    I waited in the drive thru for 15 mins. I was the only car. All I ordered was the dipped taco box. The girl at the window had a huge attitude for no reason. After I waited forever, she handed me the box and when I asked for a bag and some hot sauce she rolled her eyes, slammed the window and started complaining to her coworkers about me. I heard her telling her coworkers "I hope this is everything!" so I checked my box and sure enough one item was missing. When she came back to the window she gave me more attitude and I had to wait again for the item in the picture. Never again taco bell.

    Drove up to the first window to be immediately met with, "We're not taking any more orders." No apology or politeness. The workers here seem untrained and careless of the way they speak to customers. All I've wanted was a Baja blast. On my way out the drivethru, I saw that another employee was sitting on their phone in the lobby. Lots of customers behind me also had to drive up, likely confused why they simply told us orders were no longer being taken. There were about 4 cars in the line, presumably still waiting for their food, and I can only imagine how long they were waiting.

    Never go to this location. I used to frequent here because I work at the McDonald's next to this taco bell and every time I go in here, the staff members intentionally ring me up for the wrong items. The first time I said whatever it could have been an accident, however every time I come here they try to ring me up for a more expensive item as opposed to what I ordered even when they heard me clearly and repeated my order back to me after I said it. This has happened so many times now that there's no way it's not intentional. The staff here is also not very friendly, I work in fast food so I get that not every customer is going to be pleasant, but you guys treat even yourfriendly customers poorly. I've had a manager here yell at my dad over the headset bc he doesn't know the menu well due to not eating here often. If you want Mexican food and you're in the area, go check out jalapenos at the marathon near the highway on ramps. Its good food and they won't try and charge you extra there.

    The food is great- Taco Bell. KFC is attached, not sure about it….haven’t ate KFC from here in over 10 years. Customer service could be A LOT better. Delivery services will have to go inside to pickup. Plenty of parking. Clean. Dine in or take out.

    Slow service, wrong ingredients. Took a long time for 1 order, not "fast" food at all. Asked them to replace the default refried beans with black beans, for which we paid extra, but we still got the refried only. ABSOLUTELY Worst!! Strongly advise others to go somewhere else.

    They are getting rid of the nacho fries. One of my favorites. This batch was one of the last at this location, but they were lukewarm. So glad the Mexican pizza was great.

    Burritos had one squirt of sour cream and added guacamole and one squirt of that SMH I will only go to this location for the cinnamon ball things!!!!!! For here on! atleast all they have to do is fry them

    Having been to this location multiple times in the past and experienced both extremely slow service and good service with good professionalism, I'm going to call the visit tonight as the rudest must customer unfriendly I've had. Saturday 11 November 8:10 pm. There was no line and we sat for a couple of minutes waiting on the empty drive through before a man spoke to take our order. When things get slow, it's easy to do work that waits for slow times, so understandable although not great sitting there. We started to state the order and the response was "I don't know what in the world you're talking about." My spouse included the word "baja" while ordering a chalupa which Taco Bell used to offer a while ago in the past. The person continued to be extremely rude and obnoxious. At the window a person took our payment and told us immediately to go park and wait for our order to be brought out to us. Still no line behind us, but there was a car parked still waiting and one that parked while we were still waiting. This is a tactic used in fast food to cheat on the subway times to make them look good when the inside team isn't making orders efficiently enough. It enables people to be slow and create fake stats. If this was our initial experience of a Taco Bell, we would never be back. Even having a KFC option at that location couldn't get a regular stream of customers. This place is almost always slow, and now they're simply trying to hide the accurate time stats and have someone on speaker who shouldn't be interacting with customers.

    once again as expected. i ordered 2 items and 1 was wrong as usual. how difficult is it to get correct. especially after they ask to confirm the order written on the screen. damn i am sick of this incompetence. no more tb for me. better off anyways. this place will be closed down soon anyways.

    I came back from traveling and desperately needed some Taco Bell calories hahaha. Everything was exactly like how I ordered it and the drive thru was timely. Overall, a quick and pleasant experience.

    Best Taco Bell I’ve had in 5+ years. This staff must be A+. Anywhere else it’s pretty bad, but still edible. My entire cravings box absolutely slapped.
