I haven’t been to Krispy Kreme in years, but my daughter requested birthday donuts for dessert, so I stopped by today to pick some up. When I pulled up, they had a sign out front saying that the lobby is for online orders only, but that the drive thru is open. No big deal! I just pulled around to the drive thru. As soon as I pulled up, they were immediately ready to take my order. I asked a few questions and then ordered 5 dozen donuts. I had some old coupons from a fundraiser, so I technically only paid for 3 dozen. I noticed they had signs next to the menu asking customers to please be patient since they have been short staffed since covid. I’m sad that that any business has to put up a sign like that. What is wrong with people? Life is too short to be a “Karen.” I pulled up to the window and paid for the donuts. Before I could even blink, they had my 5 dozen ready! I squeezed all 5 dozen through my vehicle’s window, had a laugh with the cashier, and then was on my merry way. All in all, I had a great experience at the Krispy Kreme drive thru. I’ll definitely be back for more “melt in your mouth” donuts!

I placed a catering order (several weeks in advance) for my sons birthday. We chose donuts instead of cake or cupcakes due to the heat and also due to the fact donuts are his absolute favorite dessert on earth. In this catering order we chose the option for 2 dozen glazed and 2 dozen assorted for an 8 am Saturday pickup. When I arrived at 8 am for my pickup, they didn’t open the doors until 5 after 8 (usually not a big deal, but it got worse), they didn’t have the the order even remotely ready. They told me they only had custard filled and raspberry filled ready and told me the glazed wouldn’t be ready for 20 minutes. They didn’t know long ago he rest of the assorted would take. They attempted to give me 4 dozen of just these two types. I had to ask them it was possible to include the chocolate glazed they had displayed in the case (the reaction I received from employees was I was acting like a monster). Due to the time constraint I was in, I had to take what was available and make a mad dash to the local grocery store to pick up what they had for Krispy Kreme glazed donuts. In the end I had way too many donuts and spent way more money than expected for this party. Definitely won’t be ordering again.

I love Krispy Kreme’s. However, this location is not the place to go if you need any filled doughnuts. The last time I went I didn’t get any cream in my cream-filled doughnuts. I thought it was a fluke, so I decided to get them again. I got lemon curd and some custard filled doughnuts. They’re not even 1/4 filled. And the small amount that is there is only on one side of the doughnut, rather than the middle. I could have just gotten some originals. I think I’ll be going elsewhere for my filled doughnuts.

I used to love taking my kids here. They loved watching the donuts being prepared and would excitedly go to the counter and admire all of the donuts. Their eyes would light up when they picked just the one they wanted. During the pandemic only drive thru was open (understandable). But here we are 2 years later and the doors still haven’t opened (just for pickup I am told). Very disappointing for a 3 year old who chose to go there on a special day. So I find the website, navigate through the online order for pickup, finally get to where the donuts are so she can pick one, just to find that there are only glazed and no pictures to show her (some kind of a glitch maybe?). So then we go up to the window. 3 year olds take a minutes to choose so I felt bad. After figuring out what she wants we were told that they didn’t have what she wanted or her second or third choice. (Chocolate with sprinkles, chocolate glazed, chocolate filled). So we left and went somewhere else. I don’t plan on going back until they open the doors to go in and order, there just isn’t a point in going and trying otherwise.

Didn’t realize when we ordered the regular size of donuts that we would be getting “minis”. Very disappointed that Krispy Kreme is ripping people off now.

Went through the drive through on a Sunday . Donuts were definitely not fresh today. Tasted like they were 2 days old. The glazed donut was 1/2 the size of the chocolate glazed. They looked like someone had sat on them. Won’t be going to this franchise again.

Laughably, small donuts that taste day old. My kids won't even touch them. $20 for a dozen assorted mini donuts. Makes my hand look giant 🤭😂

I really don't like to leave a bad review; however, I felt like I needed to for this last purchase. We went to the drive thru and ordered one dozen donuts and they were not fresh - they had to have been 1 to 2 days old. They were also a lot smaller than they use to be. My grandchildren won't eat them and I will be throwing them away. They are too expensive to just throw them away!!! The associates that I dealt were were very efficient and pleasant to work with. I will not come back to this location.

We used to really love this place. However there doughnuts have gotten smaller, and they were over baked. The only thing saving this review from one star was the customer service. I'm sure it's different for everybody but the lady helping us was very kind and listened attentively!

I've never been to a krispy kreme before but lemme tell ya I'm never going anywhere else. But the best part of my krispy kreme experience was the service. Spencer helped me at the counter and once he heard it was my first time there he hooked it up. I got two donuts to try the first time, couldnt wait to get to the car and then ended up going back in a second time to get a dozen more. Spencer was more than happy to help both times and even hooked me up with a dozen fresh still warm glazed donuts. Give this man a well deserved raise.

