McDonalds is the very epitome of culinary perfection. They sell the finest collection of food products in the Known Universe and their liquid refreshments are absolutely fantastic. Their restaurant is remarkably clean and well kept and well stocked with products. They also have very nice floors and very nice electric lighting fixtures. The parking lot is flat with the parking spots and traffic flow are delineated and indicated by very well done pavement markings. They also play music that I suppose is designed to enhance your dining experience that was apparently selected by a deaf person as it could only appeal to the hearing impaired, although it does motivate you to eat as quickly as possible to escape the "music" aka NOISE.

What a gem she helped me today at the drive through she was at the second drive through window… she is an asset to any company she will work for and as long as she’s at this McDonald’s I will be going there!! Ordered my food, they forgot half of it, luckily I caught it before I drove away. When I got home (less than 5 minutes away), the fries were cold and hard, and the burger buns were so stale and hard you can feel it through the wrapper. Also, they just put a piece of cheese on a McDouble, and called it a Double Cheeseburger. It was obvious that the burger had been sitting forever because one piece of cheese was melted and the other was fresh and unmelted. Glad I spent $25 for cold cardboard straws and disgusting cold burgers. Nothing like spending an extra 89 cents a burger for a cold cheese slice to be slapped on a burger that had been under the heat lamp for hours. Disgusting. This is why I never come to this one. The one on Maple Street and the one in Myerstown are hundreds of times better.

I’m a retired chef, was in the food industry for 10 years. I go here most nights once off work usually between 12-2am. Only place open for food after 12. I order everytime I go a quarter pounder DELUXE, everytime I get a stale quarter pounder that they just add lettuce and tomato to, a quarter pounder deluxe is a classic burger with Mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion. Not pickle ketchup onion and lettuce and tomato. Also asked for all food to be fresh, everything was fresh accept my quarter pounder. When I tried to call they kept hanging up on me all 6 times I tried to call. Night shift service is terrible!!!! Same outcome 4 days in a row!!!!! You people make as much as REAL chefs and REAL cooks and all you do is assemble and press buttons!!!!

Shame on whoever employed such a ruthless staff and manager to this location. I ordered food through door dash and the food delivered was extremely cold, not fresh and incomplete. Besides this I called and tried to complain the Manager and he simply hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting. Consumer must refrain to order or going to such a facility employees are ruthless and serve unhygienic food for children

I got curb side around 8:30 and was waiting for 15 minutes for a single milkshake and a Mc chicken. There was no cars in drive through and I went into check on my order and it was just sitting on the counter with the store manager just standing there. Milkshake was melted too. Horrible service.

Got my husband a steak egg and cheese delivered via Door Dash this morning and requested extra breakfast sauce. It came with none. I contacted Door Dash and they offered me a free re-delivery which I opted for and that one had none either😡

Food was hot ready fast and they got the order right friendly people couldn’t ask for anything else.

The most delicious hamburgers I've ever had in my life is an understatement. Delicious. I made reservations for this weekend to bring my wife and kids, they are going to be blown away at how good the food is.

Waste of time. Went through drive thru, was pushed into a spot to wait, waited 20 minutes to not receive my drinks, and had to go inside to get them. And even then didn't receive my waters.

Place was clean.. food was ready really fast.. good breakfast also.. only reason I dropped it to 2 stars is well .. I literally placed my own order on the kiosk.. paid for it and obtained my receipt and waited for my food.. the problem as it was is.. well when did a sausage mcmuffin, hashbbrown and very small OJ become an $11 meal. man I remember getting McDonald's breakfast because it was affordable.. not at these prices.. not anymore.. and with me ringing up my own order..🤔.. shouldn't that make the cost go down since there was no cashier to pay? A childhood memory of breakfast sandwiches as a treat is forever tarnished with the cost of such a small meal.

Service can be spotty, but the last two times I was at this McDonalds, I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and very friendly service. Keep it up, guys!

The absolute worst experience I have ever had in a drive thru !!!!I waited 30 minutes. I was handed my food after already a long wait and my fries were cold and they said to pull up to the next window for my coffee. Never explained that they had to take the coffee maker apart and make new coffee just left me sit there for another 15 minutes and I was trying to get there attention to let them know my fries were cold but couldn’t. Then a guy who was extremely ignorant came handed me my coffee and when I said “wait a second” he just closed the window and walked away and he absolutely heard me. I went back around and explained that I was extremely annoyed that I waited 30 minutes for cold food and he shut the window on me when I was trying to talk to him and he got pissed at me for being upset and told me to leave! Eventually his boss did get me the fries but I will drive way out of my way to go to a different McDonald’s before I ever go back there again. Place is terrible

Nice clean restaurant, got me a Chicken Mcgriddle it was nice and hot. Great service and staff.

I get that early morning is not convenient, but I tried calling to get an answer on why my DoorDash order was cancelled. I was hung up on 3 times and when someone finally answered there was no friendly service, and the woman who answered was extremely short with me. I know businesses have the ability to call customers directly to talk about alternative options for ordering, and I felt cheated out of that. Now, I have to wait 5 days for a refund of $50.

At 2am in morning on 10/27 I'm on lunch wanted mcdonalds. Hott fries hot sandwich and warning about fries...couldn't be more happy. The manager needs to hook these guys up! Most late night is not good elsewhere. Keep it up!

Ordered at the drive thru. They repeated everything back to me but still got it wrong on the board so I corrected it at the pay window. Food was fast but fries were cold, burger buns were hard and burgers were cold. Not one thing was even close to being fresh.

If i could give no stars i would slow service orders always messed up food cold especially fries customer service is poor 80 % of staff is either having conversation or on cell phones i worked fast food when it was 5.50 hr nd customer service had to be above par paying 15 hr created lazier people in the fast food industry esp this establishment maybe management needs reevaluation and or someone isn't running better employees because a bundle box and extra nuggets isnt to hard to handle then only realizing they forgot sauce too like no attention to detail orders obviously problems reading a screen properly

Daisy is literally the nicest human I’ve ever met. She is phenomenal at her job and I felt valued and heard as a customer.
