Took the family to dinner hadn't been there is there in a few months/maybe a year because of the last time. But right off the bat you can tell it's under new management. restaurant manager did a great job. It was a total different experience from the last the last time service and food were excellent and we will return thank you so much.

This is the best Red Lobster I've ever been to...better than any one I ever visited in my state. The entire experience was delightful. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The service was simply impeccable. The chef, C.C, was definitely on point! Our waiter, Malcolm, was great...fast, responsive and on top of his game. We also had the pleasure of having the manager, David, come over and speak with us. David was very personable, kind, and a pleasure to meet. I can tell good people when I encounter them, and these gentlemen are extremely genuine. Thank you!

Service was horrible! The two of us ordered the stuffed mushrooms for appetizer. It was never brought out. We both ordered salads. I ordered house salad and he ordered ceaser salad. My salad was brought out. Waited for his salad 15+ minutes. Asked about his salad, was brought out about 10 minutes later. We Ordered an extra order to go for a friend at home and it was brought put with meal, on a plate, to get cold as we ate. Was finally brought ticket, waited to pay for over 15 minutes and finally gave up and left money on the table with a bigger tip than I planned. but couldn't get change. Food was great, but service was horrible! And, you are losing money by not seeing all items ordered (appetizer we ordered and never got)

Does this location have a new manager? We had almost given up on the Lawton restaurant, but decided to try again since it had been a while. Wow! So impressed! First of all, the atmosphere was mellow and pleasing, everything was spotlessly clean. Our server, Justice, accommodated our every reasonable request and made the best Boston cranberry tea ever! Our food was cooked to perfection, not an overcooked or rubbery shrimp in sight! Instead, each bite was meltingly good! My husband got the Wednesday Steak and Lobster Special. Honestly, we haven't had a better sirloin at a steakhouse. It was that good. Juicy, tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. Whoever cooked for us did a marvelous job. We loved everything and it put us firmly back on the Red Lobster track!!

Our food was good, but oh man our server was the pits!!! Not friendly, not attentive, we had to ask for drink refills, she dropped our food off without asking if we needed anything else, brought the ticket without asking if we wanted dessert. I'm not sure I'd go back here again.

Just left red lobster. Now I remember why I never come here. I had 2 lobster tails. 4 small bites each. The shrimp pasta was ok. But I ordered calamari first. That came when I was almost finished. It would be different if it was busy. There was maybe 10 cars in the parking lot. Well I will not be back

Went in for the crab fest specials. Good food and good drink selection. Got the ruby mule, which was surprisingly good. It's probably the best seafood in town as I dont care for the other one in town. Our waitress was super nice and very accommodating. I will definitely be going back.

We have rarely gone to Red Lobster because of prior poor service. We went today, Kayla did an amazing job! She took care of us the entire time, cheese biscuits and drinks were delivered quickly, and she was very friendly and attentive! We had the endless shrimp it was delicious. We had dragon shrimp, tequila lime shrimp, coconut shrimp, shrimp scampi, and shrimp skewers! She made sure we had a five star visit, it has been over 3 years since we had that type of food or service there. I hope this means they have made some changes it’s been a long time since we were there last. Kayla definitely made us plan to return soon!

Good experience. Waitress was sweet, but somewhat inattentive. She did manage to gather her colleagues to sing happy birthday to my hubby, though.

My girlfriend said this was the best Red Lobster place She’s ever been to. She’s from Dallas Texas. And said out of all of them that she’s been to. This one in Wichita Falls Texas was the Best! The staff was so helpful and friendly. She kept repeating how good everything was! All the way home.

Had a great time with friends and the food came out very good, dragon shrimps are so good. The cake and ice cream is so decadent and delicious I was very full before eating it but I had to just finish it off. Blue Hawaiian is tasty but not strong, almost tasted as if there wasn't any liquor. Lobster mash is good, wish they had a bigger option for steaks. Mine was a bit thin and small for what I was expecting.

Our server was great they served us well. We ordered the endless shrimp, and a beverage. There was 6 shimp items to choose from. Including shrimp Alfredo, coconut shrimp, breaded shrimp, shrimp skish-ka-bob, shrimp n butter and something else. I had the shrimp Alfredo, and sweet coconut shrimp which I enjoyed. They also served broccoli which tasted old and I only a one bite of that. My husband had the cheese biscuits, shrimp Alfredo, the breaded Savory shrimp, the buttered shrimp, and mashed potatoes. Which he enjoyed. My husband and I went out on a much needed date. He has been working so much. We needed some us time. This was a great place for a upscale date.

My wife and I went for dinner. Was about a 1/2 hour wait. I got the Ultimate feast and she got All you can eat shrimp. With tip roughly 95 dollars. I had two beers too. The feast had shrimp two ways, king crab legs, lobster and Cole slaw. So much food I had it again for dinner tonight. Still some between both of our meals in the fridge. Staff were friendly. All in all a good dinner and experience.

