. Stay away. Will be writing to honda corporate for their antics.

    I came for an alignment. The technician claimed he could not loosen a rear axle bolt. Therefore the rear two wheels were not aligned. But the manager still wanted to charge me the full price! She repeatedly explained to me that their policy was that once the car was put on the rack, the full price would be charged, regardless how much work was done to the car. After my strong disagreement with her and many back-n-forth, she finally offered to let another technician to take a look. After 4 hours and 10 minutes, my car was finally aligned, and I paid the full price for the service. This was not the first time I had issue with this dealership. I bought the car there and I had been using this dealership for all services. In one incident it took me three trips to have my tires rotated. After that incident I stopped going there anymore. Many years have passed so I decided to give them another chance. This is how they treated me. Essentially what they were telling me was that “our technical skills are so inferior, go find someone else, but before you go, we still want to screw you one more time “.

    Edit: City tax or no city tax you would not honor the price that was offered online using the buy it now option on your website. No mistake about it. The price was clear as day. Itemized and all (price, market adj., doc fee, tax etc..) Deceptive sales practice and extremely rude and aggressive reps (especially the management). I can't stress enough how little I would recommend this business. Will not honor their online pricing. They use it to get you in the door and then bait and switch. They will try and hide the extra costs or say this or that was not included in the online price. Also be weary NH buyers they will include your city tax in the online calculator (when you click buy online) and your payment but they don't pay this (and they don't deduct it from your sale price)

    Bad for business I bought a car here in January during winter time summer came And ac is not working so i go to the dealership and had ac condenser fixed for free recall and they check had no leak 2 weeks after same issue throwing hot air I had to pay $200 to get it looked at for them to tell me discharge hose has a leak but first time everything was supposly working fine wit no leak and they don’t even try to work things out with you $1098 to fix a hose 2018 Honda Accord

    Had a unique situation with one of my Honda vehicles that would've potentially been very costly for me. Service management and techs looked into my problem and went above and beyond to get my issues resolved. Communication with everyone was great throughout the entire process. They were very transparent every step of the way and courteous. There wasn't anyone I reached to that wouldn't take my calls or have answers to my questions. Even after the fact and work completed, they still worked with me to schedule smaller detailed work that had to be put out a few days. Great team work and great service!.

    After telling me I was pre approved a credit line they asked for my title and a down payment on the car. I gave 300 they told me it was non refundable but it didn't matter because I was already approved. I was mislead. They started to ask for 1000 more or a higher payment per month. I'm suing.

    We looked for a used car for so long. Found a little Accord at Commonwealth Honda. We spoke to a guy named Christian. Wow. What a great job he did. Very professional but friendly too. He got us into a sweet little deal. Christian is very knowledgeable about the cars he has on the lot. He took care of every little detail. When we left everything was taken care of. No DMV. No insurance company. Even helped me cancel the plates on my trade. Girls he's really cute has a fabulous smile.

    My family only buys cars at commonwealth motors! Such an easy-breezy experience! The commonwealth team made me feel like I was the most important person they had ever met, with none of the typical negotiation tactics that usually take place at a car dealership. Esteban was the best; he answered all my questions and made me feel cool, calm and collected! Carmen is always amazing, and makes you feel right as home, and extra valued along the way! So happy with my new car! Thank you so much!

    For a first time car buyer, I had such a 10/10 quality experience at Commonwealth Honda! I would gladly recommend others to shop there as they really make your dreams come true! My sales rep Junior attended to me right away and got us the best deal possible! I had a vision for my future car and he did an excellent job pointing me in the right direction and showing me the awesome selection of cars available! My financial officer John was beyond helpful as he thoroughly explained and answered all of my questions! The manager was very welcoming and congratulated me with a big smile and handshake! I was impressed by the hospitality of the staff as well! I am so glad to be driving my new 2023 Honda, but I’m even happier that I chose to buy a new car at Honda with the kind staff who helped me with this process!

    There was only one thing "wrong" about my service. I have a standard Honda and apparently the dealership did not have the right tool. Only one of their people owned the correct tool and that person was not working on the day my parts came in. Therefore, I had to rent a car for an additional day, waiting for my car to be fixed. Otherwise, everyone was great.

