This hostel doesn't keep your luggage. They said they don't have space to take care of the luggage of more than 100 people, but there are only a few people who leave their luggage. The world's first hostel without luggage storage. Male employees are the worst. He said there were coin lockers at bus terminals and train stations, but there were no coin lockers anywhere. Lies to escape the situation. Thanks to you, I went back and forth with my luggage for 30 minutes and wasted time. Have basic facilities and be honest with your guests. Never use this hostel if you have not moved to another city immediately after checkout.

Super modern and clean. Quiet. Nice kitchen. Nice location. Very friendly staff Only fault is that air conditioning wasn't working one night, but I think this was a one-off

Perfect place to stay when visiting León. Perfect location in city centre, still no noises, very new, nice rooms, very clean, good bed, perfect shower, full equiped kitchen, storage-wash-repair room for our bicycles, washing/drying machine. And as bonus very nice, warm, friendly, helpful hostess. PALACIO REAL HOSTEL became our HOME in León! We really recommend it!

Very modern and clean, quiet location, spacious room. Would prefer to have some human interaction though instead of totally automated check in and out!

One of the best, if not the best hostel that I've so far stayed in on the Camino Frances route. It's in a very central location, modern and clean. The beds are very comfortable, and you are given bed sheets and a cotton towel, so no need to use your own sleeping bag or towel, which after 3 weeks is a real luxury, the rooms also have air conditioning. The woman in reception is fantastic, really friendly and helpful, and everytime I saw her she would greet me by name. It may be a few euros more expensive than other hostels, but it is worth it. You have a key card to access the hostel and your room, and it is open 24 hours a day (so no need to rush back for a 10pm curfew). I spent 2 nights here, and feel really well rested.

I loved this albergue as it was in a fantastic location, old architecture on exterior yet beyond modern on the inside with elevator and high performance quick washing machine/dryer, etc Extremely clean in every aspect.

We loved our stay in a private room here. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was excellent. They helped us contact our bicycle rental company to organize the return. The bike area is fantastic with tools, etc. The location is perfect. We hope to come back!

New Hotel in heart of city. Spatious, attic style bedroom on Third Floor. All fixtures and fittings are of high quality. Nice and quiet with large bathroom. Wi-fi works a treat too. Downstairs they have a large dinning area with kitchen so you can have your breakfast, lunch or dinner. There's a coffee machine & vending machine. It's within level & short walking distance of all the sights. Before 11 am you can drop off or pick up you stuff in car otherwise there's public car parking within 350 m. The best is the fantastic service from Nuria. Great find!
