I had a 60 min massage with cupping and deep pressure with Jamie today! She did a fantastic job. I went in with a lot of neck and shoulder tension, and left feeling so relaxed. It was my first time there and the environment was so cozy and relaxing.

They always take such good care of my skin. Seriously they have helped clear my acne up more than I ever dreamed was possible. It's always the most relaxing and wonderful self care thing I do for myself.

This was hands down the best spa experience I have ever had. The services offered are fantastic and the staff, especially Kalina were so great to work with. I can't wait for my next visit

Excellent service. Hannah was very knowledgeable and her technique was excellent. Just the right level pressure reduced the level of tension in my shoulders and lower back.

As a first timer at a spa, I must say that it was WONDERFUL! The atmosphere was inviting and tranquil. Renee did my massage and she was amazing and as for my facial, which was done by Melanie, it was simply beautiful. The whole experience was just AWESOME! I will definitely be going back. Thank you guys for everything.

We did a “couples retreat” here and it was phenomenal! The staff are all amazing and the place has a great ambiance. Every part was phenomenal. I was especially grateful for MacKenzie who taught me some things about my skin and skincare I didn’t know. My skin still looks the best it has in years 5 days later. Highly recommend!

The experience was mostly good! They do not have sandals bigger than what looked like size 14 in mens poor hubby is a big guy so little small for his feet but they worked. We went black friday enjoyed the soak tub/massage/facials. Only grief was poor communication. -thought I purchased the couples package that also included pedicures. Had multiple conversations about how they had exp working with someone with neuropathy. Got a phone call with a confirmation that included pedicures. Then sat in their relaxation area for over an hour thinking we were getting the pedicures. And as it turned out it wasn't the case. Would have been nice to have been told we were done instead of waiting for an hour. Quite embarrassing and annoying at the same time.

I had a friend highly recommend Sego Lily Spa in Layton, so my husband and I gave them a try when celebrating our anniversary. We did the couples package, which included a facial, pedicure, mineral soak and massage. Absolutely FANTASTIC! We loved the whole thing! My favorite part was the facial, and Melanie (“Mel”), did both the facial and pedicure; I will ask for her again the next time we go. There were lots of little things they did too that made it special like sparkling cider and wine glasses, handmade chocolates and caramels from a local business, healthy/refreshing) drinks, and snacks. I like too how they followed my lead on conversation: if you wanted to talk, they talked; if you wanted to just be silent, they were quiet; the whole experience was about making sure you were relaxed and enjoying your time. They recommended products specifically for you, and offered “add ons”, but they did not push them, which I appreciated. The environment was clean, calming, and uplifting. Like my friend, I highly recommend them too.

Dana is so incredible. Treats this old man with compassion. Great sense of humor and the best pedicure Ive ever had.

It's great, but sometimes the spa atmosphere is shattered by the employees themselves. Talking at full volume so loud you can hear them through closed doors type of things. Love coming here, but could use some tweaks

Great experience with lots of cute extras for you to enjoy while you’re there! Snacks, beverages, really nice locker room/bathroom with a shower and toiletries. My massage was awesome! Can’t wait to go back!

Cynthia was amazing for Massage! I hadn’t had one in a while and was so impressed with her deep tissue! She really gets in there and works the muscles! Highly recommend!

I did the Stone Crop Body Treatment and was in heaven!! Megan was my therapist today and she is amazing! Very very relaxing and definitely worth the money!

I am totally heartbroken to have to make this post, but after driving over an hour to my appointment, the receptionist said that my appointment wasn’t in the system. Right after I made my online appointment, I called the spa to verify that it went through. They confirmed it over the phone and even asked if I was Paula before I even gave them my name, because it appeared in their system. My day is ruined and I want to cry because of how irresponsible the front desk girl was with my appointment.

Excellent environment and service(s) and people. Love my time at Sego, never disappoints.