Seems really hit and miss, often have problems here lately. In the mornings they’ve not been open and ready by 7 or 8, or they’re out of glazed doughnuts, etc,. Can go during hot light hours later in the day and get given hard doughnuts that seem old.

We recently visited Krispy Kreme and had an interesting experience. Due to the lobby being shut down, we had to drive our trailer through the drive-thru, which was a bit inconvenient. They were out of all their signature glazed and donut holes. Moreover, the person who took our order made a mistake and didn't enter it correctly into the system, resulting in us having to reorder when we reached the window. Overall, it was a slightly frustrating visit, but we still enjoyed the donuts.

Me and my fiancé received excellent service this morning. The donuts were hot and delicious, and the staff was attentive and friendly, even despite the morning rush. A special thanks to the manager at this location for making our visit awesome.

Store is poorly run. They are super inconsistent with their hours. They never have a great selection of donuts, they are always out of stock. It’s not Covid anymore, you aren’t “short staffed” pay your employees good wages and take pride in running a Krispy Kreme. This place was so much better a few years ago. The staff is usually nice

Recently I visited Layton Utah Krispy Kreme and I was so sad when I opened the box. They were so small and sad looking leaving ample empty box space. The photos I’ve added to this review are from Kalispell Montana and that’s what I call donuts worth the price and the name. Please try harder Layton Utah.

Just went to a store and your hot donuts sign was on and your guy got the order wrong and the donuts were not hot. This has happened fro me 3 of the 4 last times I have come into buy donuts. I love your donuts they are wonderful but please don't turn on the sign unless you have hot donuts. The last time this happened I asked for hit donuts they gave me cold ones and then told me they were hot. I just handed them back to him. Very disappointing.

I didn't notice these donuts until I brought them in to work. I guess the Valentine's day special is half-sized donuts? Maybe they're just trying to watch out for you so your sweetheart doesn't put on too many pounds.

I stopped at Krispie Kreme this morning. My kids wanted to order, so I let them. They took a looong time reviewing the menu and making their selections. Naomi was so patient and helpful in taking our order. She was really kind in complimenting my daughter for doing so well on her report card. Naomi also gave our dog a treat. So everyone left happy! Thank you for the great donuts and even better customer service 😀

Way, way too expensive for some of the tiniest donuts around. The glazed donuts are the only decent ones, everything else is sickeningly sweet. Better to just go across the street for some Einstein's bagels instead, or find donuts elsewhere.

Got there at 6:30. Dining room doors were not open. Drive through was closed but there were people inside working. There were quite a few people in the parking lot waiting to get in but I called to ask what was going on. I got told the dining room with not be out till 8:00 a.m. but the drive-thru was open. Got around to the drive-thru and it was blocked off. Had to call the store again. The beginning was horrible and the majority of the people in the parking lot left but after two phone calls they open the drive-thru. The donuts are great. Unfortunately they were not very well organized

Taste great BUT we typically order donuts when they have seasonal flavors available (valentines, st. patricks day, etc). They never have the fun seasonal donuts though, I end up paying the higher seasonal price for their regular donuts. It's a big disappointment for my kids. We just want fun donuts :(.

I just left the store about 30 minutes ago. Despite being the only customer in the store I waited several minutes for someone to help me even though they saw me walking in. Finally I walked up to the register and an employee was sitting on the counter looking at her phone. Shoes and all. She saw me and then proceeded to box up some donuts without even acknowledging me. There were at least 4-5 other employees there that saw me as well. After I finally received what I needed, I wanted to quickly use the restroom. If I had done that before buying the donuts, I would have left and not bought any. The bathroom was disgusting. Not only was there no toilet paper, there was also no soap to wash your hands with. Makes me wonder what the employees are washing their hands with as well? I will not be returning to that store again.

Wonderful staff and excellent donuts. 🍩 The staff helped me get the exact donuts I wanted (even when I was me silly picky about it) and had a smile on their face the whole time. They were great and the donuts tasted warm and fresh. 10/10 I'll be going there again.

The website won't let me use my gift card, so I tried calling this location many times to place an order, but nobody will answer the phone. This is also, somehow, the only location nearby that will accept gift cards in person at the moment (something about a bug in the software at other locations?) so I can't just go somewhere else.

Very fast service, friendly employees. I was having a rough day and the guy at the drive through window made my night! I appreciate the level of customer service, it's hard to find lately. Keep up the good work!

Gone to Krispy Kreme twice during their “business hours” and high they’ve been closed both times. Anybody know when they really are open? 🤦‍♂️
