Will be going to Riverdale target from now on. This target is a mess, slow, and has unprofessional employees that freely admit their fulfillment team will purposefully mark thing out of stock when ordered so they don't have to go look for it. Their excuse is that they are a big target and very busy. Just moved from Florida with 2 very busy targets and they do just fine. Store manager obviously doesn't care what kind of store he's running. Well he isn't running it, the teen employees are.

CVS Pharmacy in Target has a broken gate so they are assisting customers through a side door. Such an inconvenience. They can't see you waiting or see how many people are in line. Have had to leave multiple times after waiting in line 30+ min to make it to work on time. Target fix the gate!

3 checkers working a holiday. You charge 25-30% higher than the average, offer less variety, yet you can’t staff your store?

I used to love target but the last few times I've been have made me dislike coming here. Everything is so disorderly! First I went looking for bras and I can't even describe the mess that section is. Same story for pants. Maybe they are short staffed and gave up on folding and organizing their clothes, I'm not sure but it's given me a headache to find what I'm looking for. And this seems to be the new norm.

I love this Target! The pickup service is great. The store is clean, when I have an issue the people here are very accommodating, and I don’t feel bad, like when I shop at Walmart.

Had a prescription filled from the CVS pharmacy and the pharmacist Mason was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me save money and get my prescription. He saved me $50 dollars would definitely recommend. Never have I ever had an experience like this.

I shop here a couple of times a week and usually go around the whole store lol. Well stocked and friendly staff at this location! I wish there were more gluten free items at this location, I have to go to a different target (like the SLC one) or store altogether for gluten free items like bread and crackers. They do have a good selection of gf frozen items though.

I mean, they're alright. Some of the managers are jerks, and it seems like most of the preppy and entitled people go here. For the most part, Wal-mart is a better place if your personality isn't name brand.

I always LOVE target! It's fun to wander and look through the store. The clothes are always good quality and they generally have everything I need grocery wise.

I was impressed with their friendly customer service recently. I had a large item I needed help loading into my car. It was raining and one of their order fulfillment employees helped me without any complaint. Thank you!

I bought a necklace for my daughter, and it ended up breaking as soon as we put it on. I went in and had an absolutely hasslefree, friendly and easy return and purchased a different necklace. Very happy.

Great store. Stock count on the app was accurate and it helped us find everything fast. Self check made it a breeze. Had everything we needed during our vacation. Clean and well lit seems to be the Target Store motif.

Love this place and would rate higher. However, in my experience, there are never enough check stands open. One or two max are open even if it's busy. I understand selfcheck is the preferred way to pay. But when grocery shopping or buying lots of items the self check isn't the best option. Please open more registers 🙏

Target, Layton, is conveniently located off Antelope Dr. It’s true!… you go in for one thing and end up finding several “must haves” that take over your cart! Target has everything from groceries, to sporting goods and cosmetics! Fresh meat, deli, produce, great home decor selection, toys, modern, stylish clothes for the entire family! Target’s prices are a bit more expensive in general but their selections are more “updated” and tend to be more relevant in areas of toys, clothing, shoes, accessories, home decor and harder to find items. This store is clean, well stocked, organized and is easy to navigate. Plentiful parking. Location central to many other stores, restaurants and near main thoroughfares. Highly addicting! Highly recommend!

Target, as always, is such a an easy and enjoyable shopping experience. I know I can speak for many moms when I say shopping with two children is not the easiest, however Target with it lovely, organised and easily accessible layout, makes everything so much more convenient. Thank you from this mom of two !

Not a bad store, but not the best if you need to use their scooters. I like the store in general, but as a mobility challenged individual, this store is almost untraversable. The scooters they provide (which is really nice to do, and I don’t think required), are almost always either in use, or low battery. Maybe once I have a trailer to haul my own scooter to the store, I’ll upgrade the star rating. But it’s just low enough for me to prefer Walmart. Walmart, you can almost always count on a scooter to va available and charged enough for the trip. It’s too bad, because I really did prefer Target, before my injury.

if you're gonna underpay employees to the point your super understaffed, can you atleast have all the self checkouts working. waiting 20 minutes in the self checkout line because there are no actual registers open so anyone with a full cart of groceries has to use it is ridiculous.

This is a first rate store. Management seems to care much about customer experience. The front line workers are friendly and helpful. This store is always clean and well stocked.

Melissa at the pharmacy was so nice to my face and then turned around talking about me poorly with her co workers behind the counter loud enough I could hear her from where I was sitting and waiting patiently and I was so polite to her. I will never return here and I wouldn’t suggest anyone go here to be treated like that! You never know what people are going through!

Layton Target is our GO TO store always! Store is always clean and organized. Excellent Customer Service, employees always willing to help. Guest Service Desk is always awesome service, Matthew at Guest Service is always professional, willing to help and a fantastic employee! With how Awesome Target is why would anyone go to the Trash Store known as Walmart! Layton Target hands down is the best Target we have ever been to.

The children employees at this store will make you lose faith in humanity. They talk amongst themselves and when you ask for any of the smallest help they have no problem simply telling you they don’t know and going on about their conversations or staring at their feet. I am fully aware that I sound like a bitter old lady- which is an even bigger bummer. I can’t believe how useless the people I have dealt with time and again are here. I can say, I did have nice encounters with Ashley (pink hair) and a girl who works in the Starbucks (she didn’t have a name tag). That’s it.

This target is grossly overstocked and extremely unorganized. It looks like the men’s clothing section hasn’t been touched since last Christmas.

I was visiting target to purchase off their wedding registry. Unfortunately they were out of the item I wanted, but I was able to find a substitute and mark It as purchased from the registry easily with the help of our cashier Linda. Also, as soon as we got in line, an attendant quickly opened another lane so we wouldn’t have to wait longer than necessary.

Great Target with a Starbucks and Pharmacy, but it’s the old format with only a 10 self-checkouts and 23 empty old registers. Hopefully an update comes soon!

Good Target but it is packed at checkout mostly bc they have only 10 self-checkouts and over 20 unused registers that could be converted.

*** TAKE IT BACK AND LET TARGET DEAL WITH IT! BUYER BEWARE! *** Recently, we moved and bought four new beds; all from Target. Three of the four were fine, but the fourth has been troublesome. It was purchased online and when it was delivered, without us being there to receive it, the box was wide open. When we went to put it together, there were missing pieces and the bed could not be assembled. So, we followed the instructions NOT to return it to Target but to work with the manufacturer and third part seller. After e-mailing them the parts and numbers associated, they eventually said they didn’t have the parts and we’d have to return it to Target. When we went to do so, Target said it was outside of their return window and they could not return it. If we buy something from Target and they deliver that through a third party seller, we expect it to be made right by Target if the third party seller falls down. They certainly didn’t and while I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars there this year, I won’t be spending another dime there now. Short term gain for Target and long term loss. I’ll work with someone who stands behind their products from now on. Buyer beware. If they say work with the third part seller, DONT. Just take it back and let them deal with it!

Benefit of the doubt, it is Saturday at 8pm, so maybe the store doesn't always look like this, but this Target is anything but Super. I have never seen a department store that was such a mess. It was impossible to even know if they have what I was looking for.

Have more check outs open. I’m so tired of waiting 10 minutes in line just for an employee to come Open the next register right when it’s my turn. Do not tell me it’s an employee problem. I saw at least 5 employees walking around that could have been pulled from folding sweaters. Do better target. You are turning into Walmart.
