Seriously McDonald’s?? What the heck goes on in there at 9pm that my cheeseburger had to look like this?? What a shame. I didn’t order it half black and burnt…

This McDonald’s honestly needs to be shut down. It’s completely unmanageable. The lobby is always gross and the managers are very very lazy. The one bigger Hispanic guy literally just sits there and does nothing as well as the other Darkskinned woman with very short hair she’s always very rude and basically THROWS your food at you wether it be through the window or In the lobby. They never put the happy meal toy in the happy meal (if you have an older kid you know this is a big deal) fountain station is never stocked. Not to mention they tell you the ice cream machine is down and it’s not. It works they just don’t wanna make it. All around if I could Give 0 stars I would. If they down forget at least half your order they’ll definitely make it all wrong anyways. This McDonald’s is terrible. Really every McDonald’s In Lawton.

I ordered a sprite and it had absolutely no syrup in it. Then they didnt have coke, rootbeer or sprite in stock. Whoever is ordering their supplies needs to seriously stock up. Its been multiple times that I have come to this mcdonalds and theyre out of soda syrups.

Ordered breakfast ( 2 sausage mc muffin) in drive-thru. Paid for my order to find out they put cheese sauce with jalapeños on one of them. Had to return the order only to find out breakfast was over. They saw the bag in my hand and ignored me a few minutes. The wait to receive my order was time consuming. They need to have more training on etiquette, customer service,. I here people call that McDonald's the "Ghetto" McDonald's 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Stop serving people the wrong orders and pay more attention to the orders.

Save yourself a long wait for cold food. Just drive to the one in the south side on Sheridan road. Given this store MULTIPLE chances and every time it takes forever it is wrong. I stood at counter for 15 min before I was even acknowledged. Then the person told me to order on kisosk I had cash. Horrible store.

Probably worst experience to date at McDs. Spent an hour waiting from getting in line to getting food. It took so long the person giving us our order had to ask for receipts to validate what we had ordered. By the time the kids got their nuggets they were cold.

They need work! Me and my daughter waited 30 mins just for our breakfast.everybody else was getting their food,and by the time we even got our food it was cold pancakes has a thumb hole in it poor service those managers need to do more training as well as I went two days ago to get my daughter a mcflurry and they said of course it is down and I seen where it said today Sat wash day so hopefully they wash it out and clean it out good as well as having it running someone needs to go check that place out a higher manager I hope

If you can’t tell from the rest of the 1 star reviews, no one gives two craps about this place. The reviews don’t get replied to and no one’s issues get rectified. Horribly rude employee, they don’t care about quality, but sure care about your money. Trash.