    Honda Commonwealth motors is The best dealer in New England! The process was smooth and fast and I was given a pretty much everything I wanted. The customer service was above and beyond ! Sales guy Junior Veras was excellent and will highly recommend him to anyone to go to him for your next car.     If you’re in need of a new car I would highly recommend Jane at Commonwealth! We were in need of a car quickly and Jane went above and beyond to make our purchase happen in 2 days! I read her wonderful recommendations online by several people over the last few years and everyone gave her excellent reviews so we asked for her when we went in and she was everything everyone said and more! Never had such a fantastic experience buying a car! We are so happy with our purchase of our CRV Hybrid! Thanks you so much Jane and everyone else at Honda including the finance department and even the shuttle driver who drove me home and picked me up when the car was ready…..such a wonderful company to deal with….. they have courteous and professional employees who make the customer experience from start to finish exceptional!

    Commonwealth has been my place to go for my vehicle purchases and my vehicle maintenance since I bought my first vehicle from them in 2017! My advisor Tanya Sousa and Steve have always been so helpful with helping me out all the time! Especially letting me know when my vehicle needs certain things done. They’re by far the best around!! I’m so happy with their service and would always recommend them to friends and family.

    I had an issue with my rear windshield on my HRV. Called the dealer that I bought it from to try to resolve the issue since it was a warranty/recall problem and they simply couldn’t accommodate the service along with a courtesy car/ rental (note that my car was bought there, it had only been serviced there and has less than 10k miles). So after pounding my head around for a few hours I decided to call commonwealth Honda to try to get the issue resolved. This was the best decision I made!!! From the moment I first spoke on the phone with Dwight (service tech) to the moment I picked up my car, the service was simply amazing. Dwight did an excellent job from start to finish including taking his time to explain how everything would work. He also personally took care of me when I went for the appointment the next day. He kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions and made sure that all my concerns were addressed. He even went out of his way to provide me with a rental that could work with my needs. Dwight kept me informed of everything that was going on every step of the way and was also the one to check me out and handle me the keys to my fixed vehicle. It’s rare to find this type of costumer service and attention to detail nowadays specially when it comes to such a high volume dealer like this. I will be coming back to this location for all my future service with out a doubt!

    I’ve bought my 2 past cars from commonwealth, been customers since 2015 and gone to their service center. the used car manager doesn’t even come out to look at the condition of the used vehicle. He just sits behind a desk and gives you the lowest possible estimate on your vehicle. Wasn’t really happy but the salesman was nice. And idk if there should be 1 used car manager for the entire group of dealerships. I went elsewhere and got $7000 more than what the dealership offered me

    I am glad that I was able to get everything that needed to be done in my car. However there was a miscommunication on the quoted turn around time of service. My car ended up being service for an entire day when it was originally supposed to take 3-4 hours. I understand things happen I just wish there was a system in place where one could be notified of any delayed or be given a more accurate time of service once the mechanic sees the car. I would say the person that assisted me with the check in process was professional and pleasant throughout it all.

    I have been going to Commonwealth to get an oil change in my Honda for years! Normally I am disappointed, especially with wait time! This time was completely different and I’m hoping this is a new trend! I booked my appointment online. I was early and planned to just drop my car off. It was an easy check in and my oil change was done within an hour! I couldn’t believe it! I hope moving forward they utilize online booking even more to make it a speedy process for everyone!

    Had a great experience from walking in the door to the end of the sale. Our sales person Christian Gomes was so helpful and patient. He came to my house dropped off my new car took the time to show me everything. Everyone was great from the sales manager to the person who completed our paperwork.

    I bought my car from here back in 2011 and been having it serviced here. Let me just say I’ve always gotten good service. Dwight S. Always takes good care of me. I went in for my inspection sticker and had a little issue with my registration. I must say the manager Trish and Steve M. Went above and beyond to help me and for that I appreciate them. So thank you all for all you do to help your customers.

    Come here to fix all my car problems. They always solve it the most they can. They are pricy, but, your takes you everywhere you need to go, spending money to maintain in good conditions isnt bad.