I am not a person who likes to make negative reviews. But I have to say my piece. I tried this place 2 yrs ago when I moved here. And the food was terrible. The waitress was rude, and it just wasn't a good experience. I didn't come back. Until today. I figured, hey, I'll give it a second chance. Maybe something has changed. No. No, it hasn't. The staff acted like we were an inconvenience showing up even though it was 645pm. The smores Martini was a joke. Once the Marshmallow was out, the drink didn't even fill half the glass. My husband ordered a chicken pasta. And there were 4 small chunks of chicken in the dish. I get that it is a seafood place, but come on. My other issue is that I am now sick. I ate crab and shrimp, and now I am sick to my stomach. I will not be coming back. I hope that this place gets better . Maybe some training for staff for proper food temperatures. So that someone else doesn't suffer like I am.

I ordered the endless shrimp and it was pretty good. Everything thing a selected tasted delicious. They did have all the choices available this time I was there. My waitress was very nice and made sure my orders was correct each time.

Service was less than desirable it was as if I was a inconvenience to the server for even coming in. He must have been wanting to get off work. Felt rushed. Received meal before appetizers he probably didn't put them in. Food was as if it had been sitting under heat lamp. But, was still edible and tasted the same as all the others. This restaurant has definitely gone downhill needs a good cleaning.

We went to Red Lobster for my birthday. Unfortunately there was a big storm that blew through town and they only had their grill working. We said that was fine and both of us ordered the unlimited shrimp. We ate the 2 items that we ordered and when our waitress came back to check on us, we asked to order our next round of shrimp. She said, "I'm sorry but the grill has shut down for the evening." I really think that should have been mentioned when we sat down for our meal. Our meal was comped by the manager. Communication would have changed what we ordered.

Our party of 5 was seated promptly at a round table with plenty of room. Kiley M was our server and spoke to us within a minute or 2. She came back for drink orders which arrived quickly along with hot Cheddar Bay biscuits. She took our food order at that time. The wait was a bit long but she brought more biscuits which thrilled our 2 granddaughters. Food arrived as ordered. Everything was hot. The rice was bland and hard and the crab legs were a little soggy, but everything else (flounder, shrimp, scallops, clams and lobster) was excellent! Even the mashed potatoes and broccoli were delicious. It was a great birthday dinner for our son. I would have given 5 stars for atmosphere but we were seated under a cold air vent, almost freezing myself and a granddaughter. Also the music was louder than necessary causing some difficulty with conversation around the table. Kiley M was busy, but checked on us several times and brought drink refills and go boxes. She was great!

Not to bad. First time dining at this location. Wasn't very busy, so we were seated pretty much immediately, and our food came out pretty quick. My staek and lobster were cooked perfectly. We'll be back on an all you can eat night next time.

It was so dark in there I couldn't read the menu. You need to have menus for people with vision problems. Out waitresses was ok, she seemed a little confused about things. Maybe a new hire. She'll be great in a short time. But the food was delicious! I hard the Coconut Shrimp and my friends had the Ultimate Platter which they love. So it was a good birthday for me.

Sometimes one's certitudes are wholly overthrown, and these rare moments of transcendence can be difficult to discuss. Being from a large, coastal city famous for its seafood I naturally felt certain this place had nothing to offer me. Our visit was seeped in mean-spirited irony, but how quickly the sardonic laughter died on our lips. Such flavours. I recall them dimly, and still I weep. I know I left this place utterly refreshed in both body and soul. A new man. A better man. The crooked timbers of my timid soul planed smooth, and polished to a lustre hitherto unimagined.

We saw commercials all week for the "summer seafood fest" promotion, so we went for a date night dinner last sarurday, but this location did not know anything about the promotion. Apparently they are not a participating location for the promotion. Regardless, the food was delicious. We are from the gulf coast and crave snow crab and shrimp. Our drink order took a long time to receive, there were only a few other patrons seated, so not sure what happened there...we were never offered refills.

I got the Admiral's Feast and it was so great! SO MUCH really good seafood in this entree! And it was only $21. Considering that I got two generous pieces of delicious flounder, a good number of shrimp, scallops, and clam strips (which I love), this was a lot of really good food for the money. Great food and great value! Will definitely go back to Red Lobster any time I want to splurge a bit ... as long as they still have the Admiral's Feast for this price.

I love going here!!! My go to meal is: Grill lobster, shrimp, salmon with wild rice and mashed potatoes. Lemon cake Wash down with peach ice tea.

Food was delish as always! We had Ki’Arra was our server tonight…. What a joy she was! She is the perfect example of pleasant and personable…the sweetest server!! Took excellent care of myself and my mother. This is her favorite place to eat!!! So we are frequent customers! Malcom is also one of our favorite people here!! It’s the good people that keep us coming back frequently!! Will be back soon to celebrate my mommy’s 76th birthday!!

We don't eat out a lot but when we do its always here. Our server Kiley was both professional and friendly. Service was great and she checked back with us a few times to make sure we had everything and if we needed anything. The food was great and I can't say enough nice things about the service. I always reccommend Red Lobster to family and friends.

Very professional waitstaff. The food was hot and fast, the atmosphere perfect, and the quality excellent. They were on top of all my refills. The service manager checked in to check on how my experience was and made sure I had a great time.
