A gem of a Hostel in a superb location in the centre of Leon just 200m to the Cathedral. If you are looking for good value dormitory accommodation that's clean and has excellent facilities like good WiFi, well equipped kitchen, smart bathrooms and a nice lounge area with a great view then this is the place for you. Ana the lady who was the manager spoke excellent English and was very friendly and extremely helpful in booking onward accommodation. They have a secure area to store bicycles as well. What's not to like?

Excellent stay at LeónHostel, very nice hosts, clean and bright, and perfect location. Perfect choice if you are on the Camino.

It was a wonderful place to stay, the place was immaculate, the host was warm and friendly and a really great location. The rooms were spacious and each bed had a locker with a key assigned. Right in the centre of Leon, and really close to all the bars and cathedrals.

This Hostel is very unique. All the staff are realy friendly and helpfull. They working hard and tidy and they are aware for the guests. Of course if they are not on the hostel in the evening you must look a little bit for yourself, but everything is explained and if you can read and have manners it would be not so difficult. I had a wonderful stay and was able to relax super. I recomand this hostel.

This Hostel is and a strategic location to be able to walk to all the important tourist sites. The reception was so welcoming and helpful. Safety was excellent because you get an electronic code and a key for your room and a locker in your room.. The hostel is sparkling clean. Borha never stopped cleaning. Their showers and bathrooms are communal and are very clean. They also have laundry facilities and a communal kitchen. I enjoyed sitting in the communal living room and talking with other people in the evening. The rooms are big and beautiful with French doors that open with a view of the main street. There are restaurants, shopping and groceries right there. The only negatives are the noise from the restaurants in the evening, no air conditioning or fans and the fridge in the communal kitchen is very small.

Wow, wow, wow! What an amazing hostel in a wonderful place called Leon...I slept in a two-bed room with another lady from our group... The community room and kitchen are lovely. There is a lovely balcony too... I bought food and drinks at the supermarket and ate it in the community room in the evening :) The hostel is in the middle of the town with many bars, restaurants, shops nearby... Thank you!

Nice, clean place to stay, and a good price if you’re not looking for fancy. Expect a paper sheet and bring your own towel. Kitchen for cooking your meals, washing machine, friendly host.

Very clean, comfortable beds, and very friendly and helpful host.

Supreme location, excellent price/performance. Has beds and bunks. Free pc access. Fully equipped kitchen . Friendly staff. Negatives: our clothes came out of the washer/dryer still dirty and smelling P much the same as going in. And this was the 3h programme on the machine. Maybe the guy forgot to put in the powder/liquid. Beds are flimsy and move about easily, sound isolation could be better - next room conversations can be heard quite easily with doors closed etc. Still recommended, positives far outweigh the negatives.

excellent location, very clean hostel; very helpful personnel,good heating system and reasonable price. i spent two days here in January 2018 and was really please. if you are tired of the low class municipal albergue and want decent place without explosing your budget, this is the right place for you.

Perfect spot for a stop on the Camino. Great location and very clean. Super friendly host with great English. Great kitchen facilities incl. free tea/coffee, nice lounge and balcony with lovely view. Only slightly negative thing I can think of is that the water pressure could be better - but the water was HOT - so not bad enough to make it 4*. Also, check-out is not till 11am, so perfect for a good nights sleep before a late start or a day of rest :-). Gracias

I really enjoyed this hostal. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. It's on a busy street in Leon but you wouldn't know that based on how quiet this place way. Just a few meters away is the Leon Cathedral, which is spectacular, and many places to eat. Recommended for camino goers and others in need of a place to stay.

We were thrilled with the helpful service from Anna who was managing the hostel when we arrived. She solved problems, booked ahead our bag, and couldnt have been more helpful. Clean and friendly and right in the heart of Leon. A brilliant experience.

So close to the Cathdral, quiet (except for a noisy neighbor, who quieted down on request). Easy access, great local restaurants. Easy walking anywhere.

Best hostal on the camino so far. Wonderful setting, location. Real and clean sheets and towels. Helpful staff. Late check out. They have a washer but not a dryer.

Excellent location, clean, quiet, friendly host/reception, and everything else you would want (well-equipped kitchen, cosy sitting room, washing machine, lockers...). I would definitely stay here again.
