I had a very good experience here. Restaurant, is really good, breakfast is also good. Rooms are very big and clean. Wifi works pretty good. People are nice and has own security. Totally recommend.

Huge rooms was a big plus, staff was helpful. Service can be better. Vegetarian food was a big problem!

Super Noisy-Need maintenance-Clean We spent 15 days on a business trip to Abidjan. If you are a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend it at all! On Friday -Saturday is always an event in the hotel so it is pretty loud in the room! Rooms are pretty spacious and clean eventhou our pillows were without a cover and had to go 4 times in the reception to get them. The buffet is good with a lot of sweet options and hot dishes, but on weekends when the supervisor is off a lot of things are missing during breakfast and the tables! There was a lick of water in the bathroom from the above floor but they fixed it in 2 days. The ladies in room service are really helpful and always with a smile. Pizza in restaurant is nothing special.

This is clearly one of the nicest hotels in Abidjan.

Quite accessible and well situated within the city. A quiet accommodation despite the location in a busy part of the city.

The stay has been good so far and the room is just nice and have been enjoying it, the ladies at the lobby area where amazing in gettin our Covid applications sorted and printed. Just struggled with the team that served breakfast they never had time for anyone

Honestly the food was not upto standard. Their buffet is not the best.

It was a good place to stay for a business traveller. The area was quite safe to walk about and had a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. I enjoyed the service of tje staff and the very well maintained cleanliness of the Hotel as a whole. It was slightly noisy on my floor as there were meeting halls on the same floor. Hence why the 4 stars.

It was a comfortable hotel. Good food, clean rooms. Kind restaurant staff. But, frontdesk not the most helpful. Pick up shuttles will leave you hanging for hours waiting at the airport and at the hotel. Room doors are not soundproof so happy noisy people can wake you up.

Nice, clean, basic accommodations. Not deluxe, but perfectly adequate.

High end hotel for low price...nice spa and exercise room..close to everything

Very good ambience. Super neat facility. Good dishes. Courteous staff. Lift available. Not many of the staff speak English as French is mainly spoken.

Hotel in the centre of town with good security. As always, very good and pleasant service. Ivorian people are good hearted and very helpful in general. Only problem here was not being able to have an iron or laundry area. Everything has to go through a third party. Not convenient when you only want to iron a tshirt. Some noise in the morning from workmen outside/next door. I was exhausted so didn't hear much. Not the hotel's fault as apparently they have been in touch with the company doing the work many times to ask them to respect the peace. At least it seems that they stopped doing it at night! Crazy... Didn't have time to use the spa or small gym, not even the restaurant so no comment on that.

Very clean and neat place

The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Clean and serene environment but there is no swimming pool. However, that can be compensated with good spar.

Telephone isn't working -In booklet mentioned that drinks and snacks can be bought 24/7- not true - complimentarily water and tea. First visit i saw them on table, second visit-no - restaurant is very slow. Overpriced portions. Stuff isn't qualified. Can bring you soup without spoon. Pasta one time will be with cheese another time without. Salad with souce and another time without. You ask for water, and they can forget about it. Beefstake only with side dish, no salad no souce. Drinks are 5 times expensive than the same drink in local shop -Room service. You can ask for extra towel on reception, get the positive response, but will never see it. -housemaid can knock in your door 8.30 and open the door without announcment. If you have something from restaurant on your table they will take it out, even if food is untouched. On departure day i met housemaid in my room right after breakfast. Only when i told her that you will do double job because of my today check out she disappeared.
